The City's light started to weaken, so do their hopes. We are at the outside of the city and somehow the darkness doesn't affect us that much but I can feel the fear around my allies. As I look up, I saw Miss Mari doing her best to fend off the darkness with the other supports from their guild.
"SPIRIT CALLER'S WRATH! SPIRIT'S GODDESS RADIANCE!" She summoned a couple of other spirit supports and helped her increase their power. The advancement of the darkness stopped but how long would she last?
"You're trying hard Mari but it won't last," Scy saying that like he knows Mari.
*BAAAAAAAAAM!* It looks like the Minotaur and Zeth continued their fight but this time, Zeth is having a hard time. Without the light, the Minotaur can move freely and because of the darkness, it does increase its power.
*BAAAAAAAM!* Zeth was pushed back! They need to help him or he won't be able to defeat the Minotaur.
"Damn it! Just die already!" Zeth's pissed because whatever he does, the Minotaur can't die as long as the Frozen King's around.
"Should we help them now, Scy?" If we don't help now, there might be a chance that they will lose.
"Not yet. Like I said before we got here, we have to deal with the Frozen King. Sacrifices are inevitable." Is he really saying that they will be the sacrifice? Seriously?
I just stayed silent. He may be right but my heart tells me that I should help them.
"HAHAHA! IS THAT ALL YOU'VE GOT? HOW ABOUT MOONDOG HERE STOP ALL YOUR SPELLCASTERS?" His hollowed voice is piercing our minds! Our body shivered like death is upon us.
"Elou it's your turn. Don't let that Moondog use his staff." But how? Even with the archers of the Vanguard's stronghold who are at the top of the walls can't even reach the Frozen King! It's even dark.
"You've got the right guy for the job. NIGHT VISION! EAGLE EYES! WIND ENHANCEMENT!" Elou used some buffs but still...
Elou has to stop the Dogman no matter what it takes or we're all doomed.
"SNIPE!" Elou prepared a proper stance for a good shot!

"MOONDOG! SHOW THEM YOUR POWER!" The Dogman raised his staff. We're screwed!

"Good job, Elou. That was a nice shot." Scy praised his insane talent. Just who is this guy?
"Thanks. I was just lucky, I guess." No, luck has nothing to do with it. You are indeed one of the best archers or even might be the best.
"YOU, USELESS FOOL! " The Frozen King isn't really impressed with what happened.

"What happened? The Moondog failed to use his attack for some reason! It looks like God is in our favor!" Aika said surprised. No... It's just Elou.
Miss Mari, with the others, is still trying to stop the Darkness. The dead monsters too were resurrected by the Frozen King and they are now moving towards the City. Zeth who's still fighting with the Minotaur in front of the West gate is now being surrounded by the undead!
"Azzie. Can you please help Zeth right now? I'm tired of saving him by myself. He just jumped off without even asking me. What a short-tempered fellow." Maximus is frustrated of his insubordinate guildmember.
"Of course, Sir." Azzie jumped off too from the top of the walls.
"BLAZING WHIRLWIND!" She created flames twirling around her arms and then she released it towards the Minotaur and the nearby undead!
*BOOOOOOOM!* The Minotaur and the undead are now burning and it won't stop! The flame scattered into the area like its alive and burning everything!
"You almost hit me earlier! I hope that wasn't on purpose." Zeth managed to get back before he also got hit by the flames of Azzie.
"I knew you'd dodge so no need to be that annoyed," Azzie is pretty mysterious. Something about her tells me she's dangerous.
"I'll show you how to fight using a sword," Azzie unsheathes her sword infused with light and flame element. Fight with a sword? I thought she's a spellcaster?
"I don't know what's wrong with both of you girls but why did you learn how to use a sword when you just can blow everything up from afar?" Why don't you ask yourself, Zeth? It seems like he's also talking about Miss Mari.
"Well, she wanted to learn how to use a sword out of the blue and she needs someone to help her practice. I'm her best friend so I just tag along with her weird ideas." How she handles her sword, I can tell that she knows how to fight with it from the start. Even her clothes are burning too...

The Minotaur was able to put out the fire. They have to avoid the Minotaur but if he's not busy with something, he'll probably wreck the West Gate. So they need to get his attention.

Her firepower is comparable to Miss Akko. They should both team up to increase our chance of winning. Archers and Spell Casters of the guild continued firing to help them fend off the attackers.
"I guess she trained a little bit. I'm still more powerful than her though." Miss Akko pretty bitter about it. It looks like there's a rivalry going on around here.
But wait! The undead, even while burning, are still standing and can still fight! Just how persistent are they?!
"Mari won't last long. The undead can't be killed. We have to stop the Frozen King or this would never end." Maximus stated the obvious. But he's being guarded by his Legendary Bosses. Even the Dracotaur that I killed is with him. It looks angry too.
Is it just me or I haven't seen Sis around. Where is she?
*CLAAAAAAAAANG!* I didn't know what happened but I heard a clash of metals or swords from the Frozen King's location!
"Good surprise attack. So you decided to start with me, huh?" My sister's blade pierced the helm of the Frozen King! But how did she do it?! She's being surrounded by his minions now!
"I guess my blade was not enough to put damage to you." Sis pulled out her sword from his helm and the helm holes started to close. I still don't know how we can defeat him if weapons and even magic won't damage him.
"Well, I thought at first, that we can defeat you but I was wrong. You've been defeated already. That's why our attacks can't kill you." What does she mean by that? Does that mean we can't really defeat him no matter what we do?
"I guess she figured it out too," Scy seems to have an idea of what is going on.
"What do you mean she figured it out? And is there a chance that you already know how to defeat him without even telling us how?" I exclaimed without thinking.
"We can defeat him, but we have to sacrifice something or someone. It's my job as your leader to do that." Scy replied. That answer just added a lot more questions in my mind that needs to be answered but I won't question his decisions.

*CRUNCH!* Suddenly, a snake popped out and bites her withered hand! Sis Right hand started to turn to stone and it's spreading!
She cut her right arm and stopped the petrification from spreading! That's smart but she's in huge trouble!
"CHRONO'S TIME STOPPER!" She used her spell to stop time in someplace.
*SWOOOOOSH SWOSWOSWOOOSH!* Arrows flew towards her!
*ZWOOOOOOSH!* Not only that, but the Dracotaur also unleashed a powerful flame breath!
But all of the attacks were stopped before it gets near her! It looks like she used her spell around her making an absolute defense stopping all incoming attacks around her. She's fighting alone again!
"We should help her now Scy! She's injured and alone. We have to do something!" We need to help sis!
"I know, it's time now." Finally! We can fight now! We went through the North Gate.
"KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!" Scy knocked to the gate and suddenly, Drake showed up and opened the gate. But I thought we're going to help my sister?
"You're late." Make haste. We have no time." Drake said and we went inside the City.
"Elou, command their archers. Tell Sieg that it is my order." Bring your team with you. Scy suggested.
"Assassins, line up." They lined up and we have a good amount of assassins in our guild.
"Scatter around the City. If you see monster or undead that slipped through the city, be a lamb and keep them busy. You guys might not be able to kill them but slow them down by chopping their bodies. With the Light of the supports, they will be having a hard time recovering those limbs." Scy ordered. After that order, they spread around the city.
"Next is Petula and the Spellcasters. Those who can use light spells, help the supports and those who can use offensive spells, help the spellcasters to pulverize the undead army." Some of them ran and the others flew. It looks like they learn something from Akko.
"For the defenders and warriors, join the front lines. They haven't opened up the gate yet so you guys just get ready. Zia, Leion, and Elle, also join them. Elle's friend can really help them defend the City." So as he said, we went to the group of defenders and warriors.
Scy, Akko, and Lili moved out too. I have a job here but... I need to see what's going on outside. My sister is still in a pinch.
