Marcus was finishing up the day's paperwork while absentmindedly wondering about Cally. What was she doing? Had she eaten? When was he going to see her? What were those two infant werewolves doing top distract her? Leaning back in his executive leather chair he smiled with no humor. He was wondering about a woman. His family would be so pleased. His few close friends would be shocked.

Oh not that he was known for other types of sexual preferences. He was simply not known to take interest in other people. His social activities were rather limited. He trained with his security teams. He would eat and drink with them. He had a few family members but did not see them often and he had fewer close friends. But now he had Cally. At least he thought he had her. Their relationship seemed to have gone from 'Hello, nice to meet you to let's have sex'.

Reaching for his phone, it began ringing. Amused he answered instantly. "Hello." "Marcus I miss you! Are you missing me? Have you eaten yet? There's no females buzzing around you I need to swat, right?" Cally took a quick breath and Marcus answered in the gap," Hello Cally. Yes. No. And no. Where do you want to eat?"

"What are my choices?" she was leaning against the balcony rail, twirling a strand of hair. It had been a fun day. She wanted to end it with Marcus. "Why don't you come down to my rooms and I'll cook some steaks for us?" "Darling! You know just what a girl wants! Do I need to bring anything?"

Marcus thought for a moment,"No, I have everything that we should need for dinner. Just bring your toothbrush." Cally gave a little happy dance before replying, "So, I'm staying the night?" Marcus responded with a serious voice, he always sounded serious, "I was thinking about a clichés. You can be the dessert. What do you think?"

"Marcus this is starting to sound like phone sex. I'm getting hot just thinking about the possibilities. I'll be right down." Running in to grab a toothbrush, hairbrush, and other toiletries she crammed everything into a small tote. She slung it over her shoulder and ran back out to the balcony.

Jessie was stepping out of her room hearing the loud activity. Just as she got Cally in her sights , Cally turned, waved and flipped in a spiral over the edge of the balcony railing. "Don't wait up!" Abby came out of their room and looked around. "What's going on? Where's Cally?" Jessie walked out to the balcony and looked over. Cally was gone. No trace at all. Jessie turned to Abby, "Cally pulled a disappearing act like Thor in the movie 'The Dark World' minus the hammer. At a bet I would say she went to see Marcus."

"You're saying she jumped off the balcony? But why not use the elevator?" "Because she's Cally and she is a superhero." Jessie turned and started walking back into the suite. "What do you want to do for dinner?" Abby was still confused, "You mean she thinks she's a superhero?" "Naw. She is immortal, super strong and has inexhaustible energy. Is that not superhuman powers? You want pizza for dinner?"

Cally, if she had known of this conversation would have strongly disagreed about 5 hours later.
