I’ll use a cliche line to say this: go yell, yell as much as you want, no one will hear you even if you break your throat yelling.
Feng Xiaoxiao wasn’t stupid. She shut her mouth after hearing the man’s words. What she did before was just in a moment of desperation, now that she realised yelling for help wouldn’t work, Feng Xiaoxiao naturally wouldn’t do helpless things anymore.
“Why did you kidnap me?” asked Feng Xiaoxiao, “did you kidnap the wrong person? I have no enmity with you, I don’t even know you. I only rented this house a couple of days ago, are you looking for the previous owner?”

Feng Xiaoxiao immediately became dejected, she had intended to trick this guy so he could let her go. She never expected him to actually know her and call out her name. All her ideas that she thought up before couldn’t be used anymore, it was clear that this person had a purpose for coming here, it wasn’t just a random kidnapping.
