As Marcus watched as Cally disappeared in the direction of the ocean he was not alone. Every male from the H125 chopper pilot, Jason and his partner and even the new council president, Renard Durand were mesmerized by the sight of one of the most beautiful female wolves they had ever seen.

She had an unusual color pattern; being mostly pure white with just a little dark grey on her back and tail. She was large for a regular female wolf but probably weighed around 150 lbs or 68 kg which wasn't too outside the norm for werewolves. The others had not had a chance to see but Marcus had clearly seen her eyes. The phrase getting lost in someone's eyes never made sense to him until he saw her Heterochromia or two colored eyes. Her eyes were mostly sky blue but her left eye had more of a yellowish tint around the outside edge. Marcus smiled, she couldn't even be normal in the appearance as a wolf.

Shaking his head to break the spell her wolf form had caused in him, he said, "Mr. President if you would wait by the chopper we will take care of this mess." Being near the Pacific ocean and having a chopper made clean up easier. Marcus and his security team removed Hal and Eagle's boots, fishies don't always eat boot leather, they then had the unpleasant task of of cutting open the gut of the three dead werewolves. All this was done to encourage sea life to destroy all the evidence.

Flying the dead out over open water for disposal took two trips as the bodies couldn't exactly sit in the seats and had to lay in the aisles. Once the bodies were handled and other waste was collected, Marcus sent his security detail in the range rover back to Clan Home. Entering the chopper to head back to Clan Home, Marcus asked the pilot to circle the area twice but failing to see any sign of Cally they flew back to base. Marcus wasn't surprised she hadn't reappeared, she would have been naked after all.

Ivar had run down through Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest on his trek down from his Bering strait crossing. So many water ways for a werewolf to avoid! After passing to the east of Seattle, Washington, he had started running in a south- westerly direction. He had met his end in the Tillamook State Forest of Oregon. After the infamous Tillamook Burn, which was a series of wildfires that ravaged the Coastal Range forest between 1933 and 1951. Forestry officials and volunteers planted 72 million seedlings in the forest to aid its recovery. Cally was running through this forest on her way back to Clan Home. She wanted to see how the area had recovered. The Wotan corporation had assisted in planting trees back then.

She was avoiding the public as much as possible. There are probably less than 100 hundred wolves in the entire state of Oregon. Sad but true. Even with her attempts to try to avoid being seen, social media was filling up with sightings of a large rare white wolf. Facebook was causing numerous people to grab their cameras and head into the Siuslaw National Forest which was the next forest in her trip home. The amateur and professional photographers were especially lucky west of Corvallis, Oregon. Cally was sunning herself near a small herd of Roosevelt Elk, named after President Theodore Roosevelt. They are the largest of the remaining North American elk. Males average 875 pounds or 397 kg and females can average 700 pounds or 317 kg. The lone wolf watching the elk and the elk watching the wolf created an internet sensation.

Disappearing from public view completely near Coos Bay, Cally slipped into Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest under the cover of darkness before arriving back at Clan Home. Mustn't bring lookie-loos back home to nose into werewolf business. Entering guild hall she changed her form, easier to open doors, don't cha know? Naked she managed to pass through the garage and her secret passage to her own room without anyone noticing. The girls, Jessie and Abby were watching a Dracula movie and eating a barrel of popcorn when she waltzed out of her room.

Startled Jessie looked up and screamed along with Abby. "Jeez, calm down! You'd think you saw a ghost!" Cally walked over and grabbed the bucket of buttery salted goodness and propped up her feet to watch the show. She ignored the girls completely. This was going to be good! Jessie recovered first, "OMG! You are like Enchantress! You've got superhuman strength, immortality, speed, crazy stamina, incredible reflexes and a healing factor, mind control, AND teleportation!" Looking a her bff, "Abby, we are livin in a Marvel comic book!"

Munching on the stolen popcorn, Cally smirked, "How long did it take you to look up that character?"
