The girl's eyes widened, shocked from the man's sudden kiss, she instinctively covered her mouth with her left hand while forgetting to breathe.
Seeing the reaction of the girl in front of him, the man laughed as he removed a piece of her hair from her face and in gentle warm voice, he said, "Don't forget to breathe."
The girl uncovered her lips, took a deep breath, and finally blinked her eyes from shock.
After seeing that she recovered, he asked again, "So is that fair now?"
Her face blushed as she lowered her head down to avoid eye contact of the man in front of her who just attacked her with love.
She seemed like she was debating on something very hard, after a moment, she looked up to the man, wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled herself up to kiss him. She brushed her lips against his lips, found a spot on his lower lip, and bit it. She quickly let go and ran away while giggling, "Now, this is fair." She seemed embarrassed at her action, as she did not turned around when she spoke.
The man's heart fluttered like sparks, indeed, that fair to her but not to him. She awoken something fiery in him with her sudden lips attack and left him hanging. The man watched the girl's back going farther away from him, he slowly moved his hand to his lips and felt the part where she bit with his fingertips. He cannot help but smiled warmly at the mark she left on his lip thinking what kind of domestic abuse is this? Why does it feel this good?
In a dark room lit with a night light, the heavenly looking Prince opened his eyes. This time, he woke up calmly from having a sweet dream. He can still feel the tingling sensation on his lips, the sparky feeling that tugged inside his heart. Could it be a lingering feeling from his dream? Now the longing feelings that hovers around in his heart intensified, this feeling happens every time after he had a sweet dream. And, the same thing also happens whenever he had a bad dream, feeling of hopelessness and despair intensified for a few days. For as long as he can remember, those feelings always lingered in his heart like dark clouds that never goes away waiting to strike him at any moment.
The Prince got up from his bed and made his way to the kitchen. He poured himself a glass of water, walked out to the balcony, and sat on a chair. After such dream, he would not be able to fall asleep and the feeling of longing is too intense for him stay still at one place, so he decided to go walk to get some fresh airs.
On another side of the ship, Yu Sha was still out on her balcony. She laid on the cot covered by a thin blanket trying to fall asleep. She too, have this longing feeling that seemed to bother her more and more often lately. But because the reasons as to why she have such feeling is unknown to her, it has caused her to feel restless especially during night time. Maybe she should see a doctor for her condition if the feeling become chronic, Yu Sha thought to herself.
She tossed and turned on the cot and finally felt fed up with the restlessness feeling in her heart, she got up went for a walk around the cruise.
About twenty minutes later Yu Sha found herself up on the third floor of the deck. The deck allowed a broader view of everything around with great scenery. She walked to the back of the deck facing towards the ocean and leaned on the rail. The stars and crescent moon mirrored on the ocean surface. The waves were calmed and the night felt stagnant. Yu Sha looked out to the ocean and tried to search in her consciousness if she could find the root cause of what was bothering her. She felt that there is a big wall blocking her from going further and if she could break down this wall in her consciousness, maybe she could identify her illness, maybe the answer lies on the other side of the wall. The calm breeze blew softly through Yu Sha as she meditated.
Inside the ship, an elevator came to a stop on the deck floor. Prince Hue Chi walked out of the elevator when the door opened. He made his way out to the main level of the deck and to the main lobby area where the eating tables are. He slowly walked past one table after another and stopped right by the pool. What Hue Chi didn't realized is that he unconsciously walked past all the areas where Yu Sha sat and hung out with friends.
A flashback popped in his mind when Yu Sha and Keo were racing in the swimming pool. The corner of his mouth curved up and it is then he realized that he's thinking nonsense. Prince Hue Chi shook his head disappointed that he allowed such mundane thoughts to enter his mind. He turned and made his way up the stairs to the second floor of the deck.
