The council talked to Leo about their experiences in the Palace. The mermanians talked about Aarav, and the draconians talked about Hinduism. Leo enjoyed their talks and ideas. They were even tossing around the idea of opening a school for the younger generation.

After talking awhile, Ashal realized Leo came there to discuss something with them. "Leo, what is troubling you?"

Leo thought for a second and came up an idea. "Sly the beastman wants to have races battle each other. After talking with you, I think I agree with him. Sometimes fighting is the best teacher." Leo paused for a second. "I think if you build a school, use the school to train the mind, the arena to train the body, and Brahma's Palace to train the soul."

The four of them nodded their heads. It made a lot of sense. Then the five of them heard a voice. "I agree with little Leo's idea..." The council knew right away who had that voice.

Even the Guardian Lankani agreed. Leo smiled. Though it had only been a day since he talked to Lankani, it was nice hearing him again.

Leo received a message separately, "Leo, help these four do right by our planet. I know you have your ambitions, but if you can assist them from time to time."

Leo sighed and knew he owed the spirits of Brahma Palace a great deal. "I would like to offer myself as a temporary council member until I leave."

The four men were ecstatic.

"Welcome to the council. I agree with the idea for the school," said Ab-dab. "Does anyone in the council disagree?"

The other three shook their heads.

"Then it is decided. Tomorrow we shall begin work on building the school."

The five of them discuss who would do what. Leo even brought up he would only stay for few weeks top before leaving. He needed supplies and equipment to track down the Renegades.

A lot of people outside started yelling, and the council headed out the door to see what all the commotion was.

In the sky, it looked like a shooting star was heading there way. The temperature started to rise as the flying object got closer.

The shooting star was a person. The person stopped above the city with the aura of a blazing sun surrounding him. This draconian was no other than, Charir-dar.

"I, Charir-dar have come here personally to claim the artifact as my own. We draconians do not share anything with any other race."

The draconian in charge of the west side of the city came out to address Charir-dar. "Your Excellency, I, Hawg, ask for forgiveness. Our men were suppressed by the artifact spirit and the council it chose to represent him."

"No excuses!" The draconian king released a sword made of golden flames that pierced the west camps leader. "Now, who is this council that hindered my people?"

The council looked at each other. Even though they were the leaders of this city, they weren't powerful cultivators. Only one of them barely stepped into Core Building. The man above them was at the peak of Construct Evolution.

The four of them nodded and stepped forward together, and Ab-dam said, "We four are the council." There was no fear or reluctance in his voice. The four of them chose this path and wouldn't sway from it.

The king looked down displeased. Why the leaders of this place were so weak, and why were draconians and mermanians working together?

"This place is an abomination. Our races are not meant to coexist. GOLDEN INFERNO!" The temperature rose several degrees in seconds. Yellowish-gold flames were dancing around Charir-dar.

He released the flames, and a wave of fire descended upon Lankani city. Mere meters from the building and tents the fire disappeared.

"I have forbidden fighting here. King of the draconians. If you disobey this law again, I will punish you."

"HAHAHAHA. An artifact spirit dares to talk to me like that. Golden Inferno!" A golden wave flew towards Lankani standing in the air. He flicked his hand, and the flames vanished. Then he waved his hand down, and the mighty Charir-dar dropped out of the sky like he weighed a thousand tons and slammed into the earth.

The proud draconian that had no equal on Earth was now on his hands and knees. He looked up and glared at Lankani. He knew this power was beyond what one could contain in this universe. "He must have the power of an immortal, he whispered to himself."

"Now that you are calm down let me tell you this. You or any force that enters this city shall abide by my rules and my council." The guardian spirit paused.

Everyone in Lankani city looked up and saw this god-like figure manhandled the draconian king like it was nothing. This was the power everyone wanted, to stand above all else.

"This place shall accept all races. That includes your own, draconian king. Everyone deserves to forge their path of cultivation and study. That is why I am here. When you return, please send any draconian you want to learn here in the city or palace." In a flash of blinding light, Lankani disappeared.

The king picked himself off the ground and spat towards the palace. He floated into the air and yelled out, "this inferior place is no place for draconians. All loyal draconians return to home or be branded as traitors."

Charir-dar would have no draconian train in a city where he was humiliated. In the back of his mind, he was already thinking of ways to surround this city and kill any who leave.

Every draconian in the level of Core Builder gathered their stuff to leave. A few loyalists also packed their things. A vast majority of the lower leveled warriors looked at the council and stood in place.

Gathering what confidence he could Sargt yelled out, "don't be afraid of our king young draconians. He does not know that this place is a promised land. Stay here and show him one day your choice is right."

Charir-dar was furious. How dare a weak draconian contradict him? This was a slap in the face in front of all. He ground his teeth and cracked his knuckles — all of his being wanted to punish the weakling below him.

Two of the Core Builders stopped in their tracks and flew towards the council. After hearing what Sargt said, they wanted to see the future for themselves even if they died later.

The draconian slowly gathered outside of the west part of the city. Over one-third of the population rallied to leave. They all loaded into the warships they flew here in and floated into the sky.

Once all the ships met the king in the sky, Charir-dar gave one last death look at the council and turned around to speed off into the horizon. The draconian vessels followed.

This day would be a changing point in the world. It established the Lankani city as a new world power and one that accepted anyone.

The beastmen feared it would break their cohesion of their units, so they no longer sent forces here.

The draconians pride was hurt, so no new soldiers from their race arrived.

A hundred or so of winged humans arrived a few days later wanting to train in this holy grounds. They even called Lankani the brother of Adam. Strength always inspired the people from planet Adam.

The mermanians decided to send young mermanians to train here.

With the new increase in people, the land had to be relocated. The eastside grew crazily. The growing mermanian populace erected large metal and rock buildings. The westside was shared by draconians and winged humans with the northwest taken by the children of Adam. A few humans and beastmen divided the south.
