Marco and Alice were underwater, they were at the northern sea, heading towards the other temple. After the incident with the Doppelganger, the rest of the journey was peaceful, no other monster came for Marco's sperm.
Unlike the southern sea, this area was really close to Hellgondo, meaning that the monsters here were stronger, a lot stronger.
And now Marco felt something getting towards him, he turned around and Alice wasn't there, for caution he decided to use the Chakra Gate, otherwise he will never know what will happen when he lowers his guard.
Finally, the thing that was approaching him came, revealing a mermaid with a big dark blue tail and blue long hair, she wasn't wearing anything.
Mermaid: Ah… A human. Uhm… I have a present I'd like to give you. Can you come a little closer…?
Marco just looked at the mermaid with dead eyes… This was just a Mimic's trick with extra steps.
Marco: Hell no, I'm not that blind to not recognize you.
Mermaid?: I see… That's too bad… Then I'll just have to give it to you by force!
Then in the place of the Mermaid, there was a Dagon. Her hair and upper body didn't changed, instead of a tail there were red octopus' tentacles with a membrane between them, and from her ears, two tentacles came out.
Dagon: Hehe… I'm going to catch you!
Then her lower body closes around Marco, who swam away as fast as possible before rushing back at her while using Lightning Sword Flash, however she nimbly dodged his attack before catching his leg with her arms and throwing him down.
She had a strong physical prowess, however it was not comparable with the dragon girl's strength, so Marco used Undine to stop his fall and shot a bullet of pressured water to her, she crossed her arms and blocked the bullet.
Then she moved her arms away and looked at Marco with an arrogant smirk, which turned immediately into a surprised one when she found him in front of her, with his arms covered in ice to use as a hammer, and smashed her head with it.
The attack was too strong for her head to resist, crushing her skull, she glowed and got sealed into an octopus.
Marco: 'Always attack with your 100%... Fuck holding back, I will never do it against an unknown enemy…'
Alice turned back to him and commented.
Alice: That was a good fight, you should never hold back.
Marco: Yeah… I noticed. Now let's g-
Alice: Wait!
Alice interrupted him and grabbed his shoulder, before throwing him away. Surprised, Marco looked at what was happening before seeing something like a spatial rift opening, he immediately used a chakra arm to pull Alice away, however the rift was too strong and sucked both of them.
Marco: 'This shit wasn't part of the story!!!!!'
And darkness was in front of their eyes…

Illias was observing everything from the Heaven, and frowned.
Illias: Where did that Spatial Rift come from? Eden!
Eden immediately appeared near Illias.
Eden: Yes, her Majesty?
Illias: Investigate the Spatial Rift in the Northern Sea, Marco and the Monster Lord entered the rift, so I wish for you to bring back Marco, you can ignore Alice, however don't get found out… I need him for my plans.

Eden didn't know about what plans Illias talked about, however it was clear that bringing back Marco was her mission, and she will accomplish it.
Illias thought that the sudden apparition of the Spatial Rift was both a good and a bad thing, it teleported Alice away from this world, however if she wanted to complete her plans, she needed Marco's strength, he was the only one strong enough to make her plans successful.

A Spatial Rift was opened over a forest, and from it, Marco and Alice came out and fell in the forest, Marco was still in Chakra Gate so he was able to fall safely, while Alice flew and slowly descended, touching the ground next to Marco.
They looked around before checking their bodies, there weren't any modifications or problems. Then they checked their items, food, water, backpack, gun, and the favourite book of Alice which talked about food in every town was there.
Marco: So… Any idea about where we are?
Alice: Did you really think I know it?
Marco: ...Well… No. Wait a damn fucking bloody minute…
Marco frowned a bit and walked to a certain direction, Alice raised an eyebrow and followed him. Marco felt something familiar with this place, and followed his gut.
Some minutes later of walking, they reached a really familiar place, they were still in a forest, but there was a clearing in front of them, and inside the clearing there was… A crater.
Alice: T-This…
She was surprised from seeing the crater, and Marco too, this was the place where Alice crashed before Marco started his journey.
Marco: Well, we have a lead about where we are… And that path over there should be the direction where Illias Village is…
Marco turned towards a path between the trees.
Marco: Great, we turned back in Illias Continent… Good Lord… Don't tell me we need to make again the entire journey to the Northern Sea…
Alice: *Sigh* At least we are lucky to not teleport into an unknown place or in the space.
