The Wait Until Dawn (Part Four)
“What? You dreamed that Gu Yi died?”
Gu JiuGe had arrived a bit later and did not hear about the contents of Gu Xiang’s dream.
He had actually just said that Gu Xiang’s feeling would definitely not be wrong. When Gu HuaiJiang heard this, just how heartbroken must he have felt?

This time, he told Gu JiuGe to bring 500 troops, and everyone in the city would know come morning. This was not the way that Gu HuaiJiang usually did things.
“According to Eastern Ling’s laws, mobilizing 500 or more troops requires approval from the Board of War. But waiting to report to them when the sun comes up tomorrow, the travel will cause some delays. Take my golden decree with you and lead the troops out of the city. I will take care of reporting the matter.”
With him having said this much, there was nothing else for Gu JiuGe to worry about, “Yes, son will go and select the soldiers immediately!”
“Second brother, please wait.”
Yu Fu suddenly walked in from the outside and saluted Gu HuaiJiang, “Head general, I want to go with second brother.”

Yu Fu grabbed a hold of him, “Don’t. He has already passed out and will not wake up for at least three days. I left the medicine to treat him with Yao Lan, and she will feed it to him every day. Right now, the most pressing matter is to quickly head to Changzhou to look for them. Bring me along!”
Only now did they understand that Yu Fu wanting to go was not out of willfulness. Rather, it was because she had no other choice.
The enemy had used poison in their attack against Gu ShuBai, which resulted in the entire group being overwhelmed. Right now, only Yu Fu’s poison abilities would be able to save Gu ShuBai’s group.

Gu JiuGe looked toward him, knowing that he would definitely be unwilling to put Yu Fu in danger, but reality did not wait.
