Three days later, in the middle of the forest, a giant monkey in a meditative pose could be seen hovering just inches from the ground. Due to the tranquillity and security that it transmitted, some animals from the surroundings were attracted to it, since they felt that they would be safe from predators.
The giant monkey was Tarro and he was trying to find a way to transform into a True Saiyan.
'Huh, I have tried for days to compress my self, but there is no progress.' He sighed.
'It's not like I'll be able to transform into a Super Saiyan with my current power level, and the tail probably makes going Super Saiyan more difficult, so it has some incompatibility with the S-Cells.'
'Maybe the tail makes the Super Saiyan transformation more difficult, but not impossible so I'm not going to give up, the first Super Saiyan was seen as a golden monkey, and even in Dragon Ball Heroes we saw that evil Saiyan capable of transforming into the Golden Great Ape and Yamoshi also had a tail and could transform into a Super Saiyan.'
Tarro was convinced that the key to becoming a True Saiyan was by going into a state of extreme calmness. He tried to empty his mind as much as possible, but it was impossible, he was not able to do it no matter how hard he tried. Even when he didn't think about anything, he thought about not wanting to think.
'This is bad, no matter how hard I try I cannot help but think. If this continues, it will be impossible for me to master Ultra Instinct in the future.'

Tarro, in his Great Ape form, was frustrated and with nothing to do for the moment, he began to hum his favourite anime openings while waiting.
While the music played in his head, he began to remember events of many years ago. It was as if he were going back to his old world in one of the most endearing moments of his life, he remembered when he was not going to school and was in a state of deep depression. The reason he had first got into anime and manga was when visiting the library and finding the Dragon Ball manga and when he finished it he kept on reading more until he found out about anime and started watching lots of various shows. It all started when he found the Dragon Ball manga so always had a special place in his heart for it. During that flashback, when he was loaded with all of the happy emotions, something amazing happened.
He felt as if everything that was around him were growing, from the various animals to the trees and to the mountains in the distance. He then looked down to himself and realised that the everything else wasn't growing, it was his that was shrinking.
'Wow, why didn't realise it sooner, if Super Saiyan is obtained by extreme anger, then True Saiyan must be obtained from the opposite emotion, extreme joy for something you care for.'
The animals that were peacefully resting around him, altered by the change of their environment, ran away into the forest. Tarro now was the same size as his normal self, however, something had changed, his power remained the same as when he transformed into a Great Ape, multiplied by 10, but his energy reserves were much more condensed. He looked at his arms and they were more muscular and covered with brown fur.
"Oh cool, I can't wait to see what I look like." Tarro said as he excitedly ran towards a nearby stream, where his spaceship was refilling water and looked at his reflection.
He basically kept his normal stature, but the upper part of his body was somewhat more muscular and defined. He looked pretty much the same as a Super Saiyan 4 but had brown fur instead of red.
"Huh, I was beginning to think that this transformation wasn't possible." Tarro sighed happily.
"Wow, I still look cool, despite being barely a meter tall." He said while admiring himself.
'All someone has to do is cut my tail and I would lose this transformation but unless they are familiar with Saiyans they will have no way of knowing.'
'It is better not to rush, although I want to fight against someone strong to improve I can not risk my life so stupidly since I'm still very young and the Dragon Ball saga doesn't begin for like 16 years.'
'I better get started taking over this place then.' Tarro thought, locking to the nearest strong power level on the planet and using Kai Kai.
