"I haven't looked at the map yet, maybe it can help me decide where to go…" Dro thought; extended his hand then clenched and unclenched his fist. The menu opened and from it, he selected the map option and it opened. Looking at the map, he saw his location on the map which was the only place that was not in the fog of war. And even though everything else around him was in it, the land masses could still be identified.
Dro saw that he was on the largest landmass which was shaped like a doughnut; inside and around the doughnut-shaped landmass there were countless islands of various sizes. "I am at the edge of the continent… If I go to the east, I will hit the edge and probably see the ocean… West it is," he thought and closed the map.
"Let's go," Dro said and turned in the direction of the west; Cari looked in the same direction but she frowned and immediately paled, "No! We can't go there! We will die!" she shouted.
Dro frowned and turned towards her, "What?"
"We can't go there! If we do, we will die!…" she lowered her head and said in a low voice, "When you asked me why I didn't fight back… I told you that there were two reasons, but actually, there were three and that third reason is the main reason why I didn't fight you, not the second one…"
Dro furrowed his eyebrows, "You lied to me?" his eyes darkened.
Car raised her head and hastily said, "Back then, before we came in contact, I could feel a dread slowly approaching me… because of this dread, I didn't fight you when you appeared before me. Not because you killed my brother to get to me and not because what my instincts told me when you stood in front of me. It was because of the dread that I felt…The dread that I feel from the west is so strong that the feeling I got from you would be like comparing a mere pup to an alpha! If we go in that direction, we will both die! I am not lying!"
The bandages on Dro's right arm shifted a little and faintly shone before dimming down but once it did, a character appeared on the bandages and a notification flashed.

Dro's eyes returned to normal and a surprised expression appeared on his face, "Nightmare upgraded itself? Why?! How?!" he shouted out inwardly not realizing what had happened.
"Please, believe me! we can't go to the west!"
Dro looked at Cari and saw her terrified expression, "Alright," he said and thought, "There was no sixth sense skill on her character window… but I shouldn't take chances… after all a <Level 10> monster chunked off half of my health"
Cari heaved a sigh of relief, "Thank you for believing me."

"Which way is the safest then?"
Cari looked around in all direction and pointed with her finger, "It's there to the south."
"Alright, let's go."
Having chosen their path, they walked through the jungle for a little over fifty-yards but then they stopped as a deafening roar echoed in their ears. They both turned their heads towards the direction of the roar, the west. "There was really something there… and that roar, I have never heard anything like that," Dro thought. Cari sighed with relief and thought, "We would have died if we went there…"
"Let's go," Dro said and they walked to the south a little more but then they stopped as before them, the same kind of boar laid with closed eyes.

Dro tapped it, looting it and then allocated his points as the last time, putting 10 points into Strength, Dexterity and Vitality. He put in his 1 talent point into <Increased Capacity> increasing his blood by 20 more and his blood was now at 140. He opened Cari's character window and allocated 25 points into Strength and Dexterity and the last 10 points into Vitality.
Allocating all the points, they walked further into the distance.
Once they left the area, the bushes rustled; from them leapt out a werebeast who landed on two legs. He had fur over his body, his arms, legs and body were six times larger than that of a well-built human's and he didn't have any wings or a tail.
He effortlessly tossed the giant were boar on his shoulder and turned his head to the place where Dro and Cari left in. "They clearly look like they are one of them and that man drank the blood from the heart of the boar but for some reason, I have a feeling that they aren't one of them. I have a feeling that they are the same as our king… true werebeasts… I have to inform the king…," he thought and ran to the south with the boar on his back, quickly passing Dro and Cari.

Walking some more, they didn't meet any more monsters and the sun had set down; the moon had risen up.
"We aren't going to sleep?" Cari asked as she looked at the bright full moon in the night's sky.
Dro shook his head, "We are werepires, we don't need to sleep."
Cari lowered her head and mumbled, "Werepires?"
"It's supposedly an ancestor of a vampire but it seems that it is also the ancestors of a werebeast… we are hybrids."
Cari slowly nodded, "I see." She then frowned and stopped, "Let's change directions."
"Another feeling of dread?" Dro asked and Cari nodded.
"Where do we go then?"
"Let's go, east."
