"I guess I should applause you for your perseverance, just how much did you suffer in order to remember?" he commented as he walked closer to her.

"Shouldn't you be gone by now? Isn't it that you don't want anyone to remember you?" Eureka slowly stood up and spoke with her sharp tongue.

She sat down in the chair with the same aura as she once had during the past when the war was still ongoing.

Dai laughed heartily at the way she spoke to him, it was the same tone she used when she revealed to him that she knew of his identity.

"Don't worry, I am but the almighty one after all. I have already finished my tasks and so it doesn't matter even if anyone would remember me as the almighty one instead of Dai who was the loyal attendant of the two past kings," he replied as he sat down on another chair opposite Eureka.

"Why did I remember again?" she asked as she leaned back on her chair.

"Isn't it obvious? Everything was nullified back then. Of course even the seal placed on that part of your memory was unsealed. So you already know everything," Dai replied lazily.

Gone was the attendant who loves staying in the dark, he was then replaced with a lazy man who was nonchalant of everything.

"But still I want to commend you, you must really be a masochist aren't you?" he then commented.

"Who cares, since everything is done anyway, even if I am a masochist the results were the best anyway," Eureka replied with a sneer.

Dai shook his head, this young lady is truly entertaining. Back when she confronted him about his identity, she was also like this. Not giving his title a face.

(Flashback)

"Father is it possible for me to borrow the inner hall? Ijust need to speak with sir Dai about something," Eureka said respectfully to Akihiro.

Though filled with curiosity, Akihiro still allowed her to have a private talk with Dai.

After entering the room, Dai was bowing slightly as he spoke, "May I know what the princess needed from this servant?"

"You can stop all your pretense, I am fully aware of who you truly are," Eureka replied as she sat down in the chair.

"I can't seem to understand what you are referring to, your highness."

"You can't? Nah I don't think that was the case. After all you know everything about this place. The past, the present, even... the future."

She leaned forward placing both hands on the table as she supported her head with her clasped hands.

Seeing her look, Dai knew, she really did piece everything already. With a defeated smile he took a sit across her.

"And what do you want from me?" he asked no longer having the respectful voice he had moments ago.

"Simple I just need you to deliver two letters and a few little matters," Eureka replied.

"And what makes you think Iwill do that simple task?"

"Because the war was just around the corner, I bet you wouldn't want to leave before then. You came here to have some fun I suppose," she answered with confidence.

"What makes you think that I came here just to have fun?"

"Isn't it? After all if you came here just to stop the evil people you would have appeared back in sir Azuma's time or you would have appeared just as Juzo started making his move."

She then stood up and walked to the window, "Instead you came here where the war is at its peak. The moment where either Juzo could die or not."

Dai raised an eyebrow.

"You didn't expect that I knew that I can kill Juzo? Please what's the use of my brain if I don't use it."

"Very well, if you can explain to me how you found out about me and that you can kill Juzo. I might as well do what you are asking me," Dai leaned back and placed both his feet on the table.

"Sir Dai is a very competent attendant and knight of the previous king and the current king, yet he allowed Black to escape. He was competent enough but not once have I seen him take a role during the war."

"Everything he did was things he was tasked to do, he knew about what ability I used during the graduation competition and during the assassination of the traitors yet all he could come up with was that it was nothing."

"Well he did found nothing, nullify which could also be classified as nothing. But he didn't bother explaining for his task was to find out what ability was used."

"Nothing was the same as saying that nullify was used, and that kind of explanation was what sir Dai, I mean the attendant sir Dai could come up with."

"For the war, you would appear nearby but in the end you would disappear. Ah to add to that, I have seen you multiple of times just lazily leaning by a tree as you watch the battle unfold."

"The almighty one couldn't really fight after all. You must not get involved with what was happening in the human world. That is why you chose to be sir Dai who mostly remained in the dark."

"And when you found out about Black spying over us, you could have attacked but your task was just to watch over him. If you are not restricted with things such as tasks and orders, surely sir Dai would have found a chance to attack right?"

"So to sum all of it, being here was not convenient as well. That is why you took the identity of the human and was given restrictions. Among them was that unless you were tasked to or ordered to, you wouldn't do things on your own."

"Another reason was the main reason you would do what I ask for."

"Oh, what would that be," Dai replied but he was no longer as confident as a while ago, he knew that Eureka already knew everything.

Why does this human have to be so smart? His enjoyment was just reaching its peak now he needs to leave, tsk how infuriating.

Seeing his irritated reaction, Eureka smiled, "Once your identity was exposed to even just one human you will have to leave the identity behind and return to being the almighty one."

Dai's eyes looked at her as if he was wronged at the same time he couldn't help but puff his cheeks.

Eureka laughed, "That is why I told you, you would do what I have asked you to do."

"Spill it, stop acting suspensely," Dai replied as he rolled his eyes.

"Simple as long as you promised and that you accepted the task. I would have Kaoru to seal all my memories regarding you."

"Why bother? I can just go and watch everything from the sideline. Why would I follow you?"

"Well the reason you came down was because of the fun. Are you really planning on leaving just as it reached the peak?"

He fell silent, Eureka have nailed it right on the head. He came here to experience the fun himself.

(End Of Flashback)

Thinking back now, Dai was feeling like he was conned by her. He did so many things she actually asked.

The condition of him staying was that not one soul should know about his real identity. So Eureka bargained with him, she will have Kaoru seal her memories about him with some conditions.

He will explain to them of what had happened after she used reset.

He will give herself the letter once they have chosen to make her forget everything.

And he will slowly remove the memories of people about her if she does not return in five years.

Of course he was unwilling to do so but seeing as the last bit of his enjoyment was coming he had no other choice but to comply and once again put a condition to himself that he would do just that.

"You're a wicked person," he then begrudgingly said to Eureka.

"Wicked indeed but didn't you gave me so many benefits, some I didn't even ask?" Eureka replied with a sneer.

He had given her a wish for allowing him to enjoy such a time.

"Think about it deeply once the light appears, think about what you wanted. Though I can't do anything about the memories you would lose but I can still do something else for you. The memories are after all a natural law of the consequences of your choices."

With a smirk he continued, "You could wish to stay though."

Instead Eureka wished for those who died to be alive and strongly desired that those who started the silent rule would not. And strongly desired that those who wanted to attack them from Hesperian Kingdom would not.

This wish made the almighty one to scratch his head for it was too easy, so he gave her a different favor, that instead of dying she would live with the help of Zu and Ao. That's all he can do, being the almighty one doesn't mean he can do everything he wishes.

Dai once again glared at her after remembering that. He was ecstatic of being able to stay that he actually asked her for a wish?

He really wanted to hit himself back then. He actually helped this person by personally speaking with Zu and Ao to take care of her.

Nevertheless what he did didn't affect this world nor that world. She could still die after all, even with the help and all, there's a big chance of her not waking up.

So he didn't do anything excessive that was not allowed by the natural laws.
