The Lamp Genie opened her eyes but didn't found anyone nearby.
Marco: I am down there….
The Lamp Genie looked down and found Marco as a nine tailed fox cub, she had a curious face and floated down.

Tamamo was still searching for Marco, but she didn't found him yet, either he already reached destination, he got lost somewhere, he got picked up from some monsters, which is not possible with his strength, or he died somewhere of hunger or thirst.
It seems like she didn't thought that the nine tailed fox was Marco, because she remembered that Marco had 3 tails the last time, and maybe he could have 4 of them now, but she didn't believed that he could pass on 9 tails immediately, even if with a price to pay.
So, she continued to search for him in the desert, she would not injure him like she wanted before Alice's orders, since she ordered that, Tamamo will not attack him for revenge even if she is still angry about it.
