Following Morning Year 4014 Snow Kingdom (Central Town)

For the last two-three hours, Kazuya and her were in the middle of serious debate.Find authorized novels in Webnovel, faster updates, better experience,Please click www.webnovel.com for visiting.

A certain indigo haired boy steps forward, and sighs. "You two have been arguing about this for hours now. You'll annoy the general public at this rate," this person is Fukami. Kazuya's bodyguard. The entire time he had been following them. Lyn didn't realize at all, if Kazuya hadn't shouted for him yesterday, she would not have known.

The members of the Sound Kingdom, huh? She spends so much time with them, but even then Lyn has learned little about the group. They are meticulous in their tracks.

"Don't worry; nobody is around."

Lyn nodded, " Right? Lighten up--," her sentence fell short when she saw somebody familiar from the corner of her eye.

Fukami saw him then, "Oh look its Rhys. Good for you, Princess Lyn."

Gahhhh! There was none other than an angry-looking Rhys making his way over.

"Geh...., quick hide me," Lyn muttered, as she tried to hide behind Kazuya.

But it was far too late, Rhys appeared before her, and flicked her forehead. "What was that about hiding?"

"Ite. As I thought you're mad after all!"

"Of course I'm mad, what on earth are you thinking? Why are you so careless?"

"Well.."

Rhys sighed, "Forget it, don't do something that stupid again."

"Okay."

Lyn looked over at him and frowned. 'He's lost weight, and he looks paler,' Lyn thought. Is it because of her? She's a bit worried.

Her thoughts broke off when Kazuya squeezed her hand, ah! She is worried about Rhys, but she doesn't want to upset Kazuya. She can check on him later.

"Where are the others?"

"They said they'd come later, so the Princess wants us to meet her in this location?" Rhys pointed to the map.

"Yes, she left this morning and left the message behind," Lyn thought they would talk in the hideout. But it turned out that's not the case. Exactly what is that Princess thinking?

Kazuya wrapped her cloak around her, "Stay in this cute bundle Lyn; otherwise, you'll attract too much attention."

"Won't hiding deliberately draw more attention?"

"That's where you are wrong. People here keep their faces hidden most of the time unless there is a festival like yesterday."

"Hmmm, is that so?"

...

Lyn didn't think they could get lost. If she were following directions alone fair enough, but, she looked over at her boyfriend, Kazuya, and Rhys. Even with these two? Then again, the map that was left for them was not easy to follow. If Lyn didn't meet the Princess the other day, she would have thought it was a prank too. Her thoughts broke off when she spotted a familiar group not too far from them.

Gahh. Isn't that the Sound Kingdom Knights? Other than the second Knight, Lyn could spot the third Knight from before. There was also another man there with pale yellow hair and orange streaks.

"Why do we have to patrol today?" Leo whined.

"Quiet, you two always avoid patrols."

"Because it's boring."

"I go out."

"You're always napping."

Somehow, she doesn't get the same feeling from them that she did before. When she first met well two of them, Lyn was quite afraid. However now. Lyn tugged on Kazuya's arm and whispered, "Maybe we can ask them for help?"

Though the Princess left them a map, it was tough to follow. Kazuya seemed reluctant but nodded.

"Um, excuse me," Lyn called out.

"What---?" Michael snapped his head angrily; his eyes widened when he saw her.

Leo immediately rushed over, "Oi, oi! Don't blow your cover."

"The King already saw me out, didn't you guys know?"

"Eh? His majesty?" Leo seemed confused, alongside the third Knight.

The third Knight had a mixture of surprise on his face. It seemed like he wasn't sure what to do either. The ginger hair one, however, stepped forward, "Princess Lyn, right?"

"Yeah."

"Your majesty asked us to look after you while you look around the Kingdom."

Did he? Lyn looked at the man cautiously, with his lazy expression, it was hard to tell whether he was just making it up or not. "I'm Reiji, and this is the note from his majesty."

Lyn carefully accepted the note; it was short despite the length of the scroll. The King was welcoming her here, and telling her to enjoy. 'Feel free to use my Knights as you wish.' She handed the note to Kazyuya, "Um, what do you think?" unfortunately Lyn wasn't sure whether or not her judgment is correct. So she didn't want to decide so quickly.

"It seems legit; we might as well. They do know the area, right Rhys?"

Since she went over to the Knights, Lyn noticed that there was something wrong with Rhys. He kept staring at the ginger hair Knight.

"Where are you guys going?"

"Ah, um to meet with Princess Eva."

"Follow me," Reiji said. Doesn't he have to look at the map? Or does he know where they are heading?

"Hey Reiji, when did the King give you that note?" the third Knight seemed very displeased.

But even then Lyn noticed how wary the man was of Reiji. How odd, doesn't the third Knight have a higher ranking? Now that she thought about it, Reiji didn't introduce himself with his rank. Lyn reached over and tugged on the edge of Rhys sleeves, "What are you mumbling about?"

"Princess Lyn, you know when you take the initiative to get close it makes me think things."

At that comment, Lyn immediately stepped away and let's go of his cloak. "What are you thinking? I'm just wondering what is wrong."

Why does this guy always have to think of odd things? Can't she be concerned for him the normal way? Or is being intimate all that goes through his head. Maybe he misses Beth? No, Lyn shook her head. Even if it was harsh, Lyn understood the relationship between the two now. She doesn't get why Rhys treat Beth differently. But it had nothing to do with Rhys feelings.

Lyn quickly shook her head, 'Why is she even thinking about this?' Lyn thought.

"By the way, I wasn't going to mention this. But aren't you the chick that always hangs around Shioka?" Reiji suddenly spoke up. It surprised her that he was asking her questions.

'Always hangs around, they barely see each other.' Due to her circumstances, contact is limited after all. "We don't see each other that often."

It was brief, but a sly smirk appeared on Reiji's face, "Is that so? He's always going on and on about his master. So I assumed you two meet a lot."

What has that stupid guy been saying? Lyn sighed, "Not at all." She should send him a message later on. If Shioka keeps talking like that, her eldest brother is going to hear and who knows what will happen next.
