I got back to the lounge. I looked at Julia's drink and it was empty. There was at least another two empty glasses near it as well. 'Looks like she has been drinking a bit.' I smiled to myself.
"Sorry for making you wait. There was a long queue in the rest room." I apologize. I look at Julia and she looked like she was tipsy.
"Oh Queenie. Right on time. It's late so we need to get going." Gerald said. Both he and Teena stood up.
"Queenie let's meet up again. Maybe have some coffee outside. I want to catch up with you." Teena said. She smiled and hugged me.
"Yes let's meet again." I hugged her back. "Gerald has my phone number. You can get it from him. Call me once your free."
Teena nodded. Then I hear her sobbing.
"Are you okay?" I asked.
"No need to worry she's just a little drunk. She had drank some red wine." Gerald took Teena. "Come now. Grab on to me."
"I'm so glad your alive." Teena was looking at me with tears. I give her a warm smile.
"We'll be going." Gerald nodded at me and at Shawn and Julia. He held Teena gently and walked away.
"Well then it's just us three now." Julia said with a drunk voice. She was clinging on Shawn.
Shawn looked disgustingly at her.
"Is she drunk?" I asked.
"I'm not sure. She just drank three glasses of champagne." Shawn said.
"Whose drunk? I'm not drunk." Julia said. Then she gagged. She held her mouth tightly.
"It looks like she's going to throw up. Let me take her to the rest room." I said. I took Julia by the arm and helped her stand up. I also took her purse which is right beside her.
"Do you need help?" Shawn asked me and was about to stand up.
"No need. I can handle her. And I think Julia won't like for you to see her like this." I smiled.
"Oh, okay. Are you sure?"
"Yes." I nodded.
I ushered Julia to the rest room. Once there I helped her inside a cubicle. Good thing we arrived on time because she just vomited.
I helped her on the toilet bowl. She was gagging and throwing up.
'Just a few champagne glasses and you're like this. Looks like you really drugged my drink.' I thought. I left Julia who is still throwing up in the cubicle. I looked inside Julia's purse.
'What do we have here?' I saw an access card inside. I took it from the purse.
'Room 2014'
"Hohoho." this was a great gift from Santa Clause.
