After what felt like an eternity, Liam suddenly heard many babies crying. He felt sluggish and his vision was blurry. Looking around he saw many babies in alien styled bassinets.
"This one isn't crying."
"It's fine, the machine says that it's healthy."
Liam heard voices talking to his right. Turning his head, he saw a yellow and a spotted purple alien, similar to Appule.
'Ughh, this baby body is hard to move in.' Groaned Liam in his mind.
Suddenly on the overside of the room, He heard a door slide open and looked over to see two Saiyans in battle suits, a tall and bulky male Saiyan with spiky hair and a beard and next to him a shorter and slimmer female Saiyan with long hair reaching the middle of her back, a slender and curvy waist and a pretty face.
"Hey, you two which one of these brats is mine." Said the male Saiyan in a gruff, prideful voice to the aliens whilst walking over to them.
"Charda don't call my child a brat!" The female Saiyan shouted at the guy she called Charda hitting him around the back of the head.
'Hehehe I can tell they're Saiyans from just how wild they are.' Liam thought.
"Eeek, Mr Charda and Lady Tatsoi, this way, please." The yellow alien squeaks looking paler than before and sweating a bit. He started walking over to where Liam was laying followed by the two Saiyans.
"Awa he's so cute." Tatsoi said patting him on the head.
"Hmph, so what, it won't matter if his Power Level is low. Hey, you measure his Power Level for us!" Charda shouted at the yellow alien.
"Eeek, yes sir!"
[Beeeeep! Scanning Scanning Scanning! Beeeeep!]
"Eeeh, what the hell how is this possible???" Exclaims the alien looking extremely shocked.
"So what's his Power Level you slime face!" Shouts Charda getting fed up.
"1,000."
"Ehhh what, say that again I don't think I heard you right."
"I said it's 1,000 sir."
"WHAT 1,000 THERE'S NO WAY!!!" Charda screams.
"Eeek, I'm sorry sir but that's what it says." The alien squeaks again, looking almost completely white now.
"Wow, my son is cute and strong, aren't you proud Charda." Tatsoi
says looking even happier than before.
"Hohoho, of course I am proud, my son will grow up to be an Elite Warrior." Charda exclaimed proudly.
"So what shall we name him." Tatsoi asked.
"Hmm, how about Tarro?" Replied Charda.
"Ok, that seems like a good name." Said Tatsoi.
After they had named Liam, they left him in the incubator since it would take care of him until he grew up from an infant to a toddler.
Liam learned their names, the girl was Tatsoi and the man was Charda. They weren't married thus they didn't say that he was 'ours' but rather 'mine'. Both Tatsoi and Charda had a similar level of influence as noble families and had friendships from the previous generation. Although both of them were in different squads, because of their families' relations they decided to have a child. Both were High-Class Warriors, with a Power Level of around 7,000.
'So high, no wonder I'm an Elite-Class Warrior.' Liam thought.
'So system how come I was named Tarro? Is that also a Saiyan name?" Liam wondered.
[Beep! Yes Host the name, Tarro comes from the root vegetable Taro.]

'Ughh, my head feels like it just went through a blender, ughhhh.'

'Woah, I really didn't think that I'd make it.' Tarro sighed in relief.
'Guess I'll see what I can do with Beginner Level.' He thought as he started focusing his energy.
Tarro tried to sense the energy flowing around his body. Due to having great natural talent as a Super Elite-Class Warrior and a large amount of ki, Tarro could immediately sense ki when he started focusing. Once he got a sense of the powerful energy( or Ki as called on Earth) in his body, he tried to move it around. He found out that when he controlled this energy, it allowed his body to be enhanced and his battle power rose. You could also flare up your energy to enhance your battle power and body strength, this is called Full Power. But Full Power uses up your energy quite quickly so you would want to use it in a final attack to quickly end the fight. Another way he found he could use Ki, was to direct the energy towards his muscles which caused much less energy loss and greatly enhanced his muscle strength. It's called Pump Up, the amount of energy you can use to enhance your muscle strength will depend on how strong your body is, so if you pump up with too much energy your muscles might explode.
