Yu Hao was dashing away on the ground. The black dragon roared, then rushed towards Yu Hao. Zhou Sheng stretched his hand out, and Yu Hao leapt and flipped in mid air.
Zombies closed in on him from both sides. Yu Hao jumped into the air, and Zhou Sheng caught him around his waist. The black dragon violently kicked off from the ground, beat its wings, and left behind two deep footprints in the ground as it suddenly leapt up.
“Hold on tight!” Zhou Sheng roared.

The black dragon flew by and caught the two of them.
A huge explosion occurred at the back gate of the amusement park, and a mushroom cloud emerged. From within those flames, the black dragon beat its wings and soared into the sky!
Ou Qihang was standing at the edge of the teaching building as he looked down; both of his legs had already stepped onto the cement railings.
Below the teaching building, there was a dense mass of corpses, students, teachers, and unimportant passers-by who were all looking up one after another.
“Looking forward to it?” Ou Qihang muttered, “Very soon, you’ll have something to eat.”
The earthquakes started again, but the quakes this time were on a much smaller scale. Ou Qihang lost his footing slightly on the cement railings, and the zombies below were so excited that they crowded even more towards the front of the teaching building.

Yu Hao slid down from the roof of the merry-go-round and immediately fell into the center of a bunch of zombies, then got held down by a zombie that opened its mouth wide to bite him on the spot. Yu Hao shouted again, made a 360-degree maneuver, kicked the zombie in front of him to send it flying, then pulled the zombie behind him over his shoulder to hurl it away!
The earthquake stopped.
“Zhou Sheng!” Yu Hao broke free of his predicament and ran away quickly. He passed through the fencing of a flowerbed, rushed past a grassland, and ran towards the ferris wheel. Following which, another earthquake started, and this time, the earth began to tilt, turning the grassland into a slope. Yu Hao was caught off guard and almost slid right into the group of zombies that were chasing him!
The earthquake this time was even more violent than the one before. The world spun crazily; the ferris wheel tilted under the earthquake’s violent tremble, and a carriage was flung out, smashing straight down with an impact that shook the earth.
Yu Hao, “……”
Yu Hao dashed through the slope and jumped over innumerable ferris wheel carriages that were rolling towards him. More zombies emerged from both sides to pursue him, but they were all getting hit by the carriages one after another and rolled down the slope. Yu Hao felt like he had been thrown into a large-scale Temple Run game and roared angrily, “What the hell is all this?!??!”

Dragon fire spewed out and ignited the zombies with a blast. Zhou Sheng swung his jingubang out, knocking away a ferris wheel carriage that almost rolled onto Yu Hao and flung it towards the zombies behind him! However, even more zombies pounced onto the black dragon; some held onto its tail while others grabbed its wings, and within an instant, they all began to weigh heavily down on the dragon.
Yu Hao was dashing away on the ground. The black dragon roared, then rushed towards Yu Hao. Zhou Sheng stretched his hand out, and Yu Hao leapt and flipped in mid air.
Zombies closed in on him from both sides. Yu Hao jumped into the air, and Zhou Sheng caught him around his waist. The black dragon violently kicked off from the ground, beat its wings, and left behind two deep footprints in the ground as it suddenly leapt up.
“Hold on tight!” Zhou Sheng roared.
Yu Hao immediately hugged Zhou Sheng tightly out of pure instinct. The black dragon unfolded its wings several meters from the ground and did a massive spin to shake off all the zombies that were on it. Yu Hao felt a bout of dizziness before landing on the dragon’s back again. The black dragon soared into the sky and flew up high!
“Fuck, this is Gege’s dream? All he watches are zombie movies……” Zhou Sheng looked back at the earth.
“Roller coaster! Watch out!” Yu Hao shouted.
Just as the black dragon flew up and was looking back at the zombies below, the roller coaster track in front of them had collapsed amidst the earthquake and was falling down on the two men and dragon. Zhou Sheng suddenly turned his head, and they shouted loudly at the same time. The black dragon almost got hit, but Zhou Sheng pressed down on the dragon’s head violently in the nick of time and the black dragon disintegrated into light particles before vanishing. Following which, Zhou Sheng hugged Yu Hao with one hand while he grabbed the roller coaster track with his other, then along with the collapsing roller coaster, they plunged straight into the lake outside the amusement park.
“AAHHHHH——”
The roller coaster track that was nearly twenty meters long plunged straight down, taking the two of them along as it crashed into the lake. Yu Hao could hear a loud ringing in his ears; he was submerged, but Zhou Sheng grabbed him with one hand and dragged him out of the water.
Yu Hao couldn’t stop coughing by the lakeside. Zhou Sheng rubbed his back and looked to his right and left. His fingers shook the jingubang; it shrunk and turned into a golden circlet, then he casually put it on his head at a slanted angle.
Yu Hao, “Is your birdie alright?”
Zhou Sheng, “That’s not a birdie!!!”
Yu Hao started laughing. Zhou Sheng kept an eye on their surroundings at all times and whispered, “Don’t make too much noise. Walk along the surrounding walls, and get out as soon as possible.”
“What about your dragon?” But Yu Hao was worried about the dragon instead.
“It went back for now.” Zhou Sheng said, “It’s too big of a target and frightens the zombies too easily. We can summon it back once we find a safe open space. For now, we need to figure out what kind of place this is first.”

They passed by the secret CS game room. Yu Hao continued, “Dreaming in a car…it wouldn’t be Gege, could it be sis-in-law?
“I don’t think so.” Zhou Sheng said, “It was just a guess before we came in, but after seeing how there aren’t any living people and only zombies here, it’s almost certain who this dream belongs to. Think about it, who would think that everyone in the city are ‘walking corpses’?”

Zhou Sheng pulled the paint gun’s safety latch; Yu Hao took two paint grenades used in the game while he followed behind Zhou Sheng, and they ran towards the exit of the amusement park. However, the gunshot had alerted even more zombies, so the two of them had to run for their lives once again.
They were already near the warehouse and control center at the back gate of the amusement park. An idea suddenly occurred to Yu Hao, “Head to the east!”
Zhou Sheng, “Why?!”
Yu Hao pulled Zhou Sheng and shot the zombie behind him. The two of them climbed up to the roof along the windowsill, and when they stood there, they finally managed to get a clear view of the sea of zombies in the amusement park — the zombies were currently chasing them to the place where they were standing right now.
“There aren’t that many of them.” Yu Hao said.
Zhou Sheng, “Compared to《Resident Evil》, there really aren’t that many……”
Yu Hao motioned to Zhou Sheng to look at the warehouse in the distance and asked, “Can you hit that window?”
Zhou Sheng knelt down on one knee, lowered his head to look through his scope, narrowed his eyes, and said, “I’ll try. What’s inside?”
Yu Hao raised his head and saw that the black dragon had flown over; it could take them away at any time now. But once it lands, the zombies will crowd around them again, and they would probably drag the black dragon down.
“It’s the warehouse with fireworks.” Yu Hao answered.
“Cover your ears.” Zhou Sheng looked intently through the scope, “Shout at me to shoot when the time comes.”
Yu Hao watched nervously as the zombies grew in number; he kept a close watch until the zombies climbed onto the roof and lunged towards them one after another.
“Shoot!”
Zhou Sheng pulled the trigger; a bullet whirled towards the window. He turned around to pull Yu Hao, then they ran along the roof before jumping into the air.
The black dragon flew by and caught the two of them.
A huge explosion occurred at the back gate of the amusement park, and a mushroom cloud emerged. From within those flames, the black dragon beat its wings and soared into the sky!
Ou Qihang was standing at the edge of the teaching building as he looked down; both of his legs had already stepped onto the cement railings.
Below the teaching building, there was a dense mass of corpses, students, teachers, and unimportant passers-by who were all looking up one after another.
“Looking forward to it?” Ou Qihang muttered, “Very soon, you’ll have something to eat.”
The earthquakes started again, but the quakes this time were on a much smaller scale. Ou Qihang lost his footing slightly on the cement railings, and the zombies below were so excited that they crowded even more towards the front of the teaching building.
Ou Qihang raised his head and looked up at the pale sun in the sky, then closed his eyes.

Ou Qihang suddenly opened his eyes. The earthquakes were becoming more and more frequent, and they almost shook him off the railings. At the same time, the iron door on the rooftop was being slammed upon and finally collapsed as it got broken down; zombies lunged forward one after another out of this door!

“If there’s a place in your heart that could be your safe haven, where would it be?” Yu Hao said, “Quick! Tell me!”
“I……I……” Ou Qihang gradually calmed down, “Let me think about it, the martial arts academy?”
“There’s too many!” Zhou Sheng was making a clean sweep of shots with the submachine gun he wielded, “They can’t be killed anymore!”
“Let’s go!” Yu Hao shouted, “Qihang! Follow us!”
The three of them jumped off the teaching building and onto the black dragon’s back, then flew into the distance.
Ou Qihang led the way. The black dragon stopped in front of an alley. There were zombies everywhere in this city, and the black dragon couldn’t squeeze in. Zhou Sheng casually patted the dragon’s head and it disintegrated into golden light particles before disappearing. Yu Hao took the lead and had already rushed through a door in the alley.
The stairs were extremely narrow. Zombies wearing Taekwondo attire rushed down and got shot in the head by Yu Hao. Ou Qihang shouted, startled, “Shixiong!”
“Are you sure it’s here?” Zhou Sheng was supporting the rear as he kept firing shots at the bottom of the stairs.
“I think so!” Yu Hao was so busy he could barely deal with it, just like how he had felt when Zhou Sheng played shooting games with him. Zombies kept rushing out of the door on the second floor, so he had to be observant and alert at all times. In the end, zombies no longer had a body in Yu Hao’s eyes — only their moving heads remained, and his mission was to shoot them dead.
“Don’t take the elevator!” Zhou Sheng went onto the second floor and yanked Ou Qihang back.
Yu Hao said to Ou Qihang, “Where do you usually go to think about things! Take us there!”
“It’s……here!” Ou Qihang said, “Go to the end of the corridor!”
Yu Hao opened the door and pushed Ou Qihang in. Zhou Sheng slid in, Yu Hao threw out a grenade before closing the door. A loud blare rang out outside, the door was locked, and the entire world suddenly turned quiet.
The moment he closed the door, Yu Hao knew they had succeeded. This was indeed a safe haven.
Every time he arrived at the safe haven, he could clearly sense that the area was perfectly, completely independent from the dream world; it possessed a tremendous protective force.
“Huu.” Zhou Sheng threw his gun and sat down on a cushion, so exhausted he couldn’t stop gasping for breath.
Yu Hao looked around their surroundings and saw that this was the equipment room of the Taekwondo Martial Hall, which was full of sundries. Sunlight streamed in through the windows, its rays wrapped in swirling dust.
Yu Hao threw Zhou Sheng an inquiring gaze. Zhou Sheng said, “So damn exhausted. Summoning the black dragon twice takes up too much effort.”
Ou Qihang muttered, “Are you guys real? Not my dream’s……”
Zhou Sheng said, “Don’t ask anything, let Laozi rest for awhile.”
Zhou Sheng stretched his legs out and leaned against the wall, thoroughly spent. Yu Hao tried to exert his healing power, and a white light appeared in his hands.

Zhou Sheng frowned and pondered for a moment, then answered Yu Hao, “Either his home or a place like the procuratorate?”
