Sona:"Then Rias will also make the move tomorrow, fine then Momo tomorrow you will invite Issei Hyodo in the council room"

Like this two Devil Families one Gremory and the other is Sitri family one has Lucifer blood and other Leviathan and both are aiming for Issei Hyodo.

It's morning and Issei was late for his class as he was practicing at night he didn't woke up in the morning at the school gate there were two people waiting for him one was Kiba and the other was Momo, they came in the morning and were waiting for him but he didn't came and they just stood there. As classes were going to start they were going to their classes as well but then they saw someone running towards the Academy with full speed and it was fast really fast both Kiba and Momo knew that this speed isn't normal even the fastest Olympics runner would lose to the person infront of them. Kiba was able recognise the person as Issei but Momo had never seen him before she only heard his description from Tsubaki when Kiba was going call him Issei went past him running faster than before shouting.
Issei:"Sorry Kiba can't talk now I am already late for class let's meet in the break"
Kiba shouted back:"Okkk"
Momo wasn't able to speak anything in between as when she realised who he was she already couldn't see him anymore but she knew that Kiba will meet him in the break so she also decided the moment break starts she will also go to meet him.
Soon it was break and Issei saw Kiba waiting outside for him and he knew that he is here to take her to meet Rias so he went outside to greet him
Issei:"Hey Kiba sorry I wasn't able to to talk to you in the morning as I was already late for the class I didn't wanted to beore late"
Kiba:" It's OK no problem I just wanted to take you to the club which I have joined"
Issei:"Oh!! which club is it"
Kiba:"Occult Club"
Issei:"Woah I didn't knew that you were into occult Kiba "

When Issei and Kiba were going towards the occult club they were stopped by a voice.

When Issei and Kiba looked at the origin of the voice they saw a girl with long white hair her name was Momo Hanakai.
Issei:"Yes"
Momo:"Hello my name is Momo Hanakai and I am from Students Council"
Issei looked at Kiba and said:"Kiba! what did you do that on the second day only the students council is asking for you"
Kiba puts his left hand on his face:"You should atleast let her finish Issei "
Momo:"Well I was here to call you as our club president is asking for you Issei Hyodo"

Momo:"pfft...Oh sorry but it's not a complain or anything she just wants to talk to you"
Issei:"Oh ok then let's go now"
Kiba:"What about going to the occult club"
Issei:"Kiba that can wait but letting a girl here wait for me isn't good but you don't worry whatever they want I won't give an answer to them until I have seen the occult club ok"
Kiba"*sigh* fine but come fast my club president is waiting for you"
Issei:"Your club president? is she a girl or a boy "
Kiba:"Well she is the most popular girl in the academy"
Issei:"Oh then tell her that I will come as fast as I can"

After that Issei started following after Momo Hanakai who was leading him to the club house. While they were going towards the council room Issei started flirting with her and as Issei was the most handsome man in the academy with his smooth talking he was successfully able to flirt with her. Issei knew that in the start of the series she liked Kiba and after the rating game with Rias family she started to like Saji but know that he is here he will add her in his harem. Issei knew that it won't be that hard to make Momo fall for her and even make her accept his idea of making his harem so he has decided to make her fall for him slowly and smoothly.
Issei and Momo had reached there destination and were standing outside the council room. When Momo opened the door and entered the room Issei followed her and after entering the room he saw the members of students council a.k.a Sona's Peerage with Sona sitting in the President's Seat and the rest of them beside her. Issei knew all of them but had to pretend that he doesn't the only person he had talked with other than Momo was Tsubaki Shinra and when Issei saw her he decided to tease her a little.
Issei:"Oh Vice President Tsubaki-senpai are you still angry at me for tomorrow's incident that you complained about it to your President Comon it was just a joke because you looked too stiff to me I decided to do that"
Tsubaki:"You!!! shut-up I haven't done anything like that "
Issei:"So you are saying you haven't told her about the incident which took place between us right"
Tsubaki:"*blush* I-i-i...."
Sona:"Issei Hyodo i am Sona Sitri Student council President and a freind of Tsubaki she did tell me what happened between you two but she didn't complain about you and I haven't even called you here for that I have called you to discuss something important would you care to listen it"
Issei:"Oh!! if that's the case then let's see what you have to say"
After saying this Issei went towards the sofa and sat there with a serious expression which made him looked more handsome which led to making a thump in the heart of all the girls in the students council. After regaining his composure Sona stood up from her seat and sat infront of Issei with the rest of the girls sitting beside her.
