The night passed by just like that, soon both welcomed the morning without really getting any sleep. They didn't talk that much either, they just sat there taking in the beauty of the moon and appreciated the silence of the night.

\"You seem refreshed.\"
Accompanying the voice was the smell of a freshly brewed coffee. Looking back he saw his brother walking towards him with a cup of coffee on each of his hands.
\"But at the same time you looked like you need some sleep,\" Akihiro added as he hand him one of the cups.
\"Back at you,\" Kaoru replied as he accept the cup, taking a sip.
He felt like all the fatigue instantly disappeared with just that sip.
\"I've been thinking for quite sometime. And seeing how you are seriously, finally seriously taking your lessons.\"
\"Can you not add that finally,\" Kaoru pouted as he interrupted his brother.
Akihiro then shook his head, this is one trait of Kaoru, that he will always have.
\"Anyway, it's time for your preliminary inspection of the Hesperian Kingdom. You shall be heading there in another two weeks. Remember this is just preliminary, you don't have to go all out in knowing everyone.\"
After saying his piece, Akihiro returned inside leaving a shocked Kaoru outside. He could only drink more from his cup as he digest what was just told to him.

In it was a pot of coffee, and surrounding it were different types of pastries. Some are good for someone who lack sleep, while some are good for breakfast. Looking at it, it was chosen surely for Kaoru's benefit.
After receiving his second cup of coffee, Kaoru looked out to the slowly waking up city. He couldn't help but sigh. Despite accepting this task for more than a month, he still felt like it was too fast.
\"Don't worry, his highness already said that it would just be the preliminary investigation. You just need to know a few people before starting your work, just understand what is going on in there.\"
Kaoru nodded solemnly upon hearing this, 'preliminary investigation?'. A sudden thought came to him upon repeating these words in his mind.
\"Akira, are you interested in trying something different?\" he suddenly asked Akira with a smile that tells her, he is up to no good.
She narrowed her eyes, \"What are you planning?\"
Kaoru's smile became wider, \"I'll check on some stuffs first then I'll tell you. But you must not tell my brother at all cost.\"

\"Then I won't let you join the fun,\" he replied like a child trying to scare another child.
Akira was first agaped by his words before she started laughing. Seriously both of them are already at early and late thirty's, yet this man doesn't seem like he had grown up at all.
That's right, in all actuality, Akira was just five years older than Raven and the rest. Those guys are already 25 years old going 26 this year. While she was just 30. Kaoru, on the other hand, was 36. He was 12 years younger than Akihiro. He and Haruka had Rino and Nana when they were 20 years old.
\"What are you laughing at? I'm serious here,\" Kaoru narrowed his eyes as he looked at her while she was laughing.
Akira wiped the tears at the side of her eyes before standing straight, \"Fine. Let's try that plan of yours.\"
\"Good, just wait for a few days.\"
And as if gaining more energy, he started wolfing down on the food that Akira brought before energetically returning to his office. He called out for some assisstants and started tasking them with one thing and another.
Akira watched him do his work happily. Him getting her involved with whatever he is planning is already a good thing for her. That only means, he's starting to acknowledge her presence in his plans.

Leo woke up after hearing the door in his room be slammed open. He sat up to ask what was going on when he was welcomed with Azusa's enraged face.
\"How much more father? How much more are you depriving yourself with?\"
