Everyone in the household was alerted with the scream. Inside Qing Qing's room, Mi Rong put down the book that she was reading. She leaned herself towards the window and her eyes looked out of the window. The scene she saw made her heart drop almost immediately. Grandma Feng!
Mi Rong scanned the area and opened the window. The wind gushed in, but her face was deadly calm. Without thinking twice, she leaped out of the window. Her body flew down with great speed and soon landed on the staircase. There were some red patches on her waist, but she didn't seem to mind the injury at all. Her heart was beating loudly like a drum inside.
What laid in front of her was an unconscious grandma Feng lying underneath the staircase. Mi Rong quickly ran down the stairs that was neither too high or too low. From the height of the staircase, it wouldn't be too harmful to a regular person, but it was not the same case for grandma Feng who was already weak in the beginning.
As Mi Rong drew closer, she could see some scratches around grandma Feng's body. However, what was more worrisome was the wound on grandma Feng's head. A patch of blood was visible. Looking at grandma Feng's condition made Mi Rong's heart race even faster. She had to keep telling herself to stay calm her and suppress her worried heart down. She quickly checked grandma Feng's breathing and was able to heave a sigh.
Grandma Feng was still breathing but very softly. Mi Rong then checked grandma Feng's pulse and found no other problems. She was only worried about the injury on grandma Feng's head. Hopefully, the injury was only external and there would be no internal bleeding.
Mi Rong then took out a small box from her sleeves. Inside there were peculiar needles laid neatly. She quickly took out golden needles one after another. Her hands were fast, but her every action were gentle. Mi Rong placed the needle in the acupuncture points to stop the bleeding. She also took out a clean handkerchief and put some pressure on the wound to further stop the bleeding. After finishing the first aid, she took out her phone and dialled the call to the hospital.
Soon the security guards arrived on the scene. They were rendered speechless with what they saw in front of them. Hearing the footsteps, Mi Rong who had been crunching on the ground looked up. Her eyes were so cold that is had caused a shiver to run through their bones. It was their first time seeing such intensity coming from a person aside from their young master. On the other hand, Mi Rong did not take in mind of their reactions and spoke calmly, "Search the whole area." She then turned her whole attention to the grandma Feng.
At first, the guards were unresponsive, but once the suppressive air vanished, they sent in the order through their walkie talkie. They then spread themselves across the whole property.
Seeing grandma Feng's condition Mi Rong called out to Xiao Bai who had been on the treetops in another part of the house. He was awoken by Mi Rong's rather indifferent voice that was rarely heard, "Xiao Bai, get someone to search the whole area for any suspicious movements and check the CCTV room before anyone does."
Even he was not aware of the situation, Xiao Bai did not hesitate to carry it out, "On it."
Mi Rong who had almost told Xiao Bai the details spoke, "Grandma Feng's hurt. We're in the backyard, check this CCTV camera first."
"Yes, mam."
Before Mi Rong could say anything more, a commotion from the door was heard. She turned her eyes to the door and immediately her brows furrowed when she saw the person walking out from it. Just as fast as she turned her head to the door, she had to look another way from the door to calm herself.

However, as they were around ten feet away, they all paused when the lady on the floor stopped them, "Don't you dare come closer." Her voice was oddly cold. Some of the housemaids began to shake from nervousness. Miss Mi Rong was never this cold…
On the other hand, Xue Li was rather calm, "Mi Rong ah, grandma Feng is in critical condition. Why are you acting this way?"
