"Well we can do an ultrasound to check the babies genders. Would you like to know? Or would you want for it to be a surprise when they are born?" I look at Troy with amazed eyes. He looked at me and smiled. He knew very well what I was thinking. "We would like to know the genders of the twins doctor." Troy answered. "Then let's prepare you for an ultrasound." The doctor said. The doctor picked up her desk phone and dialed. "Hello. Yes please prepare the ultrasound room." The doctor said. "Okay, thanks." "You can wait in the lounge area." The doctor said. "Okay thanks." Troy answered. Troy helped me up and exited the doctor's office. "We are going to know the babies genders." I said excitedly. "Yes, I know." Troy smiled. "When we know their genders, let's start buying their things this weekend." I said. "You don't have any plans, right?" I asked. I know that Troy is a busy man. But the time we were married, weekends had been always our time together. "You know that my weekends are alway for you love." Troy's smile widened. "And when these two little munchkins arrive, we will be so busy? So I want to monopolize you when I still have the chance." I giggled. The doctor will arrive shortly." The secretary said and walked out of the room. "How are you feeling." Troy asked. He was seating just beside me. "A little nervous but excited." I said. "I can't wait to know their genders." Troy smiled affectionately. "They will be perfect whatever their gender are." "I know." I smiled. "Are you ready?" The doctor came in the room. "We are." I replied. The doctor sat in front of the ultrasound machine. She get a pair of disposable gloves in the box and wore it. She pressed some buttons on the machine and put some gel on the apparatus. "This will be a little cold." The doctor said. She placed the apparatus in my belly. I shivered for a while because of the gel but got used to it. The doctor started to move the apparatus on my belly. "Look here." The doctor pointed on the screen. "Here is the head of baby one." The doctor swiped down my belly. "Okay let me see what's between your legs little one, don't be shy." The doctor said. Troy and I were watching the screen anticipating for the result. "Oh look, I see it. Can you see?" The doctor pointed on the screen. There we can see a little line between the legs of baby one. "This one is a little girl." The doctor said. I looked at her with affection. 'A baby girl.' I thought. Then I felt a sudden movement in my belly. "Oh she is shy hehe." The doctor said. "She closed her legs immediately." Troy and I giggled. "Okay let us check baby number two." The doctor said. She was swiping the apparatus on my belly. "Oh there you are." The doctor said. "Let's see your gender baby." The doctor swiped the apparatus again to take a clear view. "Oh this one is so shy." The doctor said. "Move a little baby." The baby stayed in place like it was sleeping. "Oh this one is sleeping." The doctor said. "Come now just a little movement." I looked in anticipation but baby number two was still not moving. "Baby can you move for mommy?" I said gently. Then I felt something move in my tummy again. "Oh what a good baby. You like mommy's voice?" The doctor said. The doctor swiped a little again. "Oh it looks like you are a boy." The doctor said. "I can see this little thing hanging between your legs." I looked at the doctor pointing on the monitor. And like she said it was a boy. "A boy and a girl." Troy said. A smile crept on his face. He looked at me with affection. "Thank you love." Troy kissed me on my forehead. I can feel that he was so happy as I was.
