Madison sat up from her bed.

Do they come back? She glances at her hand where Levi is holding on it.

And how did this guy able to lie down beside her? Like, they were sleeping on the same bed? She asked herself.

Madison then notices her Aunt Marie; stood from the chair and walked towards her. "I am glad you both came back safe," she told her.

"Here— write everything you did or witnesses during your time travel," Marie added, she handed Madison her Tablet.

Upon receiving the gadget, she took another glance at Levi who's still sleeping. "What we should do to him?"

"He looks exhausted... so, let him sleep."

"Then, where am I going to sleep?" Madison began screaming inside her head.

"You can sleep in my room, that can do is it?"

"Aunt Marie..." she's calming down.

"Do you want hot chocolate?"

"Sure, thanks," she said, then step out from her bed to follow her aunt downstairs.

Madison gazes at Levi one more time; his coat still on his body, but it feels real back then— when Levi puts it on around her; the warmth of his coat left on her shoulder.

She closes the door and goes down to their living room. Seat in front of a fireplace; she then began typing on the Tab everything happens to them, and things they did, including the guy that following the Young family. Madison is about to type that part; when Levi hits the guy on his head by a bat, and she took out the memory card from the camera.

That's right! She remembers the memory card.

Madison takes out the card from her small pocket, inserted the card to her TAB and browsed the saved photos.

"What is that, Madison?" Marie asked her niece while placing the two mugs of hot chocolate on the coffee table.

"It's just the memory card I took from the guy we encountered back then, Aunt Marie," she replied.

"Give me that," she ordered her.

Madison confused, but she gives her the memory card. Marie walks toward the fireplace and throws it on the fire.

"Aunt Marie? Why did you do that?" shocked from what her aunt did.

"You should avoid bringing things from the time that never exists anymore!"

"But—"

"Madison, these words are from the lady she left for you. She told me to pass you her messages— bringing things or something: from the times you went traveling, just do the things that needed, but it must better to just watch."

"Then, what will happen? If we brought something from the future or in the past after we travel?" she asked.

"I can't answer anything to you. Only the lady can answer your questions and everything you are curious about. What I know is, she will consult the Shamans about this either..."

"I see. But how did she stole the medicine formulation data that heals President Williams in this lifetime?"

"She took a picture of that data."

"Oh, that's right. In the past, they capture a photo of someone holding a smartphone— which first cellphones were not even invented yet. So, possible happens— this Time Travel?"

"Just remember what I told you."

"I will, Aunt Marie. Thanks for the hot chocolate." She raises the mug, then sips on it.

"You're welcome."

They've closed the topic, then go to bed.

The next morning...

Levi woke up in a strangers' room. What happens last night?

He let his gazes wander; realizes this room belongs to Madison. "Oh, her bedroom!" he sat up in the bed.

A surge of excitement fills within him. He was often curious about the things she does and invading her room, a chance for him to know something.

Levi steps down from the bed; checks out the book she keeps on her shelves, something about her favorite authors. He then notices the notes on her desk— Levi picks up the notebook and reads a few pages, then flips them backward. He then caught something interesting written on that page.

Silly smile tore his lips; now he knew something — Levi attempts to read further when the door opens, and Madison caught him. Uh, oh...

"What are you doing? Why are you holding my notes?" she began questioning him.

"Ah, good morning, Miss Girlfriend!" He greeted her, nothing he can't find an excuse; as his alibi.

Madison marches toward him and snatches the notebook on his hand. She gathered her notes from the table and put them inside a drawer.

"How dare you, reading someone's notes?" she distrusts him.

"Whoa. Easy, Miss Girlfriend. I just flip the pages, that's all."

"And what did you read?" she glares at him.

"Nothing..."

"I don't believe you."

"I won't insist you will..." Levi takes a silent before he speaks again. "So, let me ask this time. Did we sleep together?"

Madison's eyes grow. "And why did you ever think of that?" shocked registered on her face.

"We did not! If you finish asking, now you can go to the kitchen and have your breakfast! Then go home!" she yells at him.

Madison hurries to go out of her bedroom, slamming the door—left Levi with the silly smile never leaves his face.

"How to seduce me, huh? That's interesting," he murmurs to himself.

The notes he read are the part where Madison trying to make plans on how to enter the Montfort Company with no help: for example his uncle Edward, which he knows everything that is going on then.

Levi drove his car back to the mansion through the same secret route. He was entering the back of the house when someone is waiting to tease him.

"So, how was the night?"

"Brother Quinn?" surprised, he doesn't like the way he is grinning at him.

"Don't you dare to smile at me like that. There is no night to call. I just sleep somewhere."

"Uh-huh? Did you sleep someone else's bed, somewhere?" Quinn continues teasing him.

"Jeez... don't compare me to you," he rolled his eyes, and snatch the mug Quinn is holding; he then drinks the coffee in it.

"Wait… what do you mean by that? I am no playboy like you." Quinn defended.

"Am not either! And I won't believe if you are telling me you are still a virgin."

Quinn's jaw dropped on the floor. "And where the hell is that question coming from?"

"You started it, remember?" Levi rose his right brow upward. He then smirked to catch the Dragon on his very owned trap.

Quinn laughs. He can't believe this guy got him good.Find authorized novels in Webnovel, faster updates, better experience,Please click www.webnovel.com for visiting.

"You haven't answered me yet."

"About what?" Quinn acted innocent.

"That you still a virgin," Levi said it like an ordinary topic.

"Come on! I am a man like you." Quinn still avoided the question.

"Don't compare me to you! So, you did it with someone else, huh?"

"Shut up! If someone hears you, they will misinterpret it."

"Then?"

"All right! It is just a one-night stand during my college days. I haven't met Cassandra those time around yet! Happy?"

Hmm... oh well— even if they already met, Cassie was like in Grade School, probably a Fourth Grader.

"Fine... but still, I can't do it with someone I don't love."

"Huh? So, you did it already... with someone you love as you say?" Now Quinn will try to throw his trap one more time to win this time.

"Not! As I said, I am not like you!"

"Yeah, yeah... but if Cassandra and I were on the same age, I won't mind waiting for the right time."

"Huh! I can't imagine you being 17 years old." Levi tried to imagine a scene inside his head.

"And what are you thinking?" Quinn asked; left brow rose upward. "I will be always a good-looking guy."

Levi left dumbfounded because Quinn walk-away—leaving him. "Hey! What was that carrying your own chair of praises?"

Levi follows Quinn, and they continued arguing.

"Where is Cassie, by the way?" he asked Quinn.

"Cassandra was sleeping in one of the guest rooms with Cara. She arrives after you're gone."

"I see. You actually try to provoke me because you missed me to bullied while you are lonely," he jested on him. "Hah! Serves you right being left by Cassie!"

He saw how Quinn scowled his face. He would never have Cassie just for himself... this guy should understand that.
