It is the dungeon that extends underneath the grounds of the shrine in Holy Anri Thearchy, feared to have the highest level of difficulty for capturing among several existing dungeons in the world.
However simultaneously, there are never ending amount of challengers trying to capture it due to it’s popularity, and that was the reason adventurers around the world gathers at the sacred place of the challengers, Anrinia.
A miasma that drives a human mind mad drifts around the basement 31 levels making up that dungeon, and countless fiendish traps are also set. Roaming monsters are also nothing but powerful undeads and golems, and challengers that are not high level would have no chance against it.
Although currently the best capture record stands at level 30, this is saying from the viewpoint of a dream team that is impossible under normal circumstance, formed from the demon king of that time and 2 of the four heavenly kings with 3 heroes. Discounting that irregular example would bring the best record to level 14. In the first place, if a party did not prepare a method to handle the miasma, it is not possible to capture deeper levels.
In fact, the majority of the adventurers cannot even reach level 5, collapsing mid way through.
Although that said, they didn’t particularly lose their lives.
Frankly, while this dungeon boast having the pinnacle of difficultly in the world, it’s an extremely unique dungeon that has yet to cause a single death up till today.
One will not live if they collapse within a dungeon usually.
However in this dungeon, only weapons, items and money are taken and the fallen will be thrown out from the entrance of the dungeon without losing their lives.
While the traps set are troublesome, all of them are non-lethal.
A contradicting result produced from being called sinister, most evil and the worst and world’s safest dungeon is mainly due to Anri who is the dungeon master.
Furthermore, although capturing the deeper levels are in a single word, brutal, it is not so hard to capture the shallow levels.
Adventurers possessing mid level ability is not likely to get stuck at the first level.
Orlaine who is a hero is the highest class of powerful person among the human race and Eligor is the predecessor demon king, both of them holds the power to break through the shallow levels even on their own.
Despite that, Reiji’s group was forced to stop their feet on the first floor.
“Why are there so many monsters!!?”
“There are 5 times as many as usual!?”
The reason was that it was crowded with several times the usual amount of monsters.
Encountering black steel golem in a place shortly after entering level 1 of the dungeon, and while the fight was engaged for Reiji to gain combat experience, a large crowd of skeleton lords attacked the sides.
Naturally, there is no longer any room for Reiji to acquire combat experience, and with Eligor as the vanguard, they cope by scattering the enemy proactively under Orlaine’s support.
However, new monsters rush on one after another after each monster was defeated, and gradually the front line was being pushed into despite being met.
To be able to maintain a front line although it was being pushed in this situation however, is proof that they are strong.
“As expected, this is an abnormal situation!?”
“Y, Yes! I do not know directly as I am challenging the dungeon as a challenger for the first time, but the degree of difficulty should not be so high in the first level!”
In addition, as the dark magic restricting Reiji from using magic has been released, both his hands are turned towards the monster’s army.

However, if there is a possibility for Reiji of today who cannot use the sword or magic directly to overcome this situation, there is only this sword.
While praying in his heart for a sword with the powerful effect that will mow down the enemy even without sword art to appear, the sword blade was withdrawn from the sheath–
It was a Japanese Radish.

Reiji and Tena exclaims at pulling a blank ticket.

Indeed as he says, it is difficult to have a margin to repeat that many times with a behavior similar to lottery in the middle of a battle.
At least, it’s an impossible act for Reiji currently.

Holding powers of a dungeon master, she is able to increase the frequency of monster appearing temporarily, and considering the events of her opposing to Tena accompanying Reiji and approving unwillingly with the condition of reaching 10 levels after receiving her pleading, it’s no wonder even if she was secretly running the obstruction.
