Grandmother Santos has no idea that Alexa was on the way to where she's at if she knew, she would run out in a heartbeat. She doesn't know how she's going to face her granddaughter at the moment. She needed to get out of town, and she needed to hide as far away as she can...

Flashback:

Early that morning, grandma Santos was happily playing mahjong in a nearby neighbor when someone came looking for her, an investigator. The investigator was hired by Alexa's biological father 'Sean Grant' from America. After finding out that he fathered a child, he didn't waste any time of hiring an investigator to look for the mother and child no matter what the cost.

The investigator that Sean Grant hired in the past was top-notch. However, because of his wife's interference, the investigator always comes back empty-handed. Until recently when he threatened his wife that he would file for divorce if she doesn't divulge everything that she knows.

All documentation regarding Alexa and her mother 'Chrissy Chen' was handed over to Sean Grand. He was devastated to find out that 'Chrissy Chen' had passed away from a car accident leaving their daughter in care off the nanny 'Lydia Santos.' As he read through the file, he found out that his daughter had lived a life of impoverished. He read through the record, until the last page of the report, not realizing that tears were flowing down on his handsome face.

Sean Grant called the private investigator to come, once the P.I. Arrives he then ordered him to fly to the Philippines at once after handing Alexa's recent picture. "Bring back my daughter, no matter what the cost. Don't bother coming back if she's not with you,- you understand!" Sean Grant sternly ordered while trying his best to stay calm.

Meanwhile, Alexa and Ramon arrive at RRWP headquarters in no time. The traffic wasn't too bad, thank God for the color coding the highway was not as traffic-jammed as it used to be. Alexa couldn't wait for Ramon to find a parking space, she asked him to drop her off the front of the building.

Once the car was in full stop, she hurriedly opens the door ready to jump out as soon as she could. She was about to close the car door when she remembers something. She pokes her head inside the car to tell Ramon to go, " if you have somewhere else needed to be, just go- I can handle it from here." She then closed the door and rushed toward the building without waiting for Ramon's reply.

Grandma Santos rapidly peeked at the window blinds that covering the employee breakroom. "Oh, sh*t! It's Alexa; what am I going to do?" She mumbles to herself while she's trying to find a place to hide. Unfortunately, it was too late... The door's opens and Alexa and Andrea walks in...

As soon as Alexa saw her grandmother, she ran into her and hugged her as tight as she could while tears were flowing down her face. "Grandma!!! What's the meaning of this? What are you doing here? Oh, grandma!!!" Alexa hugging grandma Santos likes there no tomorrow.
