He swiftly walked past her back to the stove, scooped a few teaspoons into the marble tea kettle, and poured the boiling water into the kettle. The kettle has a filter in the middle allowing the leaf to soak without floating all around. Since the pot is small with small amount of water boiling, it does not take long for the water to bubbles and boils.
After pouring the water into the teakettle, he put the kettle and teacups on a tray and carried it around the corner to the living room. Yu Sha watches Hue Chi's actions. He carried out everything so smoothly like he had done it numerous times in the past. His knowledge of serving moved her. She thought that a Prince was supposed to be spoiled rotten and can't do a single thing. Since she met him before she knew of his identity, he didn't act spoiled at all. When she compared him to her, she feels beaten.
Yu Sha quickly follows him to the living area. Before she goes to the couch, he already sat on one couch and poured the tea into the teacups.
He gestured for her to go over. "Have some."
She went to sit across from Hue Chi and reached for the teacup. "Um... Thank you."
"I heard what happened. Thank you for taking them to a safe place." Hue Chi commented.
Yu Sha knew what he was referring to. "It's a natural thing to do." She took a small sip of the tea from her cup and then added, "How do your government protect people like them?" She knew that every country has the same issues just at different scale and different level. And not all people could be protected but she still like to ask and assess.
"I'm not well knowledge about that as there are different people in the government who handles that affairs."
Yu Sha frowned and countered, "But… they are your people. What have you done to help protect the weak? Harvest shelter does not look its best condition, lacks a lot of commodities, does not have a lot of capital resources for the amount of people they are serving." She knew it's not her place to criticize other people on how to handle their country, but every time when she thinks about the victims, she gets frustrated. Only if she could wipe those bad men in a single strike, she would do so in a heartbeat.
She wasn't planning on letting Lali's father get away. He took their identification information and his mother's hard-earned money at the inn to go gamble. She was going to briefly check with Su Na and then sneak away to trace down Lali's father to get their stuff back. She wants to make sure he never goes find them ever again if he still wants to live.
Hue Chi felt helpless looking at Yu Sha getting worked up about a mere three people she encountered. For him, he has no time to think about 1 or 2 people. His issues is on a grander scale but seeing that she's upset, he can't tell her that. "That's my country's problem, not yours."
"I know, but whatever it is your country is doing, people like Lali and his mother fell through the crack. Your system is failing people like them. There has to be a solution somewhere." She puffed looking irritated.
"Those who wanted to be save, will naturally be saved. They will find ways to get help." There are those who refused to be saved from their situation no matter how you convinced them. They have to want the help, want to be saved in the first place to get helped.
Yu Sha smacked her lips. She knew he was right. If Lali's mother didn't want to leave, there would be nothing she can do. "That was because they don't know anything else. They grew up in that cycle. How would they know what's normal? Maybe your country's school system could teach young children what's wrong and how to speak for those who are weak."
An angry voice of a woman replied sternly, "Who are you to teach my son how to run his country?!"
Yu Sha and Hue Chi turned around to look and walking towards them from the corner was the Queen. Behind her was Kao Sheng followed closely behind.

Bewildered at the thought of what had happened for her needing to be in a bathrobe in the middle of the day, both the Queen and Kao Sheng almost lost their composure, the expression on their face were priceless.
The Queen stuttered a little before gaining her composure and critique in disdain at Yu Sha, "Where are your manners? What kind of busy business minded people wears bathrobe in the middle of the day on a workday?" Seeing that her son was still fully clothed, she assumed that nothing had happened. Maybe Yu Sha had just woken up? But then her face became sour. What did they do last night that Yu Sha would just had gotten up now? Is she sharing the same room with Hue Chi? No matter in what way she tried to think, the fact that her son and the woman possibly had done it fit perfectly in every scenario.
Hue Chi could guessed the wild thought his mother was imagining from her facial expression. He interrupted, "Mother, what are you doing here?"
His Queen mother forced a smiled, "Hue Chi, I came to ask you for lunch with Kao Sheng and I." Since she last saw them at the banquet, she had thought hard of how to get her son and Kao Sheng together. Knowing his personality, this was the best excuse she could come up with. She didn't expect to meet the same woman in her son's room wearing a bathrobe.
