Most of the Thirteen Gods were really shocked by what happened.
"So you really did get stronger this time. Too bad for Vulkhan, he's becoming weaker." Zeth thought he will be the one who will defeat Vulkhan and no, Vulkhan is not becoming weaker but he was just unlucky to fight me.
"A man not in the ranks of Thirteen God defeated the third strongest huh. Not bad, I can't wait to fight you and take my subordinates' revenge." Siren said.
They have their new target now. They still can't believe that someone like me used a second monster's soul transformation. Vulkhan hasn't unlocked his second form so I got a huge advantage earlier. But I still don't know if other Gods already unlocked it.
I went back to our spot after winning. My group and other friendly guild leaders rushed towards me to congratulate me.
"Wow, I never thought that you could really defeat him! That was an intense fight!" Drake's pretty excited.
"Yeah, I don't know if I could even win against you now." Siegriel, that's an exaggeration. Siegriel is strong too.
"Thanks, I just got lucky,"
"Scy! That was really cool. Congratulations on your win! Take your rest. We know you are really exhausted right now." Akko congratulated me.
We returned to our seats to watch the other fights. Most of the fights are usually one-sided. It was like my fight was the main event of the evening. Elou and Akko finished their fights without any problems too. The first 128 fights ended within just four hours. The longest fight was my fight with Vulkhan.
The next matches will begin around 4 am in the morning and hopefully will end around 6 am because people need to go to work and they are making the schedule available for a time when people aren't busy or not working. After that, they still have no announcements.
-Order of Light West Gate-
We still have a lot of time and because the City is still filled with people, we decided to leave and go to the simple village nearby.
Hmmmm... as we went outside, we saw someone familiar.
"Hello there, guys. I saw your fights earlier. That was really great. The fight between Scythus and that flame guy was really awesome." It's the innkeeper from the simple village.
"Oh hello there, thank you for watching. Anyway, we are planning to go to your village. Are you going back?" I asked because I saw her going out of the city too.
"Yeah, it's too crowded here. I just want to eat some food at my inn. Are you sure you're going to our village?" She asked. Knowing we are going to have a match later, she might think we don't have time to go somewhere else.
"We're going there because we can't do anything here. This place is full of people. It's hard to buy stuff and rest anywhere. You can come to your place with us if you want." I asked her.
"Let's go then, traveling with you guys makes me feel safer from monsters. I'll treat you something later." She said. Wow, that's a nice deal.
"Don't worry. I will protect you from any harm. I didn't get your name from last time. Can you please tell me?" Elou asked. I thought he was a womanizer, but he just looks like someone who is really trying hard.
"Ahmmmmm... It's Emily." She answered.
"Welcome aboard, Miss Emily." Akko welcomed her.
Lili, as usual, is just silent from the corner. We decided to go to the Simple village.
-Simple Village-
After traveling for around ten minutes, we arrived at the Simple village. It's still the same as we visited it days ago. Of course, it won't change in just a couple of days, what am I thinking?
The place is completely deserted. Not literally deserted, but there are no people around.
"It's like a ghost village," Akko looked around.
"Yeah. Earlier today, they decided to go to the city because they want to watch the tournament. They locked their houses to make sure no one will just steal things around here." She explained. Well, even their guards aren't here. It's really not good to leave the place like this.
We went inside the Inn to rest and eat some food.
"Here you go. It may not be as good as the City's tavern delicacies but it's not that bad either, I think." We ate the food she cooked for us and it was really good. If we have her as a party member, we can eat good food while training and it will be a good motivation for us.
"Thank you for the treat, Miss Emily. Anyway I'm Akko, the blonde guy is Elou and the cute one is Lili. I know you know Scythus from his explosiveness earlier." She introduced us to her. Explosiveness she says.
"I already know your names from earlier, I watch the whole fight and I am a fan of you guys. And I don't believe the bad things they said about you." Wow, she's really an angel with her pretty face.
"Thank you, Miss Emily. You're really a good person." She really is, Akko.
"No need to be formal, just call me Emily. The one I served you is one of my specialties that boosts your stats a bit. It will help you guys with your match later. If only I have better ingredients, I can cook for you guys better food with better buffs." She said.
"Don't worry. It's enough for us to win our next match. We will visit your inn when we have time." Akko's really enthusiastic when food is on the table.
"Well, we need someone who can cook for the party but I guess you can't leave your inn. Haha" I said.
"Yeah, this is all I have and I don't have any fighting masteries so I can't really be much help to you guys." She repied. Though having someone like her would be really good.
"How about you guys rest upstairs and I will call you later before your match." She suggested.

We rested for a bit and chitchatted for a little. We also watched the stars and moons in the sky outside the window. After a week of straight training and hunting, now we have to fight in the tournament. A simple relaxation soothes our body and mind.
"Hey guys, it is time to go. We should get going now." Emily said.
"We will be right there Emily," Akko started packing again.
We decided to go back to the Order of Light City and watch the next matches even though we know that it will like the rest of the fights earlier. I hope I don't get to fight another strong opponent this time.
We traveled back and before we are almost at the entrance of the city, some dudes stopped us from going inside...
