The very first thing I saw when I returned home was an angel. Well, it's my own little sister, to be more precise.
"Welcome back, Nii-sama!"
I was greeted by those sweet words of my little sister.
"I'm back, Mio. What's for dinner?"
She then replied with a smile,"It's beef stew, your favourite!"
"Haha, mom's feeling quite good today, eh?"
Whenever our mother feels good, she'll always make beef stew for us.
They're super delicious, by the way.
"Nii-sama! Hurry up and come inside! I can't do my homework! Ne~Ne~ Help me!!!", said, my cute little sister, as she dragged me into the house.
"S-Slow down, Mio! I just came back from school, you know.", I protested.
This little sister of mine can be like this sometimes, she's extremely cute when she does it, though.

After getting dragged by my little sister into the living room. I began to help her do her Maths homework.
"Nee~Nee~ How do I do this question?"
"Oh, that one's quite easy. All you have to do is substitute X into this, and then substitute this back into the equation."
"Thanks a lot, Nii-sama! I knew I could rely on you!", she said that as she snuggled up to me like a cute little kitten. This little sister of mine, how cute can you be?!?!
As I struggled to keep my emotions in check, I remembered a very serious problem.
"Oh, by the way, Mio. Did you get confessed to again today?"
Her expression clouded over a bit. She then replied,
"Yes, Nii-sama. It was from a senior in the Karate club. I think he was called... Ue-something. He looked really scary..."
As she said that, her eyes started to tear up.
I can't stand it. I don't want her to lose any tears. I don't want her to cry. So I...
"There, there, Mio. Don't cry. Your big brother will always be by your side to protect you!"
I said those words while embracing my little sister in my arms. Her soft, warm body pressed against me. With tears still in her eyes, it looked as if a cute, small creature is curling inside my arms.
After those words were said, she looked deep into my eyes and replied with the loveliest smile I've seen her made today.
"Thank you, Yuuji-nii!"
