"Ksssssssss!" One of the fastest snakes got near me and ready to bite the heck out of me!
*BAAAAAM!* I took out my shield from my back and before it bites me, I was able to block the attack and smashed the snake's face. With that last attack, I can't still catch my breath.
*WOOOOOOOSH!* And once again, the auras of the monsters disappeared. It seems that the Moondog was able to fix the damn staff.
"Kssssssssss!" The other snakes started to swarm on me, I tried to defend myself but there are too many of them...
Ack! One of the snakes bit my shoulder and it didn't leave a mark but instead, my shoulder started to turn to stone! I can't move the left part of my body!
It didn't end from that, the remaining snakes bit the other parts of my body, and until the only thing that's left is my head... it happened so fast...
"I'll make sure that all of you will burn to ashes when we meet again..." That's the last sentence I've said before I was kicked out of the game.

The mana stone I was holding earlier didn't just lit off but it was also got destroyed which only means that Scy died or affected by something that closes to death. I know, it's our fault for not going with him... I was about to cry but...
"Hey, it's alright. Scy dies a lot and we know it. He must have met a stronger monster that we haven't faced so far. You know that when Scy dies, he learns something from it, right? For now, we just have to wait for him and then decide on what to do next." Elou calmed me down. Jeez, Scy was so reckless as always.

In just a couple of orders, Sis was able to manage hundreds of thousands of people in just a couple of hours. I can't believe it that she organized the guilds' best assets and is now ready and prepared to defend from the coming invasion.
Earlier, for some reason, the aura they were talking about disappeared, they said. Well then that means, it was concealed again by someone or something which is really bad because we can't predict when or where the monsters will come from, not to mention, we are all hungry and exhausted. We still haven't log out and it's already almost morning.
"You travelers, you should take your breakfast now. We have a long day to wait later." Miss Celeste ordered us to log out and have our breakfast.
"Hey guys, we should log out now. I'm pretty sure most of us are hungry. See you guys later." I said to my guildmates.

As soon as I woke up, the nurse already left me my breakfast. It's all ready on time which is why we have the best service here. I ate to my heart's content even if there's a lot of veggies and not enough meat. I was so hungry that I just ate and didn't care at all.

I waited for a bit for the announcement after I took a bath and get ready to return back.
"It's been a long day yesterday after we started making a camp below the Icy Mountain. This is a major event in our New Life Online lives and because of that, all of the real-life leaders of different state and countries decided to have a one week holiday for us to defend from the coming invasion." Why would even the government do such a thing just to help the players of New Life Online? This is really absurd and troubling... The president resembles the announcer in the tournament though. The old geezer one...
"Players, in real life, are advised to buy their supplies for a week for the invasion. We also provide free packages for every family worth seven days of supplies. I know that you can tell how desperate we are to win this invasion. Let's do our best to win and may peace come to the Order of... ahem I mean, World of New Life Online once again!" That's one good way to spend people's taxes though... They are also making people stay online instead of going out for work.

After that freaky announcement, I decided to go back to the game. Most of us look exhausted because none of us have a proper sleep for a day now. I'm talking about the in-game tiredness of course. Without sleep, you also feel tired in the game like in real life. If we let our guard down, then there's a possibility that the enemies would take advantage of the situation and attack us when we are vulnerable which is really bad. Waiting for someone or something who might attack us or not for days is like walking blindly in a path of darkness that might lead us to our deaths.
"Are we going to wait forever? We all know that there's a castle there. And it's almost been hours since that sh*tty ugly man went to investigate and till now, they haven't returned yet?" Celeste is trying to talk to Zeth. She's getting tired of waiting.
"He just came back actually but he's resting for now. We've got the report and it's a really unpleasant one. There's a large army of different kinds of monsters there and Rare Bosses is defending an area. The bad part is they met someone there and when they were at a path like a bridge; a girl destroyed the path making them fall to their deaths. We checked all in the database we have according to his description but we can't find her. She also has wings like Siren and he said that her name is Scythea. That's the first time I heard her name and I can't think of any girl with that name." Zeth explained. It's so obvious that it's Scythus!
"Tsk... We should have all entered instead and finished those pests by ourselves. Making like the invasion is such a big deal. Just wait till I kill all of them when they show up!" Oh jeez, Celeste should really calm down.

I woke up and my body really hurts... Actually, I really need some exercise. My body trembles right now because of hunger. I hope Sis and for heaven's sake Azzi, who still hasn't left our place, have already taken their breakfast.
I checked the kitchen and saw a covered bowl. So they really prepared a breakfast for me. What a thoughtful sister. I opened the bowl and for some reason, I once again saw the face of the Frozen King. The food is oozing with green smoke... like the Frozen King's face emitting green light from the holes of his face... I'd rather eat a bowl of cereal for now...
I watched the news after I ate and I'm really getting suspicious why the government is taking this so seriously. It's just a game but it's as if New Life Online is like a big deal to them, they even offer people supplies for them to continue playing.
After all that, I did what I have to do like cleaning the house and stuff, I decided to go back to the game but for some reason, it won't let me...
