Kaoru could only chuckle at her remark, he had loved his brother indeed and that is also visible on the letter he received. His face then became serious, "Eureka."

"Hmm?"

"You really hate me right now, don't you?"

"Who knows, I have no emotions remember," Eureka replied after a short pause.

"You do know, I am the only person who won't believe that right?" Kaoru replied.

"*chuckles* Indeed, you are indeed the only person who won't."

(Flashback)

The night before Kaoru told Akihiro that Eureka made him remove her emotions.

"You want me to lie?" Kaoru who was sitting by himself in the room, was completely shocked when Eureka entered through the balcony.

"That is the only way to make them unattached to me," Eureka seriously replied as she turned to look outside.

"Why? You needed people in your life no matter how unattached you want yourself to be," Kaoru asked as he walk closer to her.

"Indeed I need my emotions to judge the situations properly, but by allowing everyone to stay away from me, then I could save them all from the pain that I could give."

"I still don't understand, why you don't want us to support you."

"My greatest secret is also your greatest pain. So just do it."

She left without waiting for his reply. <I wonder if this is really for good? And how come no one noticed her come and go?> Kaoru thought before deciding to follow her request.

(End of Flashback)

Eureka then looked at him.

Kaoru's eyes widened, "Your eyes..."

"It happened today, the only thing I never wanted to happen," Eureka replied emotions swirling in her eyes.

"How?"

Eureka turned around, "I didn't expect that it would happen while I'm with someone though. To add to that it has to be you."

"Do you really hate me that much? For what I've done?"

"It's not you, but someone like you. I just don't know to what extent is my hate."

"You always talk in riddles, I don't get it at all," Kaoru could only complain. He's actually hurt to here her say she hate someone like him. It may not exactly be him but it is still someone like him.

"I already told you, stay away from me, and regarding this matter, I request for you to keep quiet about it. But the decision is still yours," Eureka said before walking away from him.

"Eureka," Kaoru emotionally called.

Once she is far enough from Kaoru, Eureka covered her eyes with her hand, <I hate you for what happened, I hate you for leaving me alone, and I hate you for disappearing now.> she thought as tears fell from her covered eyes.

"What happened to you?" Karen asked astonished, after their sparring with Azusa who showed obvious improvement they decided to visit Eureka.

"Training," Eureka replied.

"But aren't you already…. Why do you have to put a blindfold?" Karen still asked.

"What are you doing here in the first place?" Eureka asked instead of answering.

"Uhmmm we have a request," Feena answered this time.

"What is it?"

"Could you train us as well? Just like Azusa and Raven?"

Eureka was silent for a long while.

"I can, but I need you to put more effort, I can't train you with just your weapon, I have to train you with your abilities as well."

"That would even be better. We will do our best," Karen replied delighted.

"Thanks," Hideyoshi and Mamoru replied.

Eureka then faced Azusa, "I can train you with your weapon but I will limit the training of your ability."

"Eh? Ah okay. I understand," Azusa replied. Though she was baffled as to why would they limit the training of her ability.

"Could I join in as well?" Theo then asked. He was with them the whole day and he had enjoyed their company. It's just a good thing that his name is common they never asked about his identity.

"Not until you are able to hit a target properly with your weapon."

"But I want to train with them as well," Theo complained.

Upon hearing this, Eureka started closing the door.

"Stop, stop. I'm sorry, I''m sorry okay?" Theo stopped her from closing the door.

"If you have nothing else to say, then see you tomorrow," Eureka replied before really closing the door.

"I'm sorry about that," Theo said to the other six.

"It's alright, she had always been like that," Mamoru commented as they look at the closed door.

"Anyway, let's just meet at the training area tomorrow, and Theo my father told me to bring you home with me, it seems that you will be staying at our place while you are here," Raven finally said.

"So you are our visitor, it is my pleasure to meet you," Mutsumi said when Yukimura introduced Kara and Theo to her.

"You've heard of me?" Haruka asked baffled.

"My husband sent me a letter that he will be bringing home a visitor. I just never thought that it would be a lady," Mutsumi glared at Yukimura.

"Ah, no I'm..." Haruka became flustered.

"*laughs* I'm joking, my name is Mutsumi. And the two of you are very much welcome to stay with us while you are here. It is nice to have someone to chat with. It's kind of boring staying at home on my own, I couldn't speak with the others because they are also busy in accompanying their husbands. It's kinda lonely as well you see," Mutsumi pouted.

Haruka giggled, she felt at ease speaking with Mustumi despite the two of them just meeting each other.

"I know that feeling, I also felt like we would get along just fine," she then said.

"And it is also my pleasure to meet you sir Theo, I hope you can be good friends with my son here. His kinda aloof but don't worry this guy's not that bad in associating with people," Mutsumi said referring to Raven.

Raven had his brows furrowed upon hearing his mother's remark.

"See that, if he was a lot more aloof, I would say that he and Eureka are one and the same," Haruka then shrugged off her son's glare.

"Come on, let's just eat. We just arrived today and we have to face a lot of work already. I just want to eat and rest," Yukimura then said as he went ahead and went straight to the dining area.

"*shakes her head* I apologize for such display, he is very strict and serious when he's outside but once his home he is like a spoiled child. He'd been like that ever since we were young," Mutsumi commented as she lead Haruka and Theo to the dining area.

"Do you want to drink?" Kaoru said after he knocked in Akihiro's office.

"Sure, I missed that," Akihiro replied putting aside his pen.

As they stood in the balcony, "So what did you two talk about?" Akihiro asked, he knows that Kaoru would be talking to Eureka when he asked permission to go out a while ago.

"A lot? How I should make up for all of my mistakes, and how much she hates me," he laughed bitterly.

"She hates you? It came from her?"

"Yes and no."

"Yes and no?"

"She doesn't hate me, but she hates someone like me, and yet while she's saying it, I felt like she really hates me though," Kaoru could only shake his head.

"Someone like you?" Akihiro asked as he looked at the dejected Kaoru.

He moved closer to him and placed his arm around Kaoru's shoulder, "Everything will clear up. So for now, let's give her time. Ever since we got you back, we seemed to have lost her. She still does things the same as always but something about her is no longer with us."

"Am I a bad guardian?"

"*sigh* You are a very good one. Even better than I am. It's just we don't know who she is and that is our greatest downside. No matter how much everyone wants to be beside her, no one can truly do. She couldn't tell us who she is, that's why she could only push us away, She didn't want us to get hurt at the same time she didn't want to get hurt. Cause she's also human, not one of us wanted to be hurt. What if we found out who she is and ended up staying away from her because of that then she would get hurt, or what if she is actually someone very important but she had stayed away all this time, then we would get hurt. That's what she's saving us all, even herself."

Kaoru looked at Akihiro, "How did you come up with all of that?"

"Cause I too am experiencing that right now," Akihiro replied looking up at the sky.

"Are you saying that you haven't told her anything yet? Of who she is here? Or who you are to her?"

"I still can't. That's why I suddenly realized it. Ah so that is why she never wanted anyone to get close to her. Why she still kept her identity a secret. Now I know what she feels. I am scared and she must be as well. So I could only get Yukimura to allow her to stay at his place. That's what had been going on in my mind as we travel back here," Akihiro replied looking back at Kaoru.

"The others were right. You can really never tell the pain of one without experiencing it yourself," he then added before raising his glass to Kaoru.

"To wait," Kaoru muttered as he raised his glass as well.
