Without speaking another word, Tazuna dashed forward and confronted Kaoru, who was able to parry him, but even with this the attack force caused the surrounding air to vibrate as well.
Kaoru used his feet to push him away from him before he rushed after him. Instead of just rushing forward, Kaoru slid on his side, fluently escaping Tazuna's awaited attack. He then pushed himself up with his hand and jumped backwards multiple times, evading Tazuna's continues follow up.
This time, he was on defensive side. Without much of a breather, he couldn't shake Tazuna's attack off and couldn't find an opportunity for him to attack.
The tiredness have caught up to him causing his movements to be slower, he could only parry Tazuna's attack. But even this was proven difficult for him, he was pushed back over and over again until he felt the wall behind him.
Tazuna used this to his advantage and launched a multiple shots towards his body. It was like a multiple arrow being shot towards Kaoru. Obviously Kaoru couldn't dodge or defend against this fast continuous attacks, some have landed on his stomach and chest.
He could only cough up some blood.
Once Tazuna was done, he jumped back and looked at Kaoru who was battered up.
He sneered, "So where's that confidence of yours went to now? You over estimated your own capabilities and ended up in such condition."
He slashed his sword towards him attacking his face. Kaoru was sent to the ground by this attack.
"If you have done what I laid out for you to do then this wouldn't have happened to you. You could be my son-in-law but now, you're bound to be defeated and be thrown back to your kingdom."
