Zhao Anan hired a taxi and asked the driver to go fast because of Mu Qing, who kept shouting from behind.
The good natured, middle aged driver, couldn’t help but speak up, seeing the person who kept running after the car, “Girl, your boyfriend is so true to you. You shouldn’t be this cruel to him. True love is not easily found these days. You mustn’t let it slip away.”
Zhao Anan didn’t need to hide anything from the stranger. She wiped away her tears and smiled bleakly. “You don’t need to be with the man you love to prove it. Just because I turned him down doesn’t mean that I don’t love him. As long as he lives well, it would be enough for me.”
Shangguan Ning had just reached home with Jing Yichen when Zhao Anan called her. “Shangguan Ning, you are so heartless! I have just come back from a foreign country and you ran away with your husband, leaving me alone at the airport. This is the end of our friendship.”

Being scolded by her best friend, Shangguan Ning immediately asked, “Where are you? I will be there in a jiffy!”
Ten minutes later, Shangguan Ning appeared at Victorian, leaving an annoyed Jing Yichen behind.
She hugged Zhao Anan, standing right in the middle of the restaurant. Tears spilled out of her eyes.
“Anan, I missed you so much! Finally, you are back. You look just the same. I am so happy to see you.”
Zhao Anan pushed her away disdainfully, and said, “I am feeling hot in this weather. Don’t stick to me. You didn’t seem to miss me so much back at the airport, but you do now? I will not forgive you so easily.”
Despite her harsh words, she started to wipe off Shangguan Ning’s tears.
But they kept leaking out.
“Alright, alright! I am not angry with you. I have forgiven you. I feel so sour in my heart. If my cousin gets to know about your tears, I will be slayed alive.”
The restaurant was still in business. Some guests looked at them curiously, making Zhao Anan feel uncomfortable.
It seemed as if she had bullied Shangguan Ning. But it had been Ning who hadn’t behaved well and left her alone to deal with that scumbag Mu Qing. But now, she started to cry even before Zhao Anan could get angry.
It seemed that she will have to be the bigger person here.

“I am sorry, Boss, but my meat will be human, not as delicious as beef.” The waitress said and sneaked away, controlling her laughter. Another waitress came to serve them in a bit.
