Stonexia base level is now 110 by using OP equipment, Super Saiyan Transformation alongwith the Blood Field Skill against Bardock in demo mode continuously. He has levelled pretty till level 99 but levels of 100-110 took most of his time. Also there was lack of opponents at higher level. Even in ape form Bardock can unleash only 10 levels higher might than his original and thus helped Stonexia reach level 110, and due to simultaneous growth Bardock is currently at level 110 himself too. But as Stonexia need better opponent for faster level ups he want to search for a stronger opponent now.
OP Sword and OP armor give him +10 level offense and +10 level defense which is upgraded with 100% pure Jellitonium Y. Rest of the members are at level 90. But Stonexia went to the meeting instead of Mr. Yrrah, and knowing identity of Stonexia as son of Mr. Yrrah even Saiyans didn't mind and treated him as their honored guest. And thus the talks started. Communication is not an issue since dawn of star wars era. Technology enables communication between different races easily. And even if there was no technology Stonexia can still use OPS for communicating with anybody.
