Chapter 20: Who dares to hit him?

“You fucking dared to hit me.” Guan Dahai cursed as he pointed at Lu Yang.

Lu Yang still remained silent as he emotionlessly walked towards Guan Dahai, picked up a brick and smashed it against his head.

Another “bang” resounded. Guan Dahai did not react on time as he was directly beaten down on the ground. The severe pain and Lu Yang’s unexpected outbreak, let him inexplicably feel terrified.

“You, what are you going to do?” Guan Dahai turned his head and asked in a trembling voice. He was just a punk of his generation, not even counted as part of the society. He only dared to bully ordinary people. And now he came across Lu Yang who wasn’t the type to be trifled with in this life.

In the last five years of his life, Lu Yang had met so many people of the same kind. As long as you teach them a lesson, they wouldn’t dare provoke you in the future. As he came near, Lu Yang grabbed Guan Dahai’s collar with one hand and his muddy body. His eyes suddenly burst into bloodthirsty murderous eyes and asked, “You dared to hit my brother.”

“Bang!” Without waiting for Gang Dahai to speak, Lu Yang hit him again with a brick.

“Do you dare to hit my brother?”

“Bang!” Again with the brick.

Gang Dahai was scared of getting hit again, so he begged for mercy, “I dare not.”

“You dare not?” Lu Yang raised the brick again.

“I dare not.” Gang Dahai cried.

Lu Yang sneered and pointed sideways at Xiao Liang, who was curled up on the ground with a confused expression in his eyes, he said, “Go to my brother and ask for his forgiveness, or else I’ll kill you today.”

Guan Dahai was afraid of Lu Yang’s eyes penetrating him. He quickly got up from the ground and ran to Xiao Liang. He almost fell twice. Once he reached Xiao Liang, he fell to the ground. He was too weak to stand up as he said in horror, “Xiao, Xiao Liang, I was wrong.”

Xiao Liang, who was still sitting on the ground, panicked and wanted to hide. Lu Yang came and sat beside him. He placed his arm around Xiao Liang’s shoulder and firmly gripped him. He said, “Brother, Guan Dahai is apologizing to you.”

“Ah, he, he is apologizing to me?” Xiao Liang’s eyes revealed horror. He dared not face Guan Dahai as he thought of his numerous experiences of being bullied by him since childhood.

Lu Yang saw behind Xiao Liang was a fruit knife for cutting watermelon. He took the beautiful flower knife, grabbed the handle and directly pointed the knife just an inch away from Guan Dahai’s eyes.

“Ah!” Guan Dahai was terrified and tried to retreat, but Lu Yang forcefully grabbed his collar.

“What are you going to do?” Guan Dahai asked.

“I don’t think that your apology is sincere. You might still want to take revenge later.” Lu Yang said as he closed the distance between the tip of the knife and Guan Dahai’s eyes.

Guan Dahai just apologized for a moment and recalled the bullying of Xiao Liang. His heart was filled with disgruntlement. He thought that later, he would gather people to look for Lu Yang and Xiao Liang to settle accounts. But at this moment he watched the knife getting closer and closer to his eyes. Causing him to really terrified.

“I was wrong. I was really wrong. I don’t dare to do it again.” Guan Dahai screamed like a pig getting slaughtered.

Xiao Liang was dumbfounded on the side. He was so shocked that Guan Dahai didn’t seem so frightening to him.

“This…”

Lu Yang swapped the fruit knife from his right hand to the left hand, pointed it at Guan Dahai and grasp Xiao Liang’s shoulder with the other hand. He said, “Brother, remember, from now on, no one shall dare to mess with you. Those who do, better not think they can live anymore.”

The sharp knife was just in front of Guan Dahai. His voice trembled as he said, “I dare not. I will never dare to do it again.”

“Get lost!” Lu Yang shouted.

He saw that Xiao Liang, for the time being would not dare to accept Guan Dahai’s apology. If Guan Dahai stayed here waiting. This grandson might likely bleed to death right here. Lu Yang, with great difficulty had just reborn. He didn’t want to take a life lawsuit on his back. So he let him go.

After Xiao Liang looked at Guan Hai fleeing. He turned and looked at Lu Yang, whose expression was filled with self-confidence. Confused, he asked, “Brother, how come I feel like you are a different person today? You had never clashed with Guan Hai before.”

Lu Yang’s lips drew a curve and said, “Brother, remember, from now on… no one can mess with us. Not now not ever.”

“Oh.” Xiao Liang didn’t know why, but he answered, “Boss, why did you come for me today?”

Lu Yang did not reply. He asked, “What are you doing recently?”

Xiao Liang just showed a faint and grim smile momentarily. He answered, “What else can I do? I can’t go to college. My family is poor. My parents lack the ability to send me to a technical school. So they both want me to sell vegetables in the market like them.”

“Selling vegetables?” Lu Yang asked, “Is that what you like?”

“Of course, I don’t like it.” Xiao Liang clasped his hands and knees and buried his head in his arms. He said, “I don’t like it but what can I do. I couldn’t go to college. I can only listen to my parents’ words and sell vegetables.”

Lu Yang patted Xiao Liang’s shoulders. He recalled that in his last life, he had found Xiao Liang in the vegetable market.

“Brother, wait for me for a while.” Lu Yang said.

Walking to the entrance of the courtyard, Lu Yang picked up a small carton from the ground and returned to Xiao Liang. He patted the cover of the box and said, “Come look, what’s this?”

Xiao Liang looked up, his eyes fixed on the design of the box, and excitedly said, “This is… Virtual helmet?

“Yes.” Lu Yang threw the box into Xiao Liang’s hands and said, “Here you go.”

As if he had received the most precious treasure of his life. Xiao Liang held the box with both hands and looked at Lu Yang in astonishment. “Brother, you said this is for me?”

Lu Yang nodded and said, “Obviously.”

“Brother…” Xiao Liang was speechless. For the first time in his life, someone other than his parents had treated him so well and also had given him such a valuable treasure. Therefore, he made up his mind and sincerely bowed to Lu Yang and said, “Thank you, brother.”

Lu Yang said, “No need to be so polite to me. You are my brother.”

In his mind, Lu Yang thought, “Brother, I owe you a life. This time this brother will cover you. I will absolutely lead you to a different but much better life.”

“Brother…” After being perplexed for a while, Xiao Liang took this sentence to his heart.

“Well, don’t be so amazed. First, go online and familiarize yourself with the environment. This brother will go home and take you to level up.” Lu Yang said.

“Oh, OK, I’ll go online asap.” Xiao Liang ran back into his house.

Lu Yang with a smile and shook his head. He murmured, “This brat have even forgot to tell me his in game name and went back.”

But Lu Yang didn’t care. Every game helmet had its own unique number. If you have this formation, you can also find Xiao Liang online.

Lu Yang returned home, headed to his room, simply moved to a comfortable position, put on his virtual helmet and entered the game.
