Although she didn't need to, it will be good to make some friends, she had all the documents needed for her admission after all she was from an aristocratic clan so basics were all taken care off.
"haaaaa, everything has been taken care off and the new session will start from April so I need to take care of everything before that." While thinking Dexter made his way to the residential area of the shrine, to see if he could find something.
'Alright time for some digging.' So Dexter disguised himself as an old man in his seventies and made his way towards the residential areas on three legs. He was a master of disguise in the previous world so it was no worries for him.
"Sorry, old gentleman but this area is restricted." Said a shrine maiden, but Dexter just ignored it and moved on his way slowly.
Suddenly, she was standing in his front," Old gentleman, you are not allowed to go in."
Dexter looked up with his dopy eyes and said, "oh, hello Young lady, can you show me the way to the bathroom."
"Alright sir, but you can't go in that direction. Could you follow me please." Said the maiden professionally and moved in another direction.
"Ehhhhhh, can you talk a little loud, I have some hearing problem." Said, Dexter, while cupping his ear with one hand.
"Please, follow me." Shrine Maiden said again while showing the hand sign.
"Oh, thank you." Said Dexter and started to follow.
"You know, I came here some eight or nine years ago, at that time there was this beautiful girl, what was her name again, yeah Shuri, yes Shuri. I was thinking of meeting up with her again. She was such a sweet girl at that time just like you.
She and my wife became good friends, but unfortunately she, my wife passed away some time ago, but she wanted to give that little girl Shuri a luck charm, so I came all the way here just to give that little girl a gift. Do you know where she is at the moment?" Said, Dexter, while showing a lucky charm to the young lady who was walking on his front.
Hearing the old man rant, at first young lady just took it as a regular talk of old. But hearing Shuri's name she became startled. She stealthily watched all around her then took the old man by the hand and moved to a secluded area.
"Old man, are you telling the truth?" asked the Shrine maiden.
"Of course, I am, look." Saying this Dexter pulled out an old photograph which he modified with his creative ability on the way. It was a random photo taken from an old shop.
Seeing the photo, the shrine maiden took a breath of relief," Oh, alright then, I could give it to her if you want."
Hearing her say that, Dexter was startled, he thought that her whole family had cut ties with her, but it doesn't look that way," Ok, young lady, but could you tell me your name?"
"Oh, how forgetful of me, my name is Akari Himejima. It's pleasure to meet you."
"Oh please, pleasure is all mine, to meet such a helpful child. Alright if you would please give it to her and also tell thanks from me." Said Dexter, pulling out an advertisement and rapping the charm in it then he handed it to Akari. "But can you still tell me about her, how is she nowadays?"
At this Akari gave a sigh," she isn't good at all, I try to help her as much as I can, but her husband left her two years ago and now she is struggling, with all the stress and with little Akeno." At this moment his blessing came to play were the lady said what was on her mind.
"How could he leave, such a sweet girl. And who is Akeno? Is she her child? Oh how I wish I could meet them but times are cruel." Dexter said while shaking his stick on Akari's face, but then put down his stick and sighed. He then took out an envelope and gave it to Akari," Although, it isn't much but could help in need."
But seeing the old timer's reaction she was stunned," Yes, she is a cute and intelligent child and I can't take it from you old man." Said Akari and returned the envelope.
"Oh don't worry, An old man like me don't require too much money, You know. And it will be helpful to her just take it." Said Dexter and shoved it in her hands and moved away.
Seeing this Akari was stunned but took the envelop as she really needed it at the moment, "oh, I forgot to show him to the toilet." Said Akari out loud, but seeing the Old man going out of site she just turned and went to her room to keep everything, then went to her duties.
She wanted to know who this old man was, but forgot to ask his name," oh well, I will just ask big sis." Then she started to happily hum.
But on the way, Dexter mind was occupied with many things. Now a lot of things were clearer than before and that was why Baraqiel was not with Shuri and Akeno on the day of accidents.
It all started to make sense after all Baraqiel is a high ranking fallen angel and he can't be together with a human. The supernatural beings were not so open about the relations at this time it all started to change when the alliance was formed," Oh my poor Shuri, don't worry. I will take you out of your unhappiness."
Dexter had planted a signal seal on the lucky charm and no matter where it is he will know its location.
Now was time to bring back little Tsubaki her elementary school. She looks so cute when she goes to a new places and looks all around with her big beautiful eyes.
