Tarro soon saw Capsule Corporation, it was a gigantic half spherical building, it was so big it was hard to miss it, looking over the city from above.
Tarro jumped off his cloud and landed by the entrance.
*Ding Dong* He pressed the doorbell.
A young blonde girl answered the door, it was Bulma's sister Tights.
"Hello, who are you looking for?" Tights asked.
"Hi, I'm looking for Dr Brief," Tarro said.
"Oh, my dad, I'll get him for you so why don't we wait inside." Tight's said inviting him inside.
"Thank you, big sis," Tarro said.
"Oh, I'm Tights by the way." She introduced herself.
"My name's Tarro," Tarro replied.
"Okay, Tarro. Wait a moment." She said and pressed a few buttons on an intercom.
"Dad, Someone is looking for you!" Tights shouted at the intercom.
Tights treated Tarro to some cookies and cakes while they waited for Dr Briefs to come.

"Thank you Tights, That was delicious." Tarro thanked her.
"No problem! Come visit me when have time. Big sis will treat you to a lot of delicious food." Tights said mischievously and winked.
A while later a middle-aged man with blue hair, a pair of glasses and a white coat walked into the room, it was Dr Briefs. Dr Briefs came closer and smiled at Tarro, "Well, hello there child, you wanted to speak with me?", he asked, a little surprised that a kid wanted to talk with him.
"Yes, Sir, my name is Tarro, I would like to ask for a favour since you are the one who created the capsules," replied Tarro. "You are the only one that can help me out. And if such a genius inventor like you can't help I doubt anyone can," He added afterwards to compliment him.
Dr Briefs chuckled. "Is that so?" He looked upwards thinking about something.

Sitting around a table where his dragon ball was placed at, Tarro started by explaining the legend and that he would need something like a radar to find the rest of the balls. And even though he knew the general area of where they all were it would insanely hard to find them without a radar.
"So, that's why you need my expertise. Interesting, I probably could make something like that, a day or two should be enough," said Dr Briefs with an understanding nod.
Dr Brief had always been an invention maniac and loved to invent new items, so he quickly got pulled in. And in order to not mess up Bulma and Goku's adventure, he made sure Dr Brief would keep the dragon radar a secret.
He took the dragon balls and stood up. "I will be taking this for the time being. You can stay at our house while I make the radar if you would like."
"No, it's ok I'll just stay at a hotel, but thank you for offering," Tarro said.

A few have passed and Tarro is back at Capsule Corp.
"Good morning, Hakase," he says, greeting the Dr.
"Well, good morning to you too, Tarro." Dr Breifs said and took out three dragon balls and the dragon ball radar from his lab coat pockets and placed them on the table.
"The radar you wanted me to make is finished and look, there was actually a Dragonball in our warehouse, so the radar does work." He said.
"Thank you Mr Hakase, this will help a lot. Plus now I only need to find 3 more," Tarro said with a grin.
"No, thank you, it has been interesting working with 'Magical Items'." Dr Breifs retorted, smiling.
"Anyway, I hope we meet again Mr Hakase," Tarro said while running off and waving back.
