Lackey replied "He seems to be 25 to 28 years old, and is a newcomer and its first time fighting in ring as per his biodata where he presented himself as a fresher."

Shahbad was an district within Delhi State of India, where Stonexia used to live. It was an rural area. Lots of thugs, baddies, thiefs and drug addicts used to reside near the rings neighborhood. And Charlee had contact with all of them. He was like gang leader of all the baddies.
Although street fighting has no rules, and even death can be the outcome of fights in it but due to low zonal level not many people cared about ranks in it and thus go easy on opponents. So in street fighting lower ranks, generally foul means were not used. But top three rank holders were bullies and can resort to any foul tactics to keep their ranks.
First of all a referee was bribed for the upcoming fight by Charlee. Then he also send few of hooligans to blackmail the father of Stonexia to give up on the fight or else their whole family will be murdered. Also he wore some of special iron rings to make his punch yield more explosive power.
Mr. Yrrah was very worried after receiving threat from hooligans and immediately told about same to Stonexia. But Stonexia remained calm and smiled "Chill Dad" and went in the ring. Hooligans and Charlee were very surprised to see the calm posture of Stonexia even after receiving the threat. He thought that Stonexia will give up on the fight and won't even show his face in the ring under the threats passed on by his hooligans, but not only were his threats ineffective, but this young man in front of him was so calm as if he was sure of his victory.
"Kid, you won't be getting out of this ring alive. I will make sure to disfigure or cripple you at least if not dead." Charlee said in an arrogant tone.
Stonexia replied, "You should worry about yourself. Earlier if you would've fought fairly then i will be happy to just defeat you. But seeing your arrogance and foul means of blackmailing me, i will be making you a cripple for sure, as killing you means going too easy on you as well."
Crowd was surprised by this revelation and fans of Charlee got disappointed on seeing that their hero resorted to such petty tricks just for the sake of his rank. Also public declaration will ensure safety for Stonexia's family as well, as everybody is now clearly aware about the threat from charlee so even if somebody dares to bully/injure/kill any of Yrrah family members then there will be more than enough evidence for cops to put Charlee behind the bars.
Stonexia used scouting on Charlee and found that rings wore by Charlee are enhancing his punching power by 10 percent.
Suddenly referee shouted "Get Ready".... "FIIIIII......."
But before he can say "Fight", Stonexia voice resounded...
"Wow that is nice pair of rings, how come referee is not disqualifying you? Not only disqualifying he should at least have suspected them just for showing off to crowd? But it seems you have bribed him as well?"
Referee put his head down feeling ashamed.
Stonexia intentionally let Referee speak "FIIIII....." so that he confirms that referee is really not checking or suspecting Charlee at all, and thus was allowing the fight to begin.
Charlee's face became ugly from rage after hearing this. All his tricks were presented in front of whole crowd, and thus his fans will really be disappointed after this. Even if he can beat Stonexia, everybody will suspect of this as unfair victory only. Although he didn't cared about his image much but the rewards from fights are dependent on public popularity values of fighters as well. So his future incomes will be lowered with low fanfare.
Arena Leader immediately noticed the betrayal of referee and fired him on the spot and replaced it with another reputed referee. Also new referee forced Charlee to remove those rings. After all this Charlee attacked like raging bull towards Stonexia, but was easily dodged and got a kick on his butt from Stonexia. He got crashed into the metal rod of the corner of the ring and got hurt.
Actually Stonexia who was in live mode of OPS, was already getting knowledge of weaknesses of the moves made by Charlee from the system. Even if a move can't be countered by him, system easily found ways to dodge the opponent's moves at the very least. Thus no hit landed on the Stonexia, whereas Charlee was bathing in his own blood after 5 to 10 minutes of their brawl. At this moment Charlee was finding hard to even keep standing. Seeing this state of him, Stonexia gave a round kick behind the knee of Charlee and now Charlee was on the ring floor on his knees. Now its easy for Stonexia to deliver another roundkick on the face of Charlee to give him a knockout and win the fight, but he deliberately went up the rope and delivered elbow drop with full weight and strength behind his kneecap again to break the leg of Charlee to make him a handicap for whole his life. Even if he can cure it by spending lots of money, he won't be able to compete in ring at least after this.
