After they gathered all the information, Zhou Qingfeng decided to work with Enclave. He told them there was a huge amount of U.S military formal equipment and they will all belong to Enclave after one month, as long as Enclave provided the pilots, logistics, fuel, and tools to help the Polarlys Legion transport the food from Abaco Island to Cuba.
Similarly, as long as Enclave was willing to pay with fuel, the Polarlys Legion would get the aircraft carrier, Kennedy for Enclave.
The key things were ‘First, pay a huge amount of precious resources such as food and fuel’, ‘Start immediately’, and ‘Pay after one month’.

It had not even been a month and the nuclear war would arrive within two weeks. Before that, the Polarlys Legion got the transport aircraft, the aircraft carrier, the technical staff, all the food, fuel, and sugar. The first people who came out were two guards and behind them, an old Caucasian man wearing a suit came out. Finally, Katrina and the rest of the investigation team came out. Zhou Qingfeng approached the man, shook his hand, and smiled, “Hello, Mr. Clooney. I’m Victor Hugo, welcome to Guantanamo.”
“Hello, Mr. Hugo. I’ve heard that you have a present for me and I can’t wait to see it.” Clooney was the leader of the investigation team. He was an old, Caucasian man who appeared friendly.
“You know, that’s what friends do and you’re my friend.” Zhou Qingfeng was trying to show courtesy too. “Just a reminder, Guantanamo is under the Cubans, please remember that you’re in the Polarlys Legion and you’re one of us now.”
“Don’t worry, I won’t forget that. I don’t like the Cubans too,” Clooney smiled. His target was not just Guantanamo, but also the aircraft carrier. He followed Zhou Qingfeng and met Federo and Mirta. He prepared some gifts for them and both sides were contented.
Next, they went to check the weapons and equipment in the Guantanamo military base. When the investigation team saw the transport aircraft and helicopters, they immediately started to inspect them.
Those aircraft were in very good condition even though it had been almost three months since the cataclysm. They have not been touched since the Cubans occupied Guantanamo. The investigation team from Enclave was really happy about them and Clooney smiled the whole time.
Clooney came closer to Zhou Qingfeng and said, “We’ve passed the fjord you mentioned on our way here. The aircraft carrier looks pretty good. Thank you very much for providing this piece of information, we really appreciate it.”
“Great, it’s a pleasure to work with you.” After inspecting all the aircraft and ships, Zhou Qingfeng shook hands with Clooney again.
“I’ll report to the headquarters of Enclave about the situation here as soon as possible. I believe there will be tons of transport aircraft from Georgia here tomorrow and they will be bringing food. Please trust our ability and the effort we put in for this trade.”

The next morning, several Boeing C-17 Globemaster III large military transport aircraft that weighed more than seventy tons arrived at the Guantanamo Airport. Following that, a huge one hundred and twenty ton Lockheed C-5 Galaxy transport aircraft arrived too.

Zhou Qingfeng thought, Well, they are not mine, I’m surprised too. If they were mine, I’d already have conquered the Bahamas. He smiled and said, “We’re great, huh?”
Mirta thought the Polarlys Legion was not just great, it was unbelievable! Before this, she was still trying to convince this young man in front of him. Now, she thought it was a joke.
