Li Wei, a beautiful 21-year-old girl laid on a double sized bed with a warm blanket over her body and a big pillow under her head. All while wearing a really warm smile with rosied up cheeks from all the warmth around her. She had mid-length black hair made into choppy bangs hairstyle, beautiful violet eyes, oval face, a subliminal V jawline, beautiful healthy skin, C-cup sized breasts and the figure was that of a most beautiful goddess. And also a girl who was secretly three years champion in the competition of the most beautiful goddess that ever entered the IT department and the university.
Her eyelids wavered but her eyes remained closed. She yawned with closed eyes and reached out for the small bedside table with her left hand. Landing on the table, her hand moved across it, searching for the phone.
"Where is it?" Li Wei mumbled searching it for good three seconds and as the fifth second passed, her finger grazed the device, "There it is," she thought; then grabbed it with her left hand, rolled over on to her side, squinted her eyes open and woke the phone up with her left thumb.

"It's finally the day… but it's still too early, the store only opens at 10…," Li Wei mumbled, put the phone back on the bedside table and closed her eyes, returning back to sleep.

The door burst opened and a girl of Li Wei's age entered the room, "Wei'er! I am here!" she shouted out, Li Wei's eyelids quivered and her eyes opened. She yawned and sat up on the bed, rubbed her eyes with her hands which she clenched into fists and yawned again.
"Wei'er! Why are you still sleeping?!" the girl shouted looking angrily at Li Wei.
"How much time is it?" Li Wei asked while straightening her bedhead with her hands.
"It's already past twelve! And I can't believe you! You were sleeping when I left our room at 10 and you were still sleeping now when its past 12. Even if it's not a school day you shouldn't oversleep or your entire day will be over and didn't you plan to go out today?"
Li Wei shook her head, "You just want me to get you your copy of Legends as well don't you… Why are you even so afraid to go into game shops."
"You?!" she first shouted out and then lowered her head in shame, "Yes, I do—please get me my copy as well, here is the card for the pre-order and you know why…"
Li Wei sighed, "Because boys will see you going into the game shop?" She took the card from her friend's hand and put it on the bedside table by her phone.
The girl nodded, "Mhm…"
Li Wei sighed, "Fine"
"I love you Wei'er!" she jumped at the Li Wei who was sitting on the bed with a blanket over her legs and hugged her tightly. Li Wei returned the hug and nodded, "It's fine."
The girl pulled away and shook her head, "But I don't understand, everyone at the university already knows that you buy games but they still hit on you just like before, both IT majors and majors of other studies. Why is that?"
Li Wei sighed, "I am aware," she said and thought, "And it's so annoying… I should just get a boyfriend for show."
"Li Wei, you know after the word about you gone out, other girls got the confidence to reveal their gaming tendencies as well but when they revealed it, their friends and even a few boyfriends of those girls had abandoned them so why are you different?"
"Zai Yer, those are just rumours, I doubt that you would lose friends just because you like to play games and losing boyfriends? If they were really their boyfriends they would know about their hobbies don't you think?" Li Wei smiled.
"I guess you are right… Uhh… Li Wei, sorry but I have to go"
"Alright Zai Yer—when you get back let's play together."
Zai Yer hugged Li Wei, "See you, Wei'er,"
Li Wei returned the hug, "See you."
Zai Yer walked out of the room and Li Wei signed, "Time to go for me as well…" she thought and got up from her bead. She quickly got dressed, putting on blue jeans and a white t-shirt with 'Gamer Nation' written on it. She put in her and her friend's preorder cards into her wallet and stored the wallet in the right pocket of her jeans. She grabbed her phone and woke it up, looking at the display.

"I will eat later," Li Wei thought and put the phone in the left pocket of her jeans. She walked out of her room and into the bathroom, washing up her face and cleaning her teeth. After which, she walked out of the dorm room, leaving the dorm and walking in the direction of the game retail store.
Half an hour passed and Li Wei reached the store, "I am here," she thought as she saw the store in front of her. She walked inside and a voice entered her ears, "Little Wei!"
Li Wei smiled and approached the counter, "Hello uncle Lu."
The man named uncle Lu placed a bag on the table, "Here is your game, little Wei. Have fun but don't play too long and take brakes alright?"
Li Wei smirked, "No promises."
Uncle Lu shook his head laughing lightly, "You still haven't changed from the day you first came in here ten years ago."
Li Wei nodded, "Yeah…" She pulled out her wallet and took out two pre-order cards, putting them on the table, "I will need one more copy, Uncle Lu."
Uncle Lu looked at the two cards and nodded, "Alright, are you picking it up for a friend?"
"Yeah."
"I see, wait a minute."
Uncle Lu out of the counter pulled out a big box and from it took out the game, placing it inside a new bag. He brought the bag and placed it by the first bag, "Here you go, little Wei."
Li Wei nodded, "Thank you, uncle Lu." She took both the bags into her right hand, "See you later, Uncle Lu."
The man smiled, "See you, little Wei."
Li Wei with the two bags in her right hand walked out of the store. She reached the first road crossover and stopped as it was the red light. A few minutes passed and the light changed from red to green, she looked at the two sides of the road and then stepped on the road, walking over but just as she was in the middle of the road, a sudden truck emerged. She involuntarily turned her head and her pupils constricted, she gulped down her saliva. The truck hit her and she was sent flying across the street.
Li Wei didn't feel any pain on the impact, as it was instant death, but in the split moment, before she was hit, her life flashed through her eyes and one thought flashed through her head, "I don't want to die!" Her eyes closed and at the next moment, the moment that shouldn't have happened, she heard a voice, "Riya wake up! Riya!"
Li Wei's eyelids wavered and she mumbled, "Who is Riya?"
"Ouch!" Li Wei shouted out as she felt a nail hit her forehead. Her eyes snapped open and in front of her, she saw a beautiful woman with long ears, long green hair, green eyes, a bow on her back.
"Riya!" the woman shouted out and then sighed, "Riya… did you lose your memories or something?"
Li Wei frowned, "Why are you calling me Riya?"
The woman sighed again, "How should I call you if not Riya?"
Li Wei stood up from the ground, looked directly in the beautiful woman's eyes and shook her head, "My name is not Riya it's Li Wei."
The woman frowned, "Who is Li Wei? And what's with that human-like name? Riya even if you can't use mana you are still not a human you know that right?"
"But I am human and who I am if not human and what are you? Why are your ears so lo—" Li Wei's eyes widened in surprise. "Why are her ears so long?!" she thought greatly alarmed.
"Riya, you are not a human, you are an Elf and this won't ever change even if you can't use mana."
Li Wei subconsciously moved both her hands to her ears and she felt it, her ears were longer than usual, "I am an elf? How can that be possible" she mumbled and then a few thoughts flashed through her head, "Wait didn't I die?! Wasn't I run over by a truck?!"
The beautiful elf nodded her head, "That's right, you are an Elf just like me, just like our brothers and sisters living in Eternity Forest. Even if you can't use mana you are and will always be an Elf."
Li Wei slowly nodded her head, "Does that mean I got reincarnated? Just like in those anime?... That's awesome! Does that mean I will join an adventurer's guild?! And will rise to the epitome of strength and defeat the demon lord?! But wait, this Elf said that I can't use mana? Who cares! I will just take a job that doesn't need to use mana! Nothing will stop me in becoming a hero!" she thought excitedly.
"Riya," the woman placed her hand on Li Wei's shoulder, "Let's go, alright?"
"Go where?" Li Wei tilted her head in confusion.
The woman frowned and flicked Li Wei's forehead.
"Ouch! Why did you flick me again!"
"Riya, Vartys has returned, let's go."
"Who is Vartys?" Li Wei frowned.
"What do you mean who's Vartis? She is the one who defeated the demon lord with the hero, let's go Riya."
Li Wei stared blankly at the elf in front of her and slowly nodded, "I got reincarnated into a world where the demon lord is defeated?" she frowned inwardly and her thoughts continued, "Then what's even the point of reincarnating into a world such as this?... If I can't become a hero… then what's even left… hmm if I can't become the hero then can't I just become the demon lord? After all the position is now vacant."
A few lines of text appearedf lashed before her eyes.
