After all the preparations we decided to go on our way. The carriage is being pulled by domesticated wolves which are bigger than normal. I'm pretty sure they were tamed well.
"So that fatty hired you huh. You look so weak, better eat your bread. It might make you strong a little. Tsk," Did this girl just click her tongue? You spoke for the first time but I want to kill you already! And what do you mean I look so weak? You're one to talk.
"Sister, I'm just a newbie. You don't have to be that rude," I said trying to suppress my anger.
"Tsk," She once again clicked her tongue. Damn it! I better not talk to her. I don't want to ruin my morning.
Roads look pretty good which are made of gravel. That's a lot of work. The environment mostly filled with tall grass and some trees. We're getting a little bit farther and I can tell that there's a lot of stronger monsters now.
The guide on the game's website shows some information about the monsters around the north part of Green Leaf Village. Monopods are one of them and they have only one leg and are wonderfully speedy. When it is hot they lie on their backs on the ground and are shaded by the great size of their feet. Most of the time, they just lie around and only move when they need to eat. Tigers cannot be spotted near the road because they are in a far part of the grasslands. Hobgoblins, on the other hand, are more dangerous because they are aggressive.
We managed to avoid the monsters and somehow, we didn't encounter any trouble but just minor ones like hobgoblins trying to ambush us. They are slightly stronger than normal goblins.
After walking for about forty minutes, we're almost near the city but...
"Hello there! We can shee that you guysh are going inshide the chity. Oh well, it happensh that we are here to get the toll fee. Jusht leave your carriage here and we will not dishturb you anymore. You got that?" Jeez, it's him again even though he wears a face mask I'm pretty sure it's two teeth guy. He also brought more goons. We're basically outnumbered. This time, the target is the merchandise.
This is bad. Merchants are useless in combat and I don't know about the cheeky brat. It's better to surrender and save my stuff. I haven't really bought anything with my gold.
"What the hell are you talking about?! And you talk funny! BWAHAHAHA!" She laughs with satisfaction on her face. Man, we're screwed.
Aren't we supposed to just leave? There are eleven of them for hell's sake and now you just pissed them off!
"Hey hey hey- let's don't talk hastily here. We're almost at the gate. If the guards see you here I'm pretty sure it will get ugly right?" I said calmly trying to reason out and avoid casualties.
"NO! Thish freaking b*tch laughed at me! Shoot them! Don't let them get away!" He's pretty pissed.
I can defend myself just by dodging but the problem is the merchant because he can't!

Arrows are flying everywhere. The merchant quickly hid behind the carriage! I tried to defend the wolves that pull the carriage but my shield can't defend from all the attacks! We need to do something or we'll die here helplessly!
"Oh, Goddess of Earth who protects the land, please give me the power to defend my comrades! EARTH WALL!" In a blink of an eye, a giant wall made of solid rock erected from the ground! She didn't defend that fast because she was preparing a spell!
Holy crap this girl is on a different level than us!
"Hey boss, she managed to create a large amount of earth spell. This is not your everyday spell Boss!" One of his lackeys said.
He's right! The spellcasters from the Green Leaf village only used basic elemental spells.
"I know someone who can do thish and she is one of the officersh of Order of Light!" He's trembling in fear.
Is she an officer? She doesn't look like it! Maybe she's wearing cloth armor because she's a spellcaster. That's the only possible reason. Damn it. What matters now is that we are safe.
"I didn't sign up for this boss! I thought this would be easy because they're from Green Leaf village!"
They started to panic! So, they're tailing us from the start!
"You can't jusht shcare ush with your tricksh brat! If we can't shoot from here, attack them with our shwordsh instead! GYAAAAAAH!" Oh, jeez! Just freaking stop it already!
What's your next move girl?! This will be bad if they get near us!
"Oh, Goddess of the earth who controls the land, please allow me to borrow your strength! SUMMON EARTH GOLEMS!"
Five angry looking giant golems made of rocks erupted from the ground! Every time the giants move a small tremor can be felt! She's out of our league!
"Go my Golems! Capture those smelly and ugly thugs! BWAHAHAHA!" Someday, someone is going to rip your tongue off. Just believe.
The group of bandits tried to attack the golem but it didn't work. Their swords and arrows didn't even leave a scratch. You can't even call it a fight.
Golems, one by one, grabbed them and manage to capture nine of them including the leader. Other bandits managed to run away. I didn't do anything. Thanks to her I am alive and safe.
"Good job hiding you weak! BWAHAHAHA!" Now she's trying to bully me.
"I didn't hide you know, I protected the carriage. But you were really cool back there. Good job," I smiled at her. It was a fake smile though but her face suddenly became red. Pretty weak for compliments huh...
"Nice work Ms. Celeste you are indeed the greatest earth spell user. Paying you ten gold is really worth it!" What?! He's trying to praise her. Did he just say ten gold coins? I'm pretty sure mine's one gold! Well, it's understandable because of the difference in our abilities.
"You will pay for thish brat! Our mashter won't be happy with thish! You'll be shorry!" He said trying to scare us. He doesn't really know how to shut up.
"Just shut the f*ck up or I'll smash you to death!" The threatening voice of hers made the bandits cower with fear. Jeez, don't shout like that it even scared me.
Traveling became easier because mobs just run away when they see the golems.

We finally reached the Order of Light City!
Wow! The city is unbelievably big and beautiful! The walls are so high, made of concretes. Monsters can never climb this kind of wall! The buildings here are all well-made, like those medieval times. Most of the buildings even the roads are made mostly out of concrete. You can see the giant castle from here. It is big and magnificent. Lots of people are passing by. Different kinds of noises can be heard everywhere. All kinds of shops are also here.
"Ok, so this is the time I give you the other fifty silver coins. Here you go," Merchant said while handing me the coins. That was easy income.
"Ok. Goodbye, now Mr. Bodyguard. If you have time you can visit my shop in the inner part of the city. Just tell the guards my name and they will tell you where to find me. See you again next time," He said his goodbye. He's a good guy but kind of not much of a talker when traveling.
"Hey Weakling, better train yourself so you can do your job well. I hate to say this but you suck," She's really into bullying huh...
"I will take that as a compliment Ms. Celeste. You were really awesome back there. I hope we can meet each other again next time. Thank you for saving us. I owe you one," I said trying to improve our relationship a bit because I might need her help someday.
"Hmph," She just walked away. I hope I didn't make her mad or something.
Now it's time to go shopping!
