After Ye Wan Wan went straight to her dorm, she didn't bother to care much about the brief event at the lakeside. She's about to take the college entrance exam in just a few months and she wouldn't be staying in school for long. So, there was no need to bother wasting time with these childish and trivial matters.
The next morning.
Ye Wan Wan, maintaining her exaggerated appearance, came to class just like how she used to.
The originally noisy classroom suddenly quieted down. One by one, the students turned their burning gaze on her, their faces filled with expectation.
Ye Wan Wan felt helpless. Can these people not be so obvious? Do they treat her as an idiot who can't even see through this?
Fine, it seems like her past life’s IQ was almost nowhere to be found.
Ye Wan Wan pretended to look ignorant and directly walked over to her own seat.
Catching a glimpse out of the corner of her eyes, she noticed that her chair seemed fishy— there was a thick layer of scotch tape covering it. If one didn't examine it carefully, they'd have most likely directly sat on it.
(T/N: scotch tape = adhesive tape, usually white or colorless)
With this kind of adhesive, once they sat on it, their whole body would stick to the chair. They could only break free by taking off their pants.
Even though it wouldn't cause much physical harm, it would cause her to lose face to the greatest extent.
Shooting a glance at the boy beside her, who as usual, was sleeping while lying his stomach against the desk, Ye Wan Wan secretly sighed as she muttered "femme fatale"…..
Just as she was about to pull out the chair, she was suddenly blocked and pulled behind by someone, then that person rapidly dragged her chair away.

The sleeping Si Xia was startled awake by that ear-piercing noise, and turned to look at Ye Wan Wan and Ling Dong with obvious impatience. He shifted his gaze towards that chair, then slightly furrowed his brows.
Ye Wan Wan didn't pay attention to Si Xia's reaction, she frowned while staring at the recently arrived Ling Dong.
What's the meaning of this?
Being stared at by those pitch-black eyes, his originally arrogant and despotic expression turned exceedingly stiff. He silently pulled her chair to his seat, and exchanged his chair for hers.
That wasn’t all. Under the surrounding students' flabbergasted gaze, Ling Dong extended his hand and fished out a dead rat from Ye Wan Wan's drawer.
After seeing that dead rat, a few timid girls shrieked out from disgust.
Ling Dong’s face was expressionless as he threw the rat away. Then, he used his phone to illuminate Ye Wan Wan's drawer for some inspection. After making sure there was nothing else inside the drawer, he muttered in a low voice, "Have a seat."
Not daring to look directly at Ye Wan Wan's eyes, he simply returned to his seat after he was done talking. Taking off his jacket, he used it to cover up the tape, then directly sat on the chair.
Ye Wan Wan: "……"
Not just Ye Wan Wan, even the whole classroom was silent.
Everyone was startled silly upon seeing these series of actions by Ling Dong.
So early in the morning, just what the hell is going on here?
