"It's okay if all of them would donate, but if they only here out of curiosity, it's better if they leave or they might run out of coffee and cookies to feed the real mourners," Alexa whispered back.
Prince Alexander does not understand the custom of Filipino people in regards to a dead person's wake. He was wondering why does each person that views grandmother Santos, would put a few bucks in what it seems to be a donation box. He thought it's fascinating customs.
He also how busy the family of grandmother Santos in serving the mourners and other guests and continuously going back and forth serving coffee, and cookies. Now he knows what Alexa was talking about running out of cookies...
Prince Alexander excused himself and called Pierre who's busy flirting with a girl. He whispered something to him, and Pierre kept on nodding as an agreement. "Alight, take care of it, now!" He ordered Pierre before going to Alexa's side.
Alexa and Prince Alexander went and sat down at the front row and stayed a while mourning for grandmother Santos. It's at least what Alexa could do for the person who had raised her, no matter how bad she was treated back then.
"Well, everything happens for a reason. If not for her trying hard to make a living to pay off grandmother Santos gambling death, she would have never met the Prince of her life.

Daniel wanted to accompany Andrea back to the Philippines. However, it is just impossible with his mother in a coma and a critical condition. He had no choice but to bid his fiancee goodbye, with the promise that he would follow once everything was stabilized and in order.
