The entire structure was shaking like it was moving in high speed.

"What are those statues?" Elijah looked around and felt odd to see that each of the statues there seemed very realistically very real, especially their eyes, they looked as if they were alive.

"They aren't statues, they were mortals... you can also say they were the first cultivators. People used to call them the Immortals. Your master may have said this before, but after the ninth Mortal Realm, there is the Celestial Realm. Where the Gods could be considered part of. And the Immortals were the first mortals to reach that level. The palace is going to reach our destiny in five days, more than enough to start your test." The female's cold voice echoed in the room.

"What is my test?" Elijah asked feeling a little afraid with all the possible tests that he would have to go through.

"Just close your eyes and you will see."

"What?" Even without understanding he still did what the voice said and when he closed his eyes, he found himself inside the great hall. Maybe because he was stronger than the last time he came there. he could see on the ninety-eight runes engraved on the giant gate, ninety-nine relying on what he had absorbed. Elijah tried to focus on the tunes to figure out what they were, but it was giving him a headache. His eyes were dragged into the runes and he could not move his eyes away.

"Just like I thought." The voice continued spoking calmly. "You are looking at the test! I want you to focus on on the giant gate in front of you and try to gain insights on it and figure out its source of power."

Elijahi heard the voice and stayed quiet as he needed time to digest all the information he had just been given. Elijah had heard about a few legends talking about Immortals, but he was not a believer. Then he thought about the great hall and giant gate presence in his soul and he started to realize that the stories he heard might actually be true. The Immortals, The Eight Kings, at this point he felt like it was too much to judge anything correctly.

"I know what you are thinking, that the test was to be related to the Prime King's legacy, but if I am right then it would not be helpful to you. Besides, I'll tell you a secret, before the first king attained enlightenment and became a king, he was only a mortal. At first he only learned a simple technique of mortal cultivation, but after years of effort, he was able to perfect this cultivation technique to one of the best."

"Of course, I do not expect you to show me something on the same level as insight takes time to gain and merge with your techniques. If you can show me that you have at least discovered part of the true meaning behind these runes, I will consider that you have passed this test." The female voice added as the sound she was giving had a bit more of emotion.

Elijah tried to focus on the runes to find out what they were, but this was giving him a headache. His eyes were drawn to the runes and he could not look away.

Elijah's soul sensitivity and spiritual force let him decipher the runes at high speed, but even then it was something extremely hard to do.

'Ninety-nine Supreme Runes will ... when the path to the Supreme King of ... is completed. ' The moment Elijah deciphered some of the meaning behind the runes, a message resonated in his mind and he felt like his head exploded, and the Rune which had merged with his blood pill appeared on his forehead.

This message was in the form of an language he never heard, or read before, but somehow he was able to understand what the message meant and felt familiarity from hearing it.

After this, two new runes appeared in the palm of the right and left hand, one with the shape similar to lightning and the other with the shape of a black hole respectively.

Raising his hands, a huge ray star formed on the right and a black hole was formed on the left. Seconds seemed months while the four fairies seemed to react to something and appeared by Elijah's side.

Then he heard a voice whispering in his mind, "You're not ready yet."

The moment he heard this voice, he opened his eyes. Everything stopped and flowed 10 minutes back, When Elijah was asking about the statues before the test even happened.

"Ah!" The Prime King Palace's Spirit screamed when she realized what just happened: "For the grace of Kings... I undertand now. Don't worry you passed the test."

"What are you saying? You haven't even said what the test was how could I have passed?" Elijah narrowed his eyes suspiciously about what had happened, the voice just said he would have to take a test, then she said he passed without him doing anything.

"Don't worry, you already passed. You can walk in the palace while you wait until we arrive in Midgard."

"Okay then." Knowing that he could not get an explanation for what just happened. Elijah called Cassie and the fairies outside and went to explore the palace.

Seeing Elijah walking away, the Palace's spirit sighed: "Good that I believed in what the masked man said 9 years ago that I would find the best candidate if I went to this planet. Someone following his own King's Path is way better than having someone inherit the Immortals Power."
