-Greenleaf Village, Goblin's Raid-

"Hey, you guys! Just stay at the back and don't make contact unless you were attacked." Handy's worriedly barking at us.

"Don't worry Mr. Handy, we don't look like it but we can handle ourselves," Elou, I don't think we really can but good job staying.

"The nasty goblins are just low-level monsters but be careful because they can easily kill you in a group." Handy's pretty much leading the guards and defenders while getting ready for the goblin's raid.

"But why are the goblins attacking right now? Isn't this town supposed to be safe?" All of us are clueless about what's happening because it's our first day in the game. Not to mention it's not normal when monsters just raid out of nowhere.

"There is no safe play in this game. Players protect each other but some don't. When monsters have high numbers, they sometimes raid some places and loot them. That's why right now we are defending the village. There are some abnormalities happening and our scouts are still investigating." Handy sure knows a lot about the game. The gate can't hold the gates any longer. The Goblins are trying to break through. If this keeps up the gate will be destroyed.

"OPEN THE GATE! PREPARE TO BATTLE!" Handy roars like a thunder echoing all over the village.

Handy is different from earlier. Now, he's wearing a thick armor made of a shiny metal helmet that cover's most of his face and a hammer with unimaginable weight. I'm pretty sure he can destroy the wall made of rocks in just a single hit. The players in front line are also wearing some heavy equipment and wielding a large shield good for defending, also the weapons they use are long swords and spears. The players at the back are mostly for long-range attackers and supports wearing light armors.

The goblins rush to the players. Goblins are a small type of Goblinoids that mostly the weakest. They have a scary looking face; pointy ears, sharp fangs, and their skin mostly are green. Goblin's weapons are some hammers made out of stones and twigs. Some goblins use stones as range weapons as well.

Every time the goblins try to attack the defenders, they were pierced to death that they can't get near them. Also, the spellcasters use long range magic to damage the goblins from afar. Handy, on the other hand, swings his Giant Hammer like a madman hitting the goblins and making them fly around.

Goblins' numbers are still increasing. Some of the goblins made their way through inside. Supports and caster are having a hard time avoiding the goblins.

"Scy! Let's help them!" Elou insisted.

I rush towards the goblins that are trying to attack the supports.

"KACCHAAAA!" I got one nasty Goblin's attention.

He started to attack me using his hammer, but I manage to dodge it. Fighting those agile wild cats made me more flexible. I tried to attack back using a stab move with my dagger. I pierced his shoulder which dealt a good damage.

"KYAAAAH!" The goblin cried while he grasps its shoulder, bleeding. I didn't stop with that and I continuously stab it from its side making it cry with pain and suddenly met its bitter end.

The battle feels like endless chaos. Corpses of goblins flying over the place, the place is filled with blood and cries and roar of both sides can be heard like theirs an ongoing thunderstorm. Jeez, I am not happy with what I'm looking at.

The numbers of goblins are reduced. Most of the goblins are fleeing from combat. The battle was really one-sided, slaughtering every goblin. They're dropping tons of loots but we don't have time to pick them up. Looks like the battle ended. That's what we thought.

"GWAOOOOOOOHHH!" A powerful and intense roar rumbling outside the gate sent fear to all of us. Even Handy was startled by it. It's undeniably a Boss type monster.

A large boulder came from above and squashed players to death.

"What the hell was that?!" Players were confused about what happened. But it didn't stop from that. Another boulder is flying towards the support and spell caster. Some of them avoided it in time but others died helplessly.

"AWOOOOOHHHH! KACCHHHHAAA!" Goblins that are riding wolves started to appear. I looked around and we're pretty much not in a good spot.

The first wave was easy, but the second wave is something. Wolves are agile. They jumped above the defenders and managed to avoid them. They are targeting the rest of the supports and casters who are still alive and injured. This is bad. Most of them are running out of mana.

"WOOOOAAAAHHH! Don't you dare touch them?!" We still have Handy smashing those Wolf Riders. Most of the defenders are still trying to defend the frontline.

We beginners, on the other hand, are trying to catch the attention of some monsters away from our support and casters. Without them, the defenders will die.

The battle was fierce. I managed to kill some of the goblins but it was tough. If you count the dead bodies of goblins it would be like 400 to 500 including the wolves. After the long battle, we managed to stop the invasion of the goblins and wolf riders. Suddenly we started to feel like there's an earthquake going on. The boss showed up. It's the Goblin's Chief! How did I know that? Thanks, NLO Wikia.

"GWOOOOOOOAHHHHHH!" The Goblin's Chief is here! He looks the same as the normal goblins but his body is way larger than a normal goblin, around nine feet in height. His body is filled with scars from battles. He doesn't have a normal weapon but with uprooted tall trees on his both hands.

He started swinging the trees to the defenders but the force is too much knock backing them away. Supports are still doing their best to heal the defenders from the boss attacks.

Casters magic spells are ineffective. The boss just swings the trees whenever a spell was flying towards him. Frontal and obvious attacks won't work! We should attack the boss in his blind spot!

Handy rushed towards the boss and smashed his hammer to the boss' arm. It was a heavy attack but it doesn't seem to affect the boss that much.

"Normal attacks won't work. RAGE MODE!" He shouted fearlessly! His body releases an aura turning his body to red.

The boss just swings the trees towards Handy and he just defends from the attacks. He maintained his stance. The strange red aura started to become stronger and stronger. It's like he was building power from receiving hits. Handy's health is dropping even with the help of supports his HP is still decreasing really fast. After defending enough, he prepared an all-out attack.

"WARHAMMER'S WRATH!" He caught the Boss by surprise! He used a powerful attack that after hitting the boss, the ground shakes like there's an earthquake! The boss took a direct hit. It didn't kill the boss but it stopped from moving! The Boss was stunned! Taking hits from the boss was reckless but it was worth it. Casters focused their most powerful spells and defenders stab the Boss like it was a training dummy. The Boss was injured badly. Handy though was also at his limit.

The boss regained consciousness and started to move again. He's slower now but still can hit hard. I can't just stand here doing anything. I need to do something!

I search the place to find some sort of diversion. I smell alcohol coming from those barrels, one of the products of a shop nearby. I rolled it to the boss and he smashed it with his feet. I used the torch from the shop and throw it to the boss which made a huge fire burning him!

*TIIIIIIING*

"Fire Mastery learned." A new mastery! Nice!

The boss tried to put out the fire but casters from the back shoot fire magic which maintained the fire from the boss. The defenders tried to poke him with their spears but the boss just swings the large trees around making them stop the attacks. Even Handy now can't go near because he's almost dead too. I decided to sneak at his back undetected.

*TIIIIIING!*

Stealth Mastery Learned." I discovered another mastery. Lucky! Sounds like it's a creeper mastery.

I jumped to the boss and stabbed him in the back of his neck hoping he would be killed by that. It was a solid hit and the Boss cried out in pain! He didn't die from that?!

I suddenly feel a pain over my head. It all went black, lots of emotions surround me and I once again remember the accident.

Then I suddenly logged out from the game.

"Hmm, I didn't log out though. What happened?"

I tried to log in but it says...

"You can't log in for four hours due to death."

"EHHHHH?!"
