A small girl laid motionless on the cold floor of the lab, relieved from pain, but still feeling a bit weak. Despite the current of electrifying energy serging through her remodelled chakra-channels, the mind was drained empty.

She noticed that she could see every speck of the dust on the cold, ornamental tiles and energy in the air that slowly formed a cocoon around her. After moving her gaze onto her hand, she saw how the energy was starting to enter into the body, as well as being mixed with her generated chakra.

Suddenly, Malika felt her toes turning numb and the feeling was gradually spreading higher and higher, concurring other areas of her unaging body. She became paralyzed and couldn't move, that's why she only learnt of what was happening when her fingers started to turn into the rocks.

'Nature chakra!'

Malika sent an attack with her mana to fight it, but the horrifying wave of chakra just gulped it in and moved on, climbing closer to her head.

She tried multiple times and yet, she had to give up. The wave only became stronger after absorbing sent energy. She remembered the words of God about how energies in different worlds are almost the same and braised herself to be suffocated, but it never happened.

The feeling, strangely comfortable as if she was finally wearing a warm cloak on a windy day engulfed her. It killed all of the notion or desire to resist and she let it continue.

'You wouldn't want to kill me, Elder, right? I will trust you.' - she thought before the rocks blocked her last-showing Taimuai.

As soon as the final bit of her body was covered by stone, it started to melt and mould itself into her skin, flesh, bones, organs nourishing and purifying them and finally, merging into the stream of her silver chakra.

The true, unstained, origin chakra.

The tiny layer of unabsorbed stone started to crack as if a bird was fighting its way out of an eggshell, letting out blinding, silvery rays.

My consciousness suddenly returned to me, ripping me out of the most pleasant slumber. I lazily moved my body and every action was accompanied by the rubble flying in all of the directions.

"What the..." - I set up and looked around the lab. Countless pebbles were scattered on the floor or stuck in the walls and the ceiling. While gazing at the last piece of rock falling from my hair, a lot of thoughts passed by my mind at the speed of light. Do all awakenings look and feel this way? Is it because I had to be purified?...

"Hold on! Purification of the bloodline!" - I hurriedly scanned myself and heaved a sigh of relieve. I wasn't turned into a human.

I wasn't.

I like the human body, but I was happy with being a Mayuma (A/N: The name of her race), a half-horse humanoid. Besides, When I get back, I'll regain my original appearance, but if my real appearance becomes that of a human... I would have to constantly support an illusion of my wings, tail and ears... Which is taxing...

'What did this Chakra-fruit give me, I wonder?'

I activated my Taimuai and almost fell over.

All of the possible knowledge was being hammered into my brain at an alarming rate. Everything, from cooking recipes to top secrets of the world, was swirling in my head, threatening to explode it.

I turned off my eyes and fell over on my back.

'That was exhausting...'

I activated Taimuai again, but this time, I tried yo control the flow of information. After a dozen attempts, I managed it and cut off the data. Now, I could see time ripples and even choose where should it go. Space wasn't something empty any longer, no, it was boundless energy that can easily be used or cut-through for my convenience. I felt the condition of this world and was at the loss of words.

'Either this is the true power of my clan's Doujutsu, either my Taimuai has mutated because of my mana. It did awaken in the body full of it.' - With my eyes like this, I could finally see and understand the differences between two energies inside of me.

Mana and chakra were originally very similar, but after some meddling of our curious Creator, mana mutated. The way we use mana, hold and generate it is different, that is why the energy had to adapt. It became much more potent, rich, strong, but lost its mailability, thus making it difficult to master.

Till the age of three, Mayumas absorb energy from the world, creating their own mana-core and system. The core is placed in the brain, while the mana-channels were forming around our bloodstream, entering each and every cell. On this stage, it is determined how strong the Mayuma will be in the future judging by his/her absorption rate. After this period, we would start generating our own mana in the brain, making us a lot smarter and enhancing our memory.

On the other hand, in this world, the energy stayed the same, since God was making humans with his own body as an example. The energy was polluted, but the system and overall usage stayed almost the same.

I took out the mirror from my space and examined my outer appearance for any major changes.

My hair turned from prussian into a darker denim colour while red and purple strips remained the same. Eyes became more phoenix-shaped, while Taimuai remained almost the same. The only thing that changed was misty colour around the edges. It turned silver from reddish-blue. I deactivated my Doujutsu and the reflection in the mirror told me that everything is fine. They are still the same but glow in the dark. Fun.

"Well, nothing was changed too drastically... " - I muttered to myself, while still contemplating on wherever I should be upset or not.

I went upstairs into my room, changed my clothing and went to sleep. I still have around four hours before I'll have to go to the Hokage tower and do work.

'I'll have to do something about Ootsutsuki in the future... They seem to be huge trouble...'

"Hm?" - Izuna-nii slightly raised an eyebrow. - "You want to become sensei of a genin team?"

"Yes. I thought that it might be good practice for me."

Before I told him about my spontaneous idea, we were diligently doing our respective work. Reports from my mana-chakra clones were sent this morning and I was putting them on the paper, while also moving small figures of our enemies on the map for the visual representations.

Ame will send an official envoy through the Gate in order to finalise the alliance. Uchihas, from Hogosha unit, were a bit more lively since they finally got a normal job. In a while, we plan to start developing that land, but for now, we are helping Ame to get on some of the sale routes in order to improve its economy. Izuna seemed to pleased, that is why I raised this topic.

"I... Don't think I see any problems with this." - He finally answered after quite a lengthy pause. - "I do get why would you want to gather some experience first, before getting your pupils, but I don't think you'll need too much time. We can give you Jounin rank today after some examinations."

"But, I will still require a set amount of missions done. I definitely do not have that much done." - I've only been on three out of many I still have to do...

"The closest graduation batch will be in three month's time and in this period you could be put in different missions since you want to do it." - He nodded. - "Besides, many of your reports about our or other country's situations were graded appropriately, thus you have done 17 S-rank, 38 A-rank and 47 B-rank missions. In my humble opinion... You've got enough..." - He finished with a nervous smile.

I was... bewildered. I didn't know that those were even counted as missions. I mean, it was my job as the Hidden Leader and all...

"Moreover, your contribution to the development of our hospital was also counted as a few A-ranks with the constant percentage of income being transferred onto your name." - I've seen the total sum that was collected over the years of my absence... it was Big. The percentage wasn't high, but with time, the money piled up quite a bit.

"Thank you, Hokage-sama!" - I started calling him that and he tolerates it. His position has some obligations.

We returned to our work and by noon, most of it was finished. Izuna's workload decreased because the war is reaching its end and we didn't sustain too much damage. In addition to it, Root. ANBU, Police and other parts of our System in the village are working without a hitch, considerably lowering Hokage's burden.

We had lunch at my house and I had my examination.

Tactical skills, leadership, theoretical knowledge, my life-motos - all of this was tested before I was allowed to proceed onto the final stage. Physical examination. It went smoothly until I had to spar with someone.

Izuna wasn't sure if I should just spar with the regular examinator or one 'the greatest and well know shinobi of our time'. On one side, I didn't need to be officially regarded as an SS-rank shinobi (highest grade possible), but on the other hand, the village had to know my true abilities (not that it is quite possible... I'm not fully aware of them myself which I told him.)

In the end, it was decided that officially, I'll be S-rank kunoichi, while my actual force will be our trump card.

The very next day I was sent on a mission with an ANBU team. Our captain was from Nara clan and I was just another regular unit in the squad.
