Zion didn't spend much time inside the lab and left after looking at the other products he is going to introduce. He was satisfied with what they did in a few days, it takes a great amount of stress and ability to pull off something like this. He wasn't parsimonious with the praises and made them feel good for the work they completed.

The sun was in the middle burning red as Zion left the lab. He called his mother to ask about the venue she has arranged. Zion didn't let Leslie know about the products he was going to display in the program. It was not his intention to hide things from her, but he wasn't communicating with her enough. He felt so ashamed of himself again and again for the mistakes he was committing.

Zion called her and talked with her for some time and agreed to meet with her and have lunch together at 'Arcadia'. It was the place where she has arranged the program to be conducted. The Arcadia has 21 meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 600 to 60. It also offers a further boardroom and six VIP suites. Plus, on the lower level of the Hall, there is enough standing space to accommodate a full-size trade fair in conjunction with the event.

Leslie has a minor stake in the 'Arcadia' resulting Zion to get a spot in such a short time. If it wasn't for his mother it would have been very expensive and troublesome to get such a venue in a tight time. Zion appreciated everything Leslie was doing for him and felt guilty over not coming forward with everything he was hiding.

He knew that his parents were not idiots and they were keeping quiet about his secrets. The thoughts of Zion were spot on, as Nathan and Leslie talked about it many times. From the moment he funded a billion credits for his upstart company they were in serious discussion about Zion. In the end, they choose to keep silence over the issue of Zion and help him as much as they could until he comes clean.

Zion directly went to the Arcadia and waited for his mother at the foyer. He knew from the talk with his mother that she was here all day watching over the preparation works. As Zion waited, he saw his mother's secretary, 'Elena' and knew she must have sent by Leslie to fetch him. He didn't talk to her as he stood and followed her. He saw his mother looking over some papers and giving instructions.

Leslie stopped her work when she saw Zion and walked towards him. She hugged him as they meet each other and guided him to the table. Leslie should have already made the arrangements for the lunch as the waiters brought dishes to the table without questions. Leslie broke the silence between them after they seated "Zion, I invited everyone here tomorrow with mine and your father's reputation."

She didn't continue to speak and waited for Zion to speak. He knew what his mother was implying and laughed awkwardly. Zion started to talk about the products he would be unveiling at the Expo and let her know the importance he has given this platform. She knew about the drones he would be introducing, but she was in the total dark about the medical products and amazed at their functions.

Leslie knew that with such products the entire market would be in turmoil. She was angry at Zion for hiding about the marvelous inventions and rebuked him. Zion tried to calm down Leslie from raising her voice and bringing unwanted gazes at their table.

"I didn't hide anything from you, mother. I just didn't get enough time to sort things out and forgot about discussing it with you." Even though Zion tried to excuse himself from his mistakes, but Leslie didn't let him and ferociously lectured him. She was angry at how blinded Zion on bringing such products with no preparations.

After the talk, Leslie calmed down and sighed, "We can't stop the Expo and you have already let the army know about the weapons in your hand. I have already let the word out about your drone and we don't have enough time to change the products."

Zion was confused and asked his mother to explain things clearly. Zion still didn't fully understood the pressure his products are going to bring. Even though Zion knew about the depth of greediness and the callousness the human mind possesses, but he failed to recognize the value of products he has decided to exhibit.

"The technology of your guns will attract the Alliance and other nations. Even though we call ourselves as the alliance, we are much closer to a federation and city armed forces alone cannot protect you. They may even try to get the blueprints by force from you, who can protect you? The drones have much more value as a recon and you will encounter many dangers because of these products. The medical products are also the same." Leslie looked at Zion with complicated eyes. She was being emotional and protective of her child.

"Now tell me, Zion, What the hell are you going to do about it?" Zion was speechless as he never considered such factors. He undervalued his products and now he was in a dilemma on what to do. He was silent and thought for a long time to make a decision. His eyes shown a determination letting others know of his decision.

"Mother, don't be worried, I will drop off everything if things got complicated. I know you can't protect me forever, this is a chance to let our influence grow larger and we are not weak. We still have influence in the Alliance overall. At the worst case, I'm willing to make concessions, but I hope everything will be peaceful."

Zion had made the decision to go through with the Expo and make a name for himself. After all, the products he would be unveiling are not even amounting to the tip of the iceberg. From the moment he aspired to be on the top of the food chain, he was doomed to fight the greedy wolves for the rest of his life.

Zion knew no matter how strong he reaches, there will always be someone after him. It could be because of pure jealousy or greed. The humans are after all creatures who would do anything for a greater benefit. They will come after him righteously and with the moral side hiding their hypocritical faces.

Zion disdained to be a companion with such people and was willing to cut them loose once the cooperation was over. Zion may respect a villain, but never a hypocrite who does not have a moral line code for themselves.

"I will be waiting, you can come, but don't expect me to show mercy when you try to rob what's mine," Zion muttered silently with cold eyes.
