Li Wei while holding the katana in her right hand, stood up from the ground; extended the weapon, so it was in front of her face and was pointing upwards into the sky. She then moved her eyes to the hilt, "Do I use one hand? But the hilt is long enough for two hands so maybe two? … I will try one hand for now," she thought; moved the weapon to her side and then swung it horizontally, from right to left.

Swinging the katana, Li Wei lost her balance and staggered to the left, taking three steps and almost falling down but regaining her balance on the fourth one. All while holding tightly on the weapon and not letting it go. Regaining her balance, she sighed with relief, "That was close, I almost fell down… two hands it is," she mumbled and moved her left hand to the lower part of the hilt. She raised the weapon in front of her, holding it with both hands and swung it like before – horizontally, from right to left. And this time, she remained standing in place without staggering.

<Weapon Mastery: Katana +1>

<Weapon Mastery: Katana 1/50>

<Passive Skill Created, Katana Attack (Basic), Attacking with a Katana deals 50% Weapon Damage + 100% Strength>

Li Wei smiled, "Hmm? I created a passive skill just from swinging the katana? Cool!… Hmm, it says its 1 out of 50, so does that mean that the skill can be upgraded if I reach higher weapon mastery? Since I need more practice with it, its two birds with one stone." she thought and began swinging the katana. With each swing, she got more and more accustomed to using it and her weapon proficiency slowly rose.

Forty-nine swings later, a notification flashed.

<Weapon Mastery: Katana +1>

<Weapon Mastery: Katana 50/50>

<Passive Skill Created, Katana Attack (Advanced), Attacking with a Katana deals 60% Weapon Damage + 100% Strength>

<Weapon Mastery: Katana 50/100>

Li Wei smiled, "Awesome! Since it's like this, let's raise it all in one go!" she thought and continued swinging the katana.

The sun had disappeared and the moon had risen; her stomach grumbled; the katana went down with a vertical slash and a notification flashed.

<Weapon Mastery: Katana +1>

<Weapon Mastery: Katana 250/250>

<Passive Skill Upgraded, Katana Attack (Master), Attacking with a Katana deals 100% Weapon Damage + 100% Strength>

Li Wei sheathed the katana; touched her stomach with her right hand, rubbing it, "I am hungry," she thought; then looked around and raised her eyebrow in surprise as she could see everything clearly just as though it was the day and not the night. As she was looking around in surprise, her stomach grumbled once more and her thoughts continued, "I am really hungry… but where do I even get food… Do I go back to that elf village? Or do I try hunting something?... Coming back is out of the question as I am the future demon lord and what kind of demon lord can't procure his own food? Ehem her own… I should look around, I am sure I will find something."

Li Wei looked around and smirked, "Even though it's night, I can see just as good as during the day. But in what direction should I go?" she thought.

"Hmm? What's that?" Li Wei thought and turned her head as she noticed a light appear not that far away from her and her thoughts continued, "A light? That could only be a campfire. That means there are people there and that means there is food, hehe and a good demon lord takes what she wants."

Li Wei walked to the light with a smile on her face. She was already making plans on how she was going to pillage the food from whoever was in the campsite. Reaching the campsite, she didn't just walk out, she first hid behind the trees and inspected it. She saw two people and one animal, all eating. The two people were eating from wooden bowls with wooden spoons while the animal was eating directly out of a wooden bowl.

Li Wei also saw their levels, classes and appearances which made her let out a strange sound, "Geh!"

<Ni Shiuri, Human, Level ?, Hero, BOSS>

<HP: ?>

Ni Shiuri had blonde short hair, was tall, had blue eyes and wore full plate armour covering everything except for his head, he had a huge shield a sword on his back.

<Bhazout Grayhelm, Dwarf, Level ?, Archer, BOSS>

<HP: ?>

Bhazout Grayhelm was short, had mid-length black hair, long black beard, green eyes and wore full leather armour, like Ni Shiuri, it covered everything except his head, he had a crossbow on his back and by his side laid a big bear that was as big as him.

<Bergo, Bear, Level ?, BOSS>

<HP: ?>

Bergo was big and brown bear with green eyes.

"Who is there?!" Ni Shiuri jumped up, dropping his wooden bowl from which the contents spilt on the ground. He unsheathed his sword and a shield.

Li Wei narrowed her eyes and sighed inwardly, "To think that I would meet my foe so soon. I won't be able to pillage the food from these two but since he is a hero, he will feed me at least," she thought.

Bhazout Grayhelm looked at him, "What's wrong, brother?"

"I heard something, it may be a monster."

The dwarf shook his head, "We are in our friend's forest, there surely can't be any monsters here right?"

"I don't know but we are not going to drop our guard down because we assume that there are no monsters here."

At this time, Li Wei walked out from the trees and the bear growled at her, she didn't jump up, she only looked at the bear and smiled, "There is nothing to be afraid of. Since it's a pet, it won't attack me if I don't attack it's master first or if the master gives the command to attack me," she thought.

Bazout Grayhelm burst into laughter, "An Elf! An Elf! We are near brother! We are near!" The bear seeing his master's excitement turned away from Li Wei and returned back to his food.

Ni Shiuri nodded and sheathed his weapons, "My apologies, miss. I hope we are not breaking any rules by camping here."

Li Wei shrugged her shoulders, "Not that I know any elf rules," she thought and said, "You will be forgiven if you give me some of your food."

"So we did break some kind of rule?" The hero asked.

Li Wei's stomach grumbled and she walked up to the camp and sat down, "Will you give me some of your food?"

Bazout Grayhelm nodded excitedly, "Of course we will." He grabbed one of the bags that laid beside the campfire and pulled out a wooden bowl and a wooden spoon. He grabbed the saddle; poured in the stew that was cooking over the flame and passed the bowl, "Here you go, beautiful elf!"

Li Wei smiled and took the bowl, "Thank you"

Ni Shiuri picked up the bowl from the ground and sighed, "Grayhelm can you give me another bowl and a spoon?"

The dwarf nodded, "Sure thing friend," he retrieved another wooden bowl with a spoon, filled in the bowl with the stew and passed it to the human. Ni Shiuri accepted, ate a spoonful and turned his head to Li Wei, "Miss elf, may I know your name?"
