They actually defeated the annoying Minotaur. I admit Vortz's spell power is too great with all that power up, just too long to charge though. If only the Legendary Bosses and the Frozen King didn't gang up on me, then I have the chance to defeat the Minotaur alone. There are still a large amount of army and those two Legendary Bosses. The World Boss hasn't shown his face yet which I think is planning something bigger than this.
Well, to be honest, I don't think they'll let me help them because I might do something stupid again. I hope that someone can save me or get me killed for some reason. For now, I have to stay chill here. Waiting sucks.
-Icy Plains, Alliance Camp-
*Zia's POV*
Woah! I felt great that they killed the Minotaur. All that's left are the two Legendary Bosses. If it's possible, I don't want to join their fight yet.
"Hey Mari, isn't it time yet?" Celeste asked Mari.
"Not yet, just stay put. Officers of Guilds need to standby for now." Mari replied.
"Oh man, I can use my magic now but I still can't join. Damn it!" Celeste's is too excited to join the fight.
Warriors and assassins who are being protected by barriers and defenders are slaughtering a lot of enemy's army. We are winning this! I can tell because their numbers are getting lower and lower every clash.
Those who fought the Minotaur are now resting. Sis and the others are preparing to finish the two remaining Legendary Bosses off.
"I warned you but you still want to continue the fight. I will handle the Snake chick alone. You guys go gang up on Doggie." Sis said.
She is now preparing to attack the Snake woman. That snake woman is dangerous with her snakes because if you get petrified, you will be vulnerable to attacks and might end up dead in an instant.
"Let's see if your snakes can keep up. ACCELERATE!" Sis... disappeared! I can't tell what happened but as I focus, I found her slashing every snake that gets near her! So fast! My eyes can't even keep up with her speed!
"GORGON, ARROWS!" She ordered her gorgon army to use thousands of arrows against her! Can she dodge all of them?!
"SWOOOSH SWOSWOSWOOOOOSH!" Arrows are flying towards her direction! There's no way a human can escape something like that! The sky turned dark because there are so many arrows that sunlight can't even pass through from the sky!
But she stopped from running and started walking instead! Sis, are you nuts! The arrows are almost at her! She'll be dead meat if those arrows can hit her!
"CLANG CLANG CLANG!" She's walking while deflecting the arrows at the same time with her sword! She deflects it by swinging his sword so fast that I can't see her hand and sword!
"SWOOOOOSH SWOSWOSWOOOOSH!" But the arrows are just too many! It keeps on coming!
It finally ended but not a single one even touched her. That's so impossible... The area near her is filled with arrows that hit the ground. A good way to waste thousands of arrows...
"TSSSK!" The snake woman is really getting pissed. She could have ordered her allies to attack the army instead to decrease our army but killing my Sis is more important than that.
Sis is getting near the snake woman! She can't defend herself with that bow and arrows alone, this will be the end of her too!
"FAST THRUST!" Sis lunged at her with her sword in the front with so much high speed and great precision!
*CLANG!* What happened?! The snake woman managed to deflect the attack with daggers! She's not just an archer but also a good melee fighter for stopping Sis' fast attack.
"You've been hiding those little daggers of yours sneaky Snake Chick. But will it help you when time gets slower?" Sis said intimidating the Snake chick, I mean snake woman...
"CHRONOS FAIRY'S WRATH! SLOW TIME!" That moment she changes form, the movement around her area started to get slow down!
"CHRONOS ACCELERATE!" Her movement speed once again got boosted! She's moving around the snake woman with high-speed making sounds like the wind!
"CHRONO'S MULTIPLE SLASH WAVES!" While running in high speed, she launched a couple of slash waves towards the snake woman! Every slash wave can devastate an area or even cut trees in half! With time moving slower, she can't possibly defend from all of the attacks around her!
*BAAAAM BABABAAAAAM!* The endless slash waves hit the snake woman a couple of times and made powerful explosions that covered the area in the dust! After a while, Sis ended her attack. That could end the life of the snake woman even if she's a Legendary Boss!
The smoke cleared up but the snake woman is still alive but you can really see how wounded she is right now. She's bleeding pretty bad, with slow time, she won't be able to evade at all and a dagger can't stop wave after wave of such attacks.
"You're one tough opponent. I even used one of my best moves but you're still alive after all of that." Sis said really impressed of snake woman's sturdiness.
The dog man, on the other hand, is also having a rough time with the combined forces of the guild's best assassins and warriors.
"I have to end this as soon as possible. A lot of people already died and I can't watch my fellow people get killed in this war. TIME STOP!" She used her move but this time, it's to stop the time!
"LAMIA QUEEN'S RAGE MODE! ABSOLUTE PETRIFICATION!" What the?! The snake woman was able to use rage mode before Sis spell took effect!
"CHRONOS' DODECA SLASH!" No, wait! Don't go, Sis!
Sis disappeared and out of the blue, she appeared behind the snake woman! I saw that her sword was supposed to hit the snake woman but the moment her sword touch the snake woman, the sword turned into stone and got broken!
"Oh, crap!" Sis' final move failed and she hopped back to avoid being petrified by the snake woman. Her time stop also was canceled!
The area around the snake woman started to get petrified and it gets wider and wider! She even petrified her archers near her and they started to run away from her!
The snake woman is out of her mind! She must have been desperate to use something like that! Her spell stopped from spreading but I don't think that going near her is possible.
"You know that your spell won't save you right?" Sis said... Why say something like that now that you don't have your precious sword...
"I thought I have to use this on important situations but you leave me no choice... CHRONOS FAIRY'S SECOND FORM!" Her armor changed into even brighter! I didn't even almost recognize her with that outfit!
"There are a lot of things you can do when you have the ability to control time. I have limitations, but the more I unlock my abilities, the more I become stronger." I don't think sharing something like that is really good in this kind of situations...
*SWOOSH!* She waved her hand towards the snake woman... but I don't think...
*BAAAAAAM!* What, the heck, happened? The snake woman was hit by something I didn't even see! She was knocked back without a trace where that attack came from!
*SWOOOOOSH!* Sis jumped upwards but... now this is not happening... her simple jump became a longer jump! How can she jump so high effortlessly!
She's now above the snake woman! But how can you attack her if you don't have a weapon?
"CHRONOS INVISIBLE DODEKA SLASH!" She disappeared in mid-air and showed up behind the snake woman not touching the ground! She moved her hand so fast without touching the snake woman but she was able to instantly deliver a couple of massive force that slashed the crap out of the snake woman! The blood of the snake woman spurt in front of her after that move!
The snake woman fell to the ground and the petrification was canceled. I don't know what the heck happened but it was the coolest thing I have ever seen! She defeated the snake woman!
"Woah! That was tiring... I have to rest for a while. You guys there, do your best." She said and her transformation was canceled. You can feel that the moral of the enemy's army is getting lower. After killing another one of the Legendary bosses, some of the monsters are fleeing! Their formations were broken and their strength and numbers are getting lower and lower.
The only thing that's left is the Dogman and he's really not happy on what's going on right now.
Shiv and Venum are now trying to land a hit on dog man but you can see that he's not that weak without his staff. His movements are too fluent that every attack they deliver missed. I don't know why but it's like he can predict their movements.
"Damn it! Even if we gang up on him at the same time, he can still dodge our attack! I don't know how Aurora managed to destroy his staff with this kind of evasive maneuvers! Ssssss!" Venum said really irritated. He's right. How did that happen?
