(Before the Rupture Hits the City)
*Chara's POV*
The city in distress is what they call the city of Order of Lights. It's the largest city in the world of New Life Online. I haven't been there yet but I heard that it's also the strongest guild. With the help of Aurora, the strongest player, no other guilds can bring it down but seeing how the city being destroyed right now, I can't say that they can save the city any longer from the hands of the Frozen King.
Our spies reported that other guilds also are there to help but the others refused to do so because of total loss from the last battle. I've heard that the famous Reaper who just created a guild also is now helping the city but what can a newly built guild do against that kind of enemy. Petula thinks of him as one of the best strategists but I can't say for sure.
"We should stop from here. If we go any further, we might as well be affected by the blast even with this distance. I would survive but you guys might die. I really don't care if you die but I'm a leader you know." Jay, our captain, loves to admire himself.
We've met some players from the city on our way. They were running for their lives as they can tell that the city will perish after a couple of seconds by now.
We waited for the huge dark spell to hit the city. It slowly destroys every building it touches. They crumble helplessly as the spell destroys them so easily. Nothing can stop something like that. Even the girl who uses light magic to protect the city is really reaching her limit. She can't stop it. No one can stop it. That's what I thought.
The Rupture finally hit the city and massive explosion happened but... in just a blink of an eye... the spell disappeared and everything is back to normal as if nothing happened. I don't know what happened but I guess it's the Time Master's doing, Aurora.
"Just what I've expected. Aurora really is something. Let's go!" We went ahead as fast as we can to help.
We heard loud explosions. As we get closer, the explosions became louder and louder. A slight tremor can also be felt. It's like there's a giant making a scene inside the city. I can't say for sure but whoever or whatever it is, it's something I don't want to mess with.
-Order of Light South Gate-
We reached the South Gate of the city. It's not guarded as most of the defenders are at the West Gate and a lot of them fled away from the city.
*BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!* Massive explosion happened. A tremendous amount of power was released with that explosion that we've felt a huge ground movement. We rushed towards near the area where the explosion happened and we saw that a lot of buildings collapsed from that wrecking havoc.
We heard two people having a dispute. They are discussing somewhat important. It's Aurora and Zeth. They are all worn out. Aurora even lost one of her arms. Oh, shoot! They both jumped towards each other!
*CLANG CLANG* Then suddenly, our captain showed up in the middle of the fight and stopped both of their attacks! Just when did he get there?
After that, both Zeth and Aurora calmed down for a bit but it doesn't look like Aurora's happy seeing our Captain. Aurora logged out of the game after that and then he signaled us to go there too.
"Who do we have here? The Leader of the Protection Squad of the Order of Light who left the guild for some unknown reason. So why did you come back?" Zeth said. Jay was from the Order of Light? This is the first time I heard of this.
"It's been a long time you know. I also heard that the Protection Squad was disbanded a couple of weeks ago. We were supposed to help you guys but I don't think that you need our help anymore." Jay sure knows them.
"We are the Strongest Guild after all. We don't need you here. Please leave the city before the old man sees you." I don't really know what happened between them but I guess they still have hard feelings towards Jay. Jay is somehow quirky but he's a good man. I've never thought that someone would really hate him.
"Fine. We will leave now." Jay replied. He signaled us to move out now... and I thought I would meet Petula and her friends.
As we started moving out, I sensed familiar aura not really far from here. It's also getting near.
"CHARA! CHARA!" Oh! It's Petula!
I told Jay to wait for a bit as I meet with my sister.
"Hey, Petula. We live in the same house you know. You don't have to shout like you haven't seen me for a while."After I hugged her. Yes, we're so close that we are even close to those siblings by blood.
"Oh, cut the crap. You know I can see you every day but you can't see me. I'm doing this for you, you know." She's right. I'm blind after all. Some people think that my sister is a bad girl because of the way she talks but believe me... they're right but I love her of course.

"You didn't answer my question damn it! Whatever..." Then she hugged me back again.

After that simple sister reunion, she introduced us to Miss Akko and her little sister Lili, both of them are beautiful. They told us that their guild leader died... again which is Scythus. It seems that they really need to take a rest for a while to regain their strength back.
"Sis, I think we have to go now. For some reason, we are not welcome here at all." I explained to Petula.
"What are you talking about? We can stay as long as we want. Hello there, a princess who stole my heart." Jay suddenly rushed towards Miss Akko and knelt down and held her hand like a weirdo.
"Oh... sorry. I have someone I like." Then Miss Akko pulled her hand back.
"A lot of girls already told me that but they didn't stop me from expressing my love. One's an exception after I got a black eye." He insisted, sounds like someone I know gave you that black eye.

Of course, we didn't reject the offer because we are not just tired but we are also too hungry to travel back to our guild. They said that we have to travel a bit more to reach their guild. They also mentioned that Scy is also not allowed to go to the Order of Light city but he still did help them. Appreciation isn't really one of their strong suits.

We arrived at their guild and it's almost four hours... four hours. Is it just I or they said that we have to travel "a bit more" but it took us a while. We traveled with their other guild members who participated in the war and I can tell that they're really new for having few members.
"Welcome back! I heard what happened. Thank God you finally defeated the Frozen King!" A really beautiful girl appeared in front of the gate and why on earth are they with elves?
"Hello there, a princess who stole my heart." Once again, Jay suddenly appeared in front of that beautiful girl... he really needs to stop now or he will get more black eyes he deserves.
"Oh... how did you know I'm a princess?" The beautiful girl replied. Is she saying that to get along with the worst pick up line or is she telling the truth?
I once again stopped him from doing something crazy. I just smiled with the beautiful girl as I drag our captain away from her.
They guided us inside the guild and this place really looks great. It's not that big but it looks defensive. They really prepared for the invasion of the Frozen King. It's not only made for defense, but it's also beautiful after I saw some ice sculptures nearby. This is my first time seeing one.
After that, we entered an inn where we smelt delicious foods! The celebration is about to start. I think they waited for the other guild members to respawn.
"Scy is back!" We heard someone from outside that Scy is back. Then we saw him enter the inn. I heard he died in the City of the Order of Light? How in the world did he travel so fast with the others?
"Yo! It's good to be back." Scy, huh.
"YEAAAAAAAAAH!" Then we heard his guild members cheered while raising their glasses. The party is about to start.
