The floor of the white room was entirely coated in small sapling. Despite being quite unwilling to accept the situation, Meng Li simply sighed and decided to deal with it at a later date. He bent down from the bed and picked up one sapling, laying on the floor next to him. It looked average - it even still had the acorn attached to the uncovered root. There were also no traces of dirt on the roots, which looked strange to Meng Li. The whole sapling, from the roots to the top leaves, was smaller than 20 centimetres. He also noticed that the veins of the leaves were all unusually reflective. It was hard to notice in the dim lighting of the white room, but Meng Li was certain of it. He guessed that this was the reason for the Oak's name, 'Starry Leafed Oak'. He had to admit, it was quite fitting.

But now, he had to deal with the issue of all the saplings. He looked at the literal mountain laying in the middle of the room, and felt a growing headache at the thought of grabbing one or two and teleporting back and forth to get all of them out. Fortunately, before he started doing so, he habitually glanced at the magic wall and discovered with happiness that a new line had appeared.

<You can will to move the summoned items into the world without holding them.>

'Really?! Okay. Move all the saplings' he thought excitedly, practically shouting the command mentally. Fortunately for him, it worked, and all the saplings were gone in a blink of an eye.

'Okay. So now, what am I supposed to do with those?' Although not so pressing, the problem still remained. He once again stared at the magic wall, in hopes that it would provide a solution. He was not disappointed.

<You can use the generation feature of the landscaping tab. You can also will it to use all of the saplings.>

'Wow. The system is really useful, huh...' Meng Li couldn't help but admire the creator of the system for making it so diverse. However, he quickly snapped out of the idle thoughts and dove into the 'landscaping' tab. The options on the left, which he didn't explore fully before, were really complicated. Fortunately, finding the generation option wasn't hard, as it was near the top. Focusing on it brought up an entirely new window, filled with many more options. However, Meng Li was really tired of the endless menus and options... Despite making it easy to do certain things, more complicated things required much more tweaking and time investment - Meng Li could tell from experience that if he tried to wrestle with the enormous amount of options he was presented with he would go crazy sooner or later - and he was inclined to believe that it would occur sooner than he thought. So, he mentally voiced his complaint, hoping that the magical being monitoring his thoughts would respond.

'Is there any better way to do this? All those menus and options are really tiring to work with.' he sent the question out, hoping someone would hear.

[Yes there is.]

Fortunately for him, his wish came true, as he heard a robotic voice speak in his mind. The voice was gender neutral, and he couldn't identify whether it was male or female. It also had a slight robotic feeling, but it was hard to notice if one wasn't concentrating on it.

'Okay. So, what can I do? What are my options and what even is the shape of this world.'

[You can do practically everything - but I can't guarantee it won't collapse. So, no flying islands or extremely huge caverns. The world you are in is a part of a planet. You will gain access to the entire planet once you break through to the Qi Foundation Realm. For now, you have a square which is 1000x1000 km.]

'Huh. Okay, let me think for a second.' Meng Li finally got an answer for a lot of the questions he previously had on his mind. He had already heard that the 'world' he had was 1000x1000 km, but he didn't know if it was completely flat, if it would change, or if there was anything under the soil.

'How deep can I go?' he wanted to know how deep he could make the oceans. He liked oceans.

[A few hundred kilometres.]

'Good. So I can make oceans deeper than the Mariana Trench?' at this point, he couldn't help but chuckle a bit. Meng Li had always liked the ocean. It was quite an illogical love since he was deathly scared of it at the same time; The concept of it was endlessly attractive to him, yet scary at the same time.

'So... Can I describe a world to you and have you create it?'

[Yes, absolutely. However, if you want to fill it with animals and plants, you need to provide enough qi for the summoning. The system helps with landscaping but summoning is on your own cost.]

'Okay. Last question, cam I summon humans?' Meng Li asked shyly. After all, what was a world without population? This time, the system didn't reply instantly. In fact, he had to wait for a few dozen seconds before he received a reply.

[Yes, you can. You can summon humans, but their souls are artificial - they won't enter the reincarnation cycle after their death and they cannot cultivate. They can, however have children, who will be real human beings. You can do all of this when you break through to the Qi Foundation Realm.]

Meng Li was happy. This wasn't what he was hoping for, but it was good nonetheless.

'Okay, so I'll explain the type of world I want. First, the part I have control over right now will become a sea with a few small islands; By the way, can I finish the rest of the planet when I break through?'

[Yes you can.]

'Good. Okay, so it'll be the ocean. Make it deep, extremely deep - Going more than 100 km down. But the islands will be placed in the normal part of the ocean. The centre of the area I have will be a big island - about 100 by a 100 km. The deep ocean is going to be to the north-east of the central island, with the shallow ocean with islands to the west and south. Then have a big landmass, full of mountains in the south-west, more to the west than the south. Have the ecosystem of all the islands be based on the earth's exotic islands ecosystem, and the big landmass based on earth's china. Make a big forest with the Starry Leafed Oak in the middle of the big island. Oh and also, the big island has to be mountainous... Fuck it, make all the islands mountainous. Have many caves... both in the mountains, the islands and the ocean. The deep oceans' bottom, make that into a labyrinth of underwater caves... Also, fill the shallow ocean with exotic fish and coral reefs... Copy that from the ecosystem from earth. Also, if you think that any animals might fit into any of the ecosystems, present them to me and I'll judge whether they fit or not. Oh, and find some animals and plants that can live that low underwater for the deep ocean... On earth there wasn't such a deep ocean. Shame... Whatever.'

Meng Li let his imagination spiral out of control for a few minutes while he rambled on in his thoughts, monologuing to the system. As he stopped, he didn't hear from the system for a while, so he wondered whether it stopped listening to him like all of the people he previously opened up to.

'Can you do that?' he asked shyly.

[Yes. Would you like me to start?]

'Yes please!' Despite the fact that he came up with the world he described on the spot, it was after all something he'd thought of - it couldn't be boring to see it in real life.

[Okay. Please judge these animals which might fit into the ecosystem:]

As he heard the system respond, he was bombarded with descriptions of various organisms which didn't exist on earth, which the system thought had a chance of adapting to the ecosystem. There were many lifeforms, from bacteria, of which he practically rejected all, except a few which the system said could boost soil quality much more efficiently than earth's bacteria, through plants, big and small, to animals, which were both exotic variants of animals he had already seen on earth or entirely new ones he had never seen before. The plants and animals were practically all accepted; There were so many different species that by the end, he was awestruck.

'This world... Is gonna be awesome!'

Meng Li was excited. After all, this was a world born from his imagination - nothing was more exciting than being able to see something you created come into existence.

'Okay... So how about the deep sea monsters?'

[Here.]

Meng Li was once again bombarded with descriptions of various lifeforms, but this time it was more manageable - he was used to it after the first round, and there were far fewer descriptions this time. After accepting some basic necessities for life to exist at that depth, like bacteria and various bland, uninteresting plankton which fed off of the mineral geysers of the deep, now came the fun stuff. The animals which lived at that depths. The basis of the food chain were the various bacteria and plankton which he selected just a moment ago, and the animals which fed on these microorganisms were various small fish, small crustaceans and other exotic animals. Then came the predators. The entire food chain was based off of the mineral geysers which were located in various ends of the caves of the labyrinth-like bottom of the deep sea. The fumes the geysers spewed were first processed by the plankton, which was then eaten by the small herbivores living next to the geysers as well. Then came the predators. First, the predators which were small enough to feed off of one geyser, like slightly bigger fish which could hunt for the herbivores. Then came the slightly bigger ones, which had to hunt at several geysers in order to sustain themselves. And unfortunately, that was it. It seemed like there weren't many cool creatures capable of surviving at such a depth and not dying. What was a cool surprise however, was the fact that he had found much more monsters which haunted the shallow waters.

First off, he decided to bring in the whales from earth. Then, he found some whale-like creatures which didn't exist on earth and put them in as well. Finding a predator capable of hunting whales proved to be quite difficult, but he managed to find some in the end. They were giant plesiosaurus-like creatures, but they were at least 50 meters long, with an impressive 5 meter with razor sharp teeth, design to be able to cut off flesh. He also found some sharks and giant serpents which lived in the depths - if those animals were on earth, they would explain all the sailor myths about 'giant sea serpents' - these things were massive, reaching up to 100 m in length and about 5 meters in diameter. It was simply marvellous.

After finishing picking all the animals to be added, came the qi cost. Despite their huge sizes, the animals he summoned were devoid of any qi, so their cost wasn't much, but it still added up. The entire world had at least five hundred of those serpents he chose - despite their individual cost not being much, it really did add up. In the end, the system created a button in his consciousness which he could pour qi into. Next to it was some text, displaying how full it was. To try it out, Meng Li took a bit of his qi, the same amount he took for summoning the trees before, and poured it into the button. He could see that the text next to it barely changed - from 0% to 0.1%.

'This is gonna take a long time...' Meng Li thought, resigning himself. Then, he walked over to the mat in the centre of the white room and started simulating the sea in his Dantian. The sea churned, like a storm was approaching, and a huge amount of qi poured into his consciousness and into the small button. The text started constantly updating. 1%... 2%... 5%... 10%...

At some point, the sea in his Dantian was all depleted and he had to rely on his passive regeneration. He still poured the qi in, but also dedicated a bit of his attention to pulling more qi in and refining it.

30%... 40%... 50%...

The more he pulled in, the faster the absorption got. It seemed like the constant absorption was deepening the Rivers pouring into the sea in his Dantian, further increasing his absorption speed.

60%... 70%... 80%... 90%...

At this point, Meng Li was somewhat mentally tired. Controlling qi was, after all, a process which required great concentration and doing it for a prolonged period of time was bound to make someone tired. He also found that his meridians were dully aching - it seemed that the increase in size, although great, caused them to become somewhat sensitive.

95%... 96%... 97%.. 98%... 99%... 100%.

'Wheeeew...' Meng Li released a sight he was holding in. The procedure of providing qi for summoning everything was quite tiring and he couldn't wait to throw himself on the bed, but he wanted to see the result of the system's work first.

He dove into his consciousness, looking at the screen with the 3D representation of his world, and what he saw amazed him.

"This..."
