But gradually, she stopped struggling and then calmed down.
Finally, she closed her eyes and fell asleep as Ji Yue comforted her.
The maids were relived and looked at Ji Yue with respect.
“Untie her very carefully. And watch her. Don’t stimulate her. Do you understand?” Ji Yue said to one maid who answered with respect.
Xia Liang was more curious about Ji Yue. He was not a member of Nangong family but he seemed to live here. And all the maids respected him and took his order.
Since he calmed down Miss Nangong and gave her a warm feeling, she assumed that he should be a doctor.
Or even better, he may be a shrink who was hired for Miss Nangong’s mental disorder.
But soon enough Xia Liang was proved wrong.
“Mr. Ji, young master is home. He asks to see you in the study.” A maid got him notified when Ji Yue was about to hold Xia Liang in his arms and leave Miss Nangong’s room.
“Ok. I get it.” Ji Yue smiled, “I will be there in a minute. Thank you.”
“You are welcome. It is my job.” The young maid blushed because of Ji Yue’s smile.
The maid looked fine on the outside but deep inside she was screaming and shouting.

Finally her teeth couldn’t stand the pressure.
She then stopped biting. She shook her head and shrunk her nose. His pants didn’t taste good.
“Haha…You don’t want to leave me?” Ji Yue smiled and bent his knees, pinched her neck, “let go of me. I will hold you in my arms. You are coming with me. Is that ok?”
Xia Liang stared at him, trying to figure out if he was telling the truth.
Finally, she let go of him as she was so into his warm smile. Then Ji Yue scooped her up and kissed her, whispering,
“Tell me, are you a cat fairy? Or you are in fact a human in a cat’s body? Huh?”
Xia Liang’s hair stood up on hearing what he said.
Her cat face became a bit twisted because of horror and shock.

But then Ji Yue chuckled and teased her, “If you are not a cat fairy, why are you so smart, so adorable? So don’t lie to me. Tell me that you are.”
Xia Liang now already dropped her cat jaws!
