Title: My Son Might Be A Villain
Translator: Fringe Manatee

Chapter 63 - Why did they feel that Su Ran, the one who owed money, was more arrogant than the ones there to collect the debt? (2)

It seemed as though there had only been the two of them since as far back as he could remember. Su Ran had no friends nor had she ever mentioned anything about her family.

She was kicked out.

And that was because of the love affair that she had mentioned?

Su Han’s look darkened.

He couldn’t even begin to fathom how this woman could be so head over heel over another person.

For some odd reasons, that piece of news gave Su Han an unpleasant feeling.

“So, you had me with that man?” asked Su Han suddenly.

If that was the case, he thought he had figured out why this woman didn’t like him in the past.

“Cough, cough, cough…” Su Ran almost stumbled after hearing Su Han’s question. “No, that was definitely not it!”

In the original novel, the villainess cannon fodder was madly in love with the male lead. If only she could have a child with the male lead, she would laugh in her sleep and never had gone off the deep end.

Su Ran was frantically trying to come up with what to say if Su Han asked her who his real father was, but all she heard was a dumbfounded “Oh” from Su Han and nothing else.

“No, really, he’s not…” Su Ran tried to explain herself.

Judging from Su Han’s look, he had already made up his mind that his real father was the man whom his mother had fallen in love with.

In reality, not only was Su Han certain about that; he was also certain that the man who provided half of his DNA was scum.

Inside of Dongshan Mansion, a man who was drinking coffee sneezed suddenly.

“Third Uncle, do you have a cold?” Lu BoYang, sitting properly across from the man, asked with a look of concern.

“The air conditioning is broken,” said the man nonchalantly. Casually putting down the cup of coffee which he had spilled out about a third of, he took the towel from the butler and dried his hands on it.

They had just put in new air conditioning last year. It wasn’t broken!

Lu BoYang screamed inside of his heart.

But, with the Lu’s, whatever the Dark Lord said went. If it was right, it was right; if it was wrong, it was still right.

“I’ll have someone to come fix it.. no, change it out, tomorrow.”

“Mmm.”

“Third Uncle, did you just say that No. 7 High School belongs to us, the Lu’s, as well?” Lu BoYang was a bit surprised. “Isn’t that a public high school?”

“The piece of land belongs to us, to be precise.”

“The land?! It’s right smack in the golden district! And it’s not a small piece of land either!” Lu BoYang’s eyes widened. How was it that their ancestors had such good eyes to know that was where to buy?

“What’s your plan for that piece of land, Third Uncle? Do you need to talk to the government directly?”

Whether to keep and buy the school or just to take the land back and keep it for now or to build on it. That was a lot to think about.

Personally, Lu BoYang leaned toward the latter.

“Nothing yet. I’ll go take a look at No. 7 myself in a few days.” He wanted to see if the school was worth the Lu’s to invest in.

On the other end, Su Ran mother and son duo, who had just attended the parent-teacher conference at the golden district in the day time, went home with their own separate thoughts.

As soon as they got to the stairwell, they saw a bunch of people standing around it. They were all looking up and whispering something with each other.

“Da Bao's grandmother.”

Su Ran saw Da Bao's grandmother and was just about to walk over and find out from her what was going on when Da Bao's grandmother gave her an odd look and scooted away from her without saying a word.

What happened? Didn’t she just give her oranges earlier today?

Su Ran was baffled.
